Abstract

本发明公开一种液态挥发性防霉剂,其原料按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:70-80%的乙醇、18-28%的水、0.3-5.0%的对氯间甲酚、0.2-5.0%的氯二甲苯酚以及0.5-5.0%的十二烷基胍盐酸盐。本发明一种液态挥发性防霉剂为喷洒型防霉剂,采用的原料毒性较小,可用于皮革类的鞋服的防霉,在皮革上喷洒该防霉剂后,乙醇迅速挥发,同时带走少量的水,挥发性的防霉因子(对氯间甲酚、氯二甲苯酚)挥发到空气中,灭杀空气中霉菌孢子,非挥发性的防霉因子(十二烷基胍盐酸盐)停留在喷洒处,在皮革材料的表面形成一层保护层,有效保护产品不发霉。本发明一种液态挥发性防霉剂,与传统防霉剂相比,具有高效、环保、安全无毒、无刺激性气味等特点。

一种液态挥发性防霉剂
技术领域
本发明涉及防霉抗菌领域,具体涉及的是一种液态挥发性防霉剂。
背景技术
由皮革制成的鞋服在潮湿季节极易发霉,霉菌除了使皮革变质、霉腐、坏损,给鞋服类生产销售企业带来极大的经济损失之外,其孢子扩散到空气中还会污染环境。一般,皮革表面轻度霉斑的菌苔可以擦去,仅影响皮革的外观,使皮革的粒面失去光泽,而严重的霉斑有可能使皮革粒面霉变、肠裂,不仅影响皮革的外观,而且显著降低皮革的物理机械性能,严重影响皮革的销售和使用。
目前,鞋服类生产销售企业主要采取加强皮革生产工艺流程中的质量管理,向皮革表面喷洒防霉剂和在皮革储藏、运输过程中注意防潮等方法来防止皮革长霉,皮革防霉处理中使用的消毒喷雾剂一般效果不能持久,甚至会令皮革褪色,而强力的消毒喷雾剂更危害工人和顾客的健康,以及环境生态,因此在鞋服类制成品中并不建议使用。由于皮革的防霉产品有广阔的市场需求,市场上出现了一系列的防霉剂,但防霉效果参差不齐,市场混乱,因此,开发一种高效环保、安全无毒的皮革防霉产品,满足市场需求,对于减少销售企业的经济损失、保护人体健康和生态环境具有科学和现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液态挥发性防霉剂,与传统防霉剂相比,具有高效、环保、安全无毒、无刺激性气味等特点。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种液态挥发性防霉剂,其原料按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:

优选地,所述乙醇选用分析纯级别的无水乙醇。
优选地,所述水选用去离子水。
一种液态挥发性防霉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比计,量取配方比例的乙醇、水、PCMC、PCMX以及DGH;
(2)在洁净、通风的环境下,按上述配方比例,将乙醇加入到塑料容器中,后按配方比例加入依次加入PCMC、PCMX和DGH,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)搅拌均匀后,按配方比例加入水,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min,搅拌均匀后,装在塑料容器内密封备用,在阴凉通风环境下保存,即得到该液态挥发性防霉剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种液态挥发性防霉剂具有以下有益效果:
(1)所用的溶剂为乙醇和水,所用的有效防霉成分(PCMC、PCMX和DGH)为微毒或无毒成分,且严格控制剂量,确保生成过程中的安全和无害;
(2)该防霉剂中包括了三种防霉组分:对氯间甲酚(PCMC)、氯二甲苯酚(PCMX)和十二烷基胍盐酸盐(DGH),采用多种防霉组分复配的形式,一方面提高了抗菌率,另一方面可将毒性控制在安全范围内;
(3)该防霉剂为喷洒型防霉剂,可用于皮革类的鞋服的防霉,在皮革上喷洒该防霉剂后,乙醇迅速挥发,同时带走少量的水,挥发性的防霉因子(对氯间甲酚、氯二甲苯酚)挥发到空气中,灭杀空气中霉菌孢子,非挥发性的防霉因子(十二烷基胍盐酸盐)停留在喷洒处,在皮革材料的表面形成一层保护层,有效保护产品不发霉。
因此,本发明一种液态挥发性防霉剂,与传统防霉剂相比,具有高效、环保、安全无毒、无刺激性气味等特点。
进一步,采用的乙醇为分析纯级别,不含其它对人体有害的物质;采用的水为去离子水,避免由于杂质引起防霉成分失效或效果减弱的可能,同时,所采用的防霉成分在一定程度上均可溶解在水中,溶解后的液体具备防霉功能,不存在因溶剂中有水而导致发霉几率增大的可能。
具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
一种液态挥发性防霉剂,其原料按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
优选地,所述乙醇选用分析纯级别的无水乙醇。
优选地,所述水选用去离子水。
该液态挥发性防霉剂的防霉效果通过湿室悬挂法进行测试,具体方法为:
(1)器具材料消毒
圆柱玻璃器皿(1200ml)加洗涤剂浸泡,清水冲洗,75%乙醇擦拭,置于超净工作台紫外消毒,玻璃器皿每次准备2个,分别为实验组和对照组;
250ml三角瓶装200ml蒸馏水高压灭菌(121℃,20min);
250ml三角瓶、试管空消;枪头、试管塞、喷雾器灭菌。
(2)制备孢子悬液
在无菌室或无菌操作台,在火焰旁,制备单菌株最适稀释度的孢子悬液(1*105-1*107个/ml),再将所有孢子悬液混合在一起(等量混合,浓度不变),装入喷雾器中。
(3)放置样品
1、分别在两个玻璃器皿内倒入200ml无菌水;
2、在第一个玻璃器皿内悬挂受试底物——喷洒孢子悬液——晾干,作为对照组;
3、在第二个玻璃器皿内悬挂受试底物——喷洒孢子悬液——晾干,将0.1g传统的防霉剂或者该液态挥发性防霉剂用纱布包裹悬挂于玻璃器皿中央部位(与受试底物间隔至少1cm),作为实验组;
4、将上述玻璃器皿封口后于恒温恒湿培养箱中培养28d,28℃,RH≥95%;
5、当对照组发霉严重时,测试有效,否则必须重做,防霉剂的防霉等级的评价标准如表1。

实施例一
(1)按重量百分比计,量取比重占75%的无水乙醇(分析纯级别)、比重占23.5%的去离子水、比重占0.5%的PCMC、比重占0.4%的PCMX以及比重占0.6%的DGH;
(2)在洁净、通风的环境下,按上述配方比例,将无水乙醇加入到塑料容器中,后按配方比例加入依次加入PCMC、PCMX和DGH,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)搅拌均匀后,按配方比例加入去离子水,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min,搅拌均匀后,装在塑料容器内密封备用,在阴凉通风环境下保存。
通过防霉测试结果发现,普通防霉剂的防霉等级在1-2级,该液态挥发性防霉剂的防霉等级在0-1级,防霉效果比普通防霉剂的防霉效果好。
实施例二
(1)按重量百分比计,量取比重占65%的无水乙醇(分析纯级别)、比重占20%的去离子水、比重占5.0%的PCMC、比重占5.0%的PCMX以及比重占5.0%的DGH;
(2)在洁净、通风的环境下,按上述配方比例,将无水乙醇加入到塑料容器中,后按配方比例加入依次加入PCMC、PCMX和DGH,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)搅拌均匀后,按配方比例加入去离子水,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min,搅拌均匀后,装在塑料容器内密封备用,在阴凉通风环境下保存。
通过防霉测试结果发现,普通防霉剂的防霉等级在1-2级,该液态挥发性防霉剂的防霉等级在0-1级,防霉效果比普通防霉剂的防霉效果好。
需要说明的是,PCMC中毒量:属低毒化合物,口服-大鼠LD50>3000mg/kg;
PCMX中毒量:属低毒化合物,口服-大鼠LD50>3000mg/kg;
DGH中毒量:微毒,无刺激性;
该液态挥发性防霉剂在我司产品中的用量为每份产品0.25-1g,即便有效防霉成分PCMC、PCMX和DGH按最大投放量进行配比,其含量远远低于中毒量,可确保消费者完全使用。

(1)按重量百分比计,量取配方比例的乙醇、水、对氯间甲酚、氯二甲苯酚以及十二烷基胍盐酸盐;
(2)在洁净、通风的环境下,按上述配方比例,将乙醇加入到塑料容器中,后按配方比例加入依次加入对氯间甲酚、氯二甲苯酚以和十二烷基胍盐酸盐,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min;
(3)搅拌均匀后,按配方比例加入水,以1-2r/s的搅拌速度搅拌3-5min,搅拌均匀后,装在塑料容器内密封备用,在阴凉通风环境下保存,即得到该液态挥发性防霉剂。
