Abstract
一种节能环保旋耕机,包括机体(5)、左扶手组件(2)、右扶手组件(1)、左刀架组件(8)、右刀架组件(7)、插刀组件(4)、开关盒组件(10)、行走轮组件(11)和传动箱(9),传动箱(9)的输出端分别与左刀架组件(8)和右刀架组件(7)的刀轴连接,开关盒组件(10)装在左扶手组件(2)或右扶手组件(1)上,还包括直流电源(3)和安装在机体(5)上的直流电机(6),开关盒组件(10)和直流电源(3)均通过导线和直流电机(6)连接,直流电机(6)的输出轴与传动箱(9)的输入端连接。本发明采用直流电机作为驱动装置,不需要外接电源线,不需要使用柴油或汽油,具有噪音低,节能环保,操作方便的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及旋耕机领域,具体地说,涉及一种节能环保旋耕机,用于园林和农业区域耕作。
背景技术
目前市场上的旋耕机的动力装置都是以燃油发动机及交流电机为主,燃油发动机的使用成本较高,噪音比较大,排放不环保,而且燃油发动机比较笨重,难以拉动。而交流电机需要通过电源线外接电源,使用不方便,而且存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种操作方便、节能环保的节能环保旋耕机。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种节能环保旋耕机,包括机体、左扶手组件、右扶手组件、左刀架组件、右刀架组件、插刀组件、开关盒组件、行走轮组件和传动箱,传动箱的输出端分别与左刀架组件和右刀架组件的刀轴连接,开关盒组件装在左扶手组件或右扶手组件上,还包括直流电源和安装在机体上的直流电机,开关盒组件和直流电源均通过导线和直流电机连接,直流电机的输出轴与传动箱的输入端连接。
直流电源安装在机体或左扶手组件或右扶手组件上。
采用上述技术方案后,由于在机体上安装了直流电机和直流电源,采用直流电机作为驱动装置,不再需要外接电源,不需要用汽油和柴油等有机燃料,达到了降低噪音、节能环保的有益效果。而且使得旋耕机的总重量变轻,方便了操作人员的操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1~3所示,一种节能环保旋耕机,包括机体5、左扶手组件2、右扶手组件1、左刀架组件8、右刀架组件7、插刀组件4、开关盒组件10、行走轮组件11和传动箱9,传动箱9的输出端分别与左刀架组件8和右刀架组件7的刀轴连接,开关盒组件10装在左扶手组件2或右扶手组件1上,还包括直流电源3和安装在机体5上的直流电机6,开关盒组件10和直流电源3均通过导线和直流电机6连接,直流电机6的输出轴与传动箱9的输入端连接,直流电源可以如图2所示安装在机体5上,也可以安装在左扶手组件2或右扶手组件1上。这些变换都属于本发明的保护范围。
直流电源可以采用电瓶、锂电池、镍氢电池等。
传动箱9的传动采用机械传动。
本发明的工作原理如下:动力装置为直流电机6,动力能源为直流电源3,通过开关盒组件10启动直流电机6,在由电流电机6带动传动箱9,最后由传动箱9带动左刀架组件2和右刀架组件1中的旋耕刀工作。

1.一种节能环保旋耕机,包括机体(5)、左扶手组件(2)、右扶手组件(1)、左刀架组件(8)、右刀架组件(7)、插刀组件(4)、开关盒组件(10)、行走轮组件(11)和传动箱(9),传动箱(9)的输出端分别与左刀架组件(8)和右刀架组件(7)的刀轴连接,开关盒组件(10)装在左扶手组件(2)或右扶手组件(1)上,其特征在于:还包括直流电源(3)和安装在机体(5)上的直流电机(6),开关盒组件(10)和直流电源(3)均通过导线和直流电机(6)连接,直流电机(6)的输出轴与传动箱(9)的输入端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保旋耕机,其特征在于:所述的直流电源(3)安装在机体(5)或左扶手组件(2)或右扶手组件(1)上。
