Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于跑步机的跑步带,包括长条形的本体,所述本体首尾衔接形成圆环状,其特征在于:所述本体包括上部和下部,所述上部的下表面与下部的上表面粘连,所述上部由多段面材平行排布而成,相邻的面材之间具有断口,所述断口沿本体横向贯穿分断本体上部,所述面材由耐磨面层和缓冲层上下层叠而成,所述缓冲层是多孔、软质的泡棉构件。本发明的显著效果是:在用于跑步机的跑步带中将上部主动分割为多段相互独立的面材,使其之间留有断口,从而消除跑步机跑步带因增厚而提高的剪切应力;并且添加以泡棉构件制成的缓冲层,从而提高本体的回弹性能。本发明应用于跑步机中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及运动器械技术领域,特别是一种用于跑步机的跑步带。
背景技术
目前的跑步机所用的跑步带是一种环状的复合材料。由位于最内层的布层作为骨架材料,从而实现跑步带张紧和动力传输等功能。该布层普遍使用聚酯纤维织造而成。跑步带的面层是一层软质热塑性材料,多数使用软质PVC。而对品质要求更高的跑步带则普遍采用二布层、二胶层的结构。但在跑步机的使用过程中,不论是一布一胶还是二布二胶结构的跑步带都存在如下缺点:
1、人们使用跑步机锻炼时,普遍感觉“硬”。这实际上是跑步机无法将人跑动时所产生的冲击力进行有效的缓冲和吸收,影响人们对跑步机的体验,感觉舒适性欠佳。更严重的是,如果跑步时的冲击力不能有效地被缓冲和吸收,势必反作用于人体的骨骼和关节,进而造成运动伤害。
2、噪声大。人们使用跑步机进行锻炼时都会发现,脚踩踏在跑步带上时,鞋子击打跑步带会发出“嘣、嘣、嘣”的响声,速度越快,冲击力越大,响声也越大,非常恼人。特别在我国大部分城市居民都是住公寓楼,如果其中一居民在家使用跑步机锻炼,上下左右邻居都会不同程度受噪音干扰,对邻里关系和谐十分不利。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效吸收用户跑步时的冲击力的用于跑步机的跑步带。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:
一种用于跑步机的跑步带,包括长条形的本体,所述本体首尾衔接形成圆环状,其特征在于:所述本体包括上部和下部,所述上部的下表面与下部的上表面粘连,所述上部由多段面材平行排布而成,相邻的面材之间具有断口,所述断口沿本体横向贯穿分断本体上部,所述面材由耐磨面层和缓冲层上下层叠而成,所述缓冲层是多孔、软质的泡棉构件。
所述泡棉构件是PU泡棉、EVA泡棉、PVC泡棉或硫化橡胶泡棉的任意一种。所述泡棉构件的厚度为3mm~10mm。所述泡棉构件的硬度为邵氏30~60度。
所述耐磨面层的上表面设有防滑坑纹。
所述下部包括第一过渡层和第一布层,缓冲层与所述第一过渡层、第一布层依次粘连。
所述下部也可以包括第一过渡层、第一布层、第二过渡层和第二布层,缓冲层与所述第一过渡层、第一布层、第二过渡层和第二布层依次粘连。
所述第一过渡层是软质胶料构件,所述软质胶料构件是软质PVC、热塑弹性体或硫化橡胶的任意一种。
所述第二过渡层也是软质胶料构件,所述软质胶料构件是软质PVC、热塑弹性体或硫化橡胶的任意一种。
所述第一布层是涤纶或是锦纶。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著效果:
在跑步带中添加以泡棉构件制成的缓冲层,从而提高跑步带的舒适性,提高受压时的回弹性能,减少运动振动和噪音;将跑步带的上部分割为多段相互独立的面材,使其之间留有断口,从而消除跑步带因增厚而提高的剪切应力,延长使用使用寿命。
本发明应用于跑步机中。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,文中所提到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。本发明创造中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合。
实施例1
如图1~2所示,一种用于跑步机的跑步带,包括长条形的本体,所述本体首尾衔接形成圆环状,所述本体包括上部和下部2,所述上部的下表面与下部2的上表面粘连,所述上部由多段面材1平行排布而成,相邻的面材1之间具有断口3,所述面材1由耐磨面层11和缓冲层12上下层叠而成,所述缓冲层12是多孔、软质的泡棉构件。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述断口3可以沿本体横向直线贯穿分断本体上部,也可以沿本体横向斜线贯穿分断本体上部,也可以沿本体横向曲线贯穿分断本体上部。本实施例中的断口3沿本体横向直线贯穿分断本体上部。
两个相邻的断口3之间的距离是根据跑步机所使用的前、后辊筒4直径、缓冲层12与耐磨面层11的厚度、缓冲层12的弹性模量和耐磨面层11的弹性模量进行力学计算确定,使缓冲层12在跑步机运行时所受剪切应力在跑步带可承受范围之内,能大大提高跑步带的寿命。
跑步带安装上跑步机后就由跑步机的两个辊筒张紧并受其转动而带动滑行,由于跑步带具有缓冲层12而厚度较大,跑步带在经过前、后辊筒时发生形变,就会产生很大的剪切应力。例如:一条周长2500mm,下部2厚1.0mm,缓冲层12加上耐磨面层11的厚度为8mm,跑步机辊筒Φ38mm,则跑步带上部在辊筒包覆处额外伸长28.3mm,伸长率为47.4%,加上跑步带下部约1%的伸长率,则总伸长率为48.4%。如果跑步机以12km/h的速度运行,则跑步带每秒经过辊筒2.67次,每次在辊筒处伸长47.4%,经过辊筒后立即收缩回原来的长度。这对任何高分子材料而言,由于滞后效应的存在,运行时动力消耗很大且跑步带的缓冲层12与耐磨面层11会很快断裂。而将跑步带上部分割成多段面材1,多段面材1之间具有断口3,则可将缓冲层12与耐磨面层11的伸长率减少至1%,使跑步带的缓冲层12与耐磨面层11不会断裂,并且也使牵引能耗大幅降低。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述泡棉构件是PU泡棉、EVA泡棉、PVC泡棉或硫化橡胶泡棉的任意一种。本实施例中的泡棉构件是PU泡棉。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述泡棉构件的厚度为3mm~10mm。如果缓冲层1 2太薄则没有明显的缓冲效果,太厚则成本高,同时整条跑步带的动力性能会受影响。本实施例中的泡棉构件的厚度为10mm。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述泡棉构件的硬度为邵氏30~60度。缓冲层12起到的作用是吸收用户跑步时的冲击力,如果缓冲层12硬度过高会导致其缓冲性能变差,硬度过低则支撑性能欠佳。本实施例中的泡棉构件的硬度为邵氏60度。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述耐磨面层11的上表面设有防滑坑纹111。防滑坑纹111使跑步带表面具有较高的摩擦系数,防止人们跑动时打滑,并且使跑步带更美观。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述下部2可以设置第一过渡层21和第一布层22,缓冲层12与第一过渡层21和第一布层22依次粘连。所述下部2也可以设置第一过渡层21、第一布层22、第二过渡层23和第二布层24,缓冲层12与第一过渡层21、第一布层22、第二过渡层23和第二布层24依次粘连。采用双过渡层、双布层的结构,可以进一步提高跑步带的性能,使之稳定性更好,延展率更低,更耐用。本实施例中的下部2包括第一过渡层21和第一布层22,缓冲层12与第一过渡层21和第一布层22依次粘连。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第一过渡层21或第二过渡层23均是软质胶料构件,所述软质胶料构件是软质PVC、热塑弹性体或硫化橡胶的任意一种。第一过渡层21或第二过渡层23的选材原则是具有较高的抗剪切应力的特性。本实施例中的第一过渡层21是软质胶料构件,所述软质胶料构件是软质PVC。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第一布层22或第二布层24是涤纶或是锦纶。第一布层22或是第二布层24的选材原则是柔韧、耐用。其中涤纶价格低廉,应为首选。经线应选用400D以上复丝,纬线既可用单丝也可选用复丝,但单丝的横向稳定性更好。本实施例中的第一布层22的材质是涤纶,其中经线选用500D复丝,纬线选用单丝。
实施例2
如图3所示,一种用于跑步机的跑步带,包括长条形的本体,所述本体首尾衔接形成圆环状,所述本体包括上部和下部2,所述上部的下表面与下部2的上表面粘连,所述上部由多段面材1平行排布而成,相邻的面材1之间具有断口3,所述面材1由耐磨面层11和缓冲层12上下层叠而成,所述缓冲层12是多孔、软质的泡棉构件。所述断口3沿本体横向曲线贯穿分断本体上部。
本实施例的泡棉构件是PVC泡棉,泡棉构件的厚度为3mm,泡棉构件的硬度为邵氏30度。所述耐磨面层11的上表面设有防滑坑纹111。所述下部2包括第一过渡层21、第一布层22、第二过渡层23和第二布层24,缓冲层12与第一过渡层21、第一布层22、第二过渡层23和第二布层24依次粘连。所述第一过渡层21和第二过渡层23均是软质胶料构件,第一过渡层21采用热塑弹性体,第二过渡层23采用硫化橡胶。第一布层22的材质是涤纶,其中经线选用400D复丝,纬线选用复丝。第二布层24的材质是锦纶。

1.一种用于跑步机的跑步带,包括长条形的本体,所述本体首尾衔接形成圆环状,其特征在于:所述本体包括上部和下部(2),所述上部的下表面与下部(2)的上表面粘连,所述上部由多段面材(1)平行排布而成,相邻的面材(1)之间具有断口(3),所述断口(3)沿本体横向贯穿分断本体上部,所述面材(1)由耐磨面层(11)和缓冲层(12)上下层叠而成,所述缓冲层(12)是多孔、软质的泡棉构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于跑步机的跑步带,其特征在于:所述泡棉构件是PU泡棉、EVA泡棉、PVC泡棉或硫化橡胶泡棉的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于跑步机的跑步带,其特征在于:所述泡棉构件的厚度为3mm~10mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于跑步机的跑步带,其特征在于:所述泡棉构件的硬度为邵氏30~60度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于跑步机的跑步带,其特征在于:所述耐磨面层(11)的上表面设有防滑坑纹(111)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于跑步机的跑步带,其特征在于:所述下部(2)包括第一过渡层(21)和第一布层(22),缓冲层(12)与所述第一过渡层(21)、第一布层(22)依次粘连。

8.根据权利要求6中所述的用于跑步机的跑步带,其特征在于:所述第一过渡层(21)是软质胶料构件,所述软质胶料构件是软质PVC、热塑弹性体或硫化橡胶的任意一种。
9.根据权利要求7中所述的用于跑步机的跑步带,其特征在于:所述第一过渡层(21)和第二过渡层(23)均是软质胶料构件,所述软质胶料构件是软质PVC、热塑弹性体或硫化橡胶的任意一种。
