Abstract

本发明公开一种具有祛痛及壮骨的中药组合物。该组合物由威灵仙、麻黄、白芍、乌蛇、鸡血藤、熟地、桃仁、红花、透骨草、寻骨风、丹参、莪术、葛根、独活、羌活、桂枝等46味原料药组成。本发明中药组合物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成临床接受的贴膏剂、软膏剂、喷雾剂、擦剂或酊剂。本发明药物组合物强筋壮骨、舒筋活络、益气活血、散瘀镇痛、祛风除湿等功效，对于治疗风湿骨痛、腰背酸痛、骨痛膝弱、四肢麻痹、关节炎、颈、腰椎病、骨质增生等显著效果，且见效快，疗程短，无毒副作用，治愈率高，治疗成本低，有效率达99.5％。

一种具有袪痛及壮骨的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物组合物，特别是涉及一种具有祛痛及壮骨的中药组合物。
背景技术
随着经济的发展，越来越多的人易患风湿痹痛、腰背酸痛、骨痛膝弱、四肢麻痹、关节炎、颈、腰椎病、骨质增生等疾病，西药对于这类疾病没有特效药物，多采用中药的祛风湿、通利关节、活络止痛、强筋骨等功效可使病症减轻和治愈，目前市场上用于治疗这类疾病的中药制剂很多，但普遍存在疗效慢，疗程长，费用高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种具有祛痛及壮骨的中药组合物。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
本发明中药组合物的原料药组成为：
C组：三七5-15重量份细辛5-15重量份血竭5-15重量份。
本发明中药组合物的原料药组成优选为：
C组：三七10重量份细辛10重量份血竭10重量份。
本发明中药组合物的原料药组成优选为：
C组：三七13重量份细辛7重量份血竭13重量份。
本发明中药组合物的原料药组成优选为：
C组：三七7重量份细辛13重量份血竭7重量份。
本发明组合物的制备方法为，将A组药物用4-12倍量的水浸泡30分钟，进行煎煮，第一次煎煮3小时，过滤，得滤液，药渣再用6倍量的水煎煮2小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，滤过，滤液浓缩至60-100℃测相对密度为1.15-1.18，加乙醇使含醇量达65％，静置，取上清液回收乙醇，并浓缩至60-80℃测相对密度为1.25-1.30的浸膏；将B组和C组原料粉碎过80目筛，得细粉，将细粉和上浸膏混合均匀，按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成贴膏剂、软膏剂、喷雾剂、擦剂或酊剂。
本发明中药组合物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成临床接受的贴膏剂、软膏剂、喷雾剂、擦剂或酊剂。
本发明药物组合物强筋壮骨、舒筋活络、益气活血、散瘀镇痛、祛风除湿等功效，对于治疗风湿骨痛、腰背酸痛、骨痛膝弱、四肢麻痹、关节炎、颈、腰椎病、骨质增生等显著效果，且见效快，疗程短，无毒副作用，治愈率高，治疗成本低，有效率达99.5％。
下面实验例用于进一步说明本发明，但不限于本发明。
实验例一：临床试验
1、临床观察
本发明贴膏剂(按照实施例1方法制备)对治风湿骨痛、腰背酸痛、骨痛膝弱、四肢麻痹、关节炎、颈肩腰腿痛、骨质增生等200例，其中男性100例，女性100例。
2、药物选择
选本发明贴膏剂(按照实施例1方法制备)，二个疗程(5天一疗程)，2天/贴。
3、诊断标准
1)持续性疼痛，疼痛成了生活的一部分。
2)活动稍多甚至弯腰拾物、打喷嚏时便发病，疼痛难忍，功能受限。
3)阴雨天或受风着凉可引起疼痛的复发或加重。
4、疗效标准
参照国家中医药管理局1994年实施的《中医病诊断疗效标准》拟定如下：
临床痊愈：中医临床症状、体征消失或基本消失；
显效：中医临床症状、体征明显改变；
有效：中医临床症状、体征均有好转；
无效：中医临床症状、体征均无明显改善；

6、结论
200例患者使用本发明贴膏剂二个疗程(每个疗程5天)，治疗结果显示，总有效率为99.5％。
7、讨论
本发明组合物中狗脊为为蚌壳蕨科植物金毛狗脊Cibotiumbarometz(L.)J.Sm.的干燥根茎。狗脊味苦、甘，性温；归肝、肾经；质坚行散，降而能升；具有强腰膝，祛风湿，固肾气的功效；主治肾虚腰痛脊强，足膝软弱无力，风湿痹痛，遗尿，尿频，遗精，白带。狗骨为犬科动物犬CanisfamiliarisL.的骨骼，药用以四肢骨为佳，四季可收，悬挂当风处晾干；具有祛风湿，强筋骨功效；用于治疗风湿关节痛，腰腿酸软。白芥子别名辣菜子，拉丁文名Semensinapis.一年或二年生植物白芥SinapisalbaL.的干燥成熟种子。白芥子具有化痰逐饮、散结消肿之功效。主治咳喘痰多；胸满胁痛；肢体麻木；关节肿痛；湿痰流注；阴疽肿毒。治乳痈、乳癌、乳腺疼痛、结核、痰饮咳喘，胸胁胀满疼痛，反胃呕吐，中风不语，肢体痹痛麻木，脚气，阴疽，肿毒，跌打肿痛。山苍子，为我国特有的香料植物资源之一，山苍子喜光或稍耐荫，浅根性，常生与荒山、荒地、灌丛中或疏林内、林缘及路边。山苍子具有理气散结；解毒消肿；止血。主治：痈疽肿痛；乳痈；蛇虫咬伤；外伤出血；脚肿；慢性气管炎。本发明组合物各原料药组合具有强筋壮骨、舒筋活络、益气活血、散瘀镇痛、祛风除湿等功效，对于治疗风湿痹痛、腰背酸痛、骨痛膝弱、四肢麻痹、关节炎、颈肩腰腿痛、骨质增生等疾病效果显著。
实验例二：典型病例
病例1：张某某，男，56。症状：患者左腿踝关节，疼痛肿胀，行走不便，因劳动病情加重，经诊断确诊为风湿病。通过使用本发明贴膏剂(按照实施例1方法制备，2天/贴。)贴于患处一个疗程(一疗程5天)，关节肿痛明显好转，左踝关节功能明显改善，患者可正常行走，继续使用本发明贴膏剂一个疗程，经检查已基本恢复正常。
病例2：王某，女，48岁。2012年5月10日诊。主诉：右肘关节疼痛，屈伸不利1年余。患者年轻时从事运动员工作，中年后转为体育教练，在运动生涯中经常出现关节疼痛，但均未予以重视。1年前右肘关节疼痛伴肿胀，症状逐渐加重，并出现关节变形，右肘伸展受限。经使用本发明软膏剂(按照实施例2方法制备，每日两次涂抹于患处)5天后见效明显，继续使用一疗程治疗痊愈。
病例3李某，男，59岁。2012年10月2日诊。主诉：自1年前始出现腰痛，曾感腰部酸痛，阴雨天或劳累后加重，当时未予重视。近来腰痛逐暂加重，痛重时腰部不能俯仰，转侧不能，曾服止痛药(如布洛芬等)缓解疼痛。曾用针灸、按摩、理疗、中药汤剂等多种药物治疗，效果不明显。经使用本发明喷雾剂(按照实施例3方法制备，每日两次喷于患处)5天后见效明显，痛处减轻，继续使用5天后，疼痛全无，痊愈。
病例4姚某某，男45岁。2012年12月3日诊。患者右颈部、肩、臂疼痛3天。患者连日来因开车劳累而致颈部不适，右颈、肩疼痛，向上臂、前臂放射，时有右手中指、环指、小指麻木，与颈部活动有关，右上肢力弱，不能持重物，劳累一天后到傍晚疼痛难忍。经使用本发明酊剂(按照实施例4方法制备，每日两次擦于患处)5天后见效明显，痛处减轻，继续使用5天基本全愈。
下述实施例均能实现上述实验例的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1贴膏剂
C组：三七10g细辛10g血竭10g。
上述药物将A组药物用4-12倍量的水浸泡30分钟，进行煎煮，第一次煎煮3小时，过滤，得滤液，药渣再用6倍量的水煎煮2小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，滤过，滤液浓缩至60-100℃测相对密度为1.15-1.18，加乙醇使含醇量达65％，静置，取上清液回收乙醇，并浓缩至60-80℃测相对密度为1.25-1.30的浸膏；将B组和C组原料粉碎过80目筛，得细粉，将细粉和上述浸膏混合均匀，按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成制成贴膏剂，2天/贴。
实施例2软膏剂
C组：三七13g细辛7g血竭13g。
上述药物将A组药物用4-12倍量的水浸泡30分钟，进行煎煮，第一次煎煮3小时，过滤，得滤液，药渣再用6倍量的水煎煮2小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，滤过，滤液浓缩至60-100℃测相对密度为1.15-1.18，加乙醇使含醇量达65％，静置，取上清液回收乙醇，并浓缩至60-80℃测相对密度为1.25-1.30的浸膏；将B组和C组原料粉碎过80目筛，得细粉，将细粉和上述浸膏混合均匀，按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成软膏剂。每日两次涂抹于患处。
实施例3喷雾剂
C组：三七7g细辛13g血竭7g。
上述药物将A组药物用4-12倍量的水浸泡30分钟，进行煎煮，第一次煎煮3小时，过滤，得滤液，药渣再用6倍量的水煎煮2小时，过滤得滤液，合并两次滤液，滤过，滤液浓缩至60-100℃测相对密度为1.15-1.18，加乙醇使含醇量达65％，静置，取上清液回收乙醇，并浓缩至60-80℃测相对密度为1.25-1.30的浸膏；将B组和C组原料粉碎过80目筛，得细粉，将细粉和上述浸膏混合均匀，按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成喷雾剂。每日两次喷于患处。
实施例4酊剂
C组：三七10g细辛10g血竭10g。
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成酊剂。
实施例5擦剂
C组：三七13g细辛7g血竭13g。
上述药物按照常规工艺加入常规辅料制成擦剂。

8.如权利要求7所述的中药组合的，其特征在于所述祛痛是指骨伤是指风湿骨痛、腰背酸痛、骨痛膝弱、四肢麻痹、关节炎、颈肩腰腿痛或骨质增生。
