现有可燃气体探测报警器,其金属壳体的防水、防锈、耐腐蚀、隔热、抗氧化、耐候性能都有待提高。

本发明的目的在于提供一种可燃气体探测报警器,其金属壳体表面附着金属防护涂层,金属壳体具有优良的防水、防锈、耐腐蚀、隔热、抗氧化、耐候性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种可燃气体探测报警器,包括金属壳体,该金属壳体表面附着金属防护涂层,按重量份计,所述金属防护涂层由以下组分组成:
1~2份聚有机硅氧烷,9.8份丙烯酸树脂,1.2份甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,0.7份乙酰丙酮硒,0.9份过氯乙烯,0.5份高岭土,0.8份钛酸酯,0.9份聚二甲基硅氧烷。
