本发明涉及中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药。
背景技术
众所周知，西医认为类风湿性关节炎是一种慢性、全身性、自身免疫性综合症，是外周关节的非特异性、对称性炎症，关节滑膜的慢性炎症、增生，形成血管翳，侵犯关节软骨、软骨下骨、韧带和肌腱等，造成关节软骨、骨和关节囊破坏，最终导致关节畸形和功能丧失，部分患者伴不同程度的全身表现。
中医认为类风湿性关节炎属于中医学“痹症”、“骨痿”的范畴，痹症的病机为本虚标实，肝肾脾虚为本，湿滞、瘀阻为标。骨痿为肾虚精亏，髓虚脉痹所致，肾主骨，肾水既痼，则诸骨皆枯，其病位在骨，其本在肾，从肾着手治疗是根本大法之一。骨的生长、发育、强劲、衰弱与肾精盛衰关系密切，肾精充足则骨髓生化有源，骨骼得以滋养而强健有力；肾精亏虚则骨髓生化无源，骨骼失养而痿弱无力。
现代西药疗法，一方面治疗成本较高，另一方面副作用大，而采用现有的中药虽然其副作用小，但是治疗效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药，益肝肾，补气血，成本低，疗效高，无毒副作用。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药，其特征在于由如下重量百分比的原料药制成，海风藤5～9％、千年健4～7％、八楞木6～9％、叶上花5～8％、龙牙楤木5～8％、多腺悬钩子2～4％、绵萆解6～8％、辣蓼草4～6％、楮实子2～3％、苍耳子2～3％、木通6～9％、粪箕笃4～6％、刘寄奴2～4％、透骨草3～5％、铧头草4～6％、鸡血藤4～7％、猫须草4～6％、水前草2～4％、藤梨根4～6％，将上述原料药用水浸泡煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，益肝肾，补气血，成本低，疗效高，无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用海风藤、千年健、八楞木、叶上花、龙牙楤木、多腺悬钩子、绵萆解、辣蓼草、楮实子、苍耳子、木通、粪箕笃、刘寄奴、透骨草、铧头草、鸡血藤、猫须草、水前草、藤梨根为原料药制备而成。其组分(重量％)每付为海风藤8.1、千年健6.3、八楞木8.2、叶上花7.8、龙牙楤木6.9、多腺悬钩子2.9、绵萆解7.4、辣蓼草4.9、楮实子2.2、苍耳子2.7、木通7.6、粪箕笃4.7、刘寄奴3.1、透骨草3.6、铧头草5.1、鸡血藤5.6、猫须草5.2、水前草3.3、藤梨根4.4。取上述19味原料药总重量为230克，加水1200ml左右浸泡3-4小时，用武火煮沸，文火煎熬至50～60分钟，去渣得220ml左右药汁，药渣再加水300～350ml左右，再熬30～35分钟，去渣得滤液80ml左右，共得300ml左右药汁，装入无菌玻璃瓶内。每日一剂，早晚各空腹服150ml。
本发明海风藤祛风湿，通经络，止痹痛。用于风寒湿痹，肢节疼痛，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利；千年健具有祛风湿、舒筋活络、止痛、消肿等功效。能治风湿痹痛、肢节酸育、筋骨痿软、跌打损伤；八楞木具有祛风活络，散瘀止痛之功效。常用于风湿痹痛，跌打损伤；叶上花祛风除湿，活血解毒，活血化瘀，清热解毒。用于跌打损伤，骨折，风湿性关节炎；龙牙楤木益气补肾，祛风利湿，活血止痛。主气虚乏力，肾虚阳痿，风湿骨痹，腰膝无力；多腺悬钩子用于风湿痛，可用于治疗肾虚、阳痿、月经不调诸症；绵萆解湿去浊，祛风通痹。用于淋病白浊、白带过多、湿热疮毒、腰膝痹痛；辣蓼草消肿止痛。治肿疡，痢疾腹痛；楮实子补肾清肝、明目、利尿。用于腰膝酸软、虚劳骨蒸；苍耳子发散风寒，通鼻窍，祛风湿，止痛；木通有利尿通淋，清心除烦，通经下乳的功效；粪箕笃清热解毒，利湿通便，消疮肿；刘寄奴破血通经，敛疮消肿。治经闭症瘕，胸腹胀痛，产后血瘀，跌打损伤；透骨草有活血化瘀、利尿解毒、通经透骨之功效；铧头草清热解毒，散瘀消肿；鸡血藤具有活血舒筋，养血调经的功效，主治风湿痹痛，手足麻木，肢体瘫痪；猫须草用于治疗急慢性肾炎、膀胱炎、尿路结石和风湿性关节炎；水前草热解毒，利水消肿。主风热感冒，咽喉肿痛，黄疸，淋病，水肿，关节炎；藤梨根清热解毒，清热利湿，祛风除湿，利尿止血，解毒消肿，风湿痹痛、风湿骨痛。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(重量百分比)混合的实施例来实现，其煎熬程序、口服方法与实施例1相同，其含量如下表所示。
临床治疗效果
1.诊断标准
西医诊断标准参照1987年美国风湿病学会ARA修订的诊断标准：①晨僵至少1h(持续时间≥6周)；②3个或3个以上关节肿(持续时间≥6周)；③腕、掌指关节或近端指尖关节肿(持续时间≥6周)；④对称性关节炎(持续时间≥6周)；⑤皮下结节；⑥手X线改变；⑦类风湿因子阳性(滴度＞1∶32)。有上述7项中4项者即可确诊为类风湿性关节炎。
中医诊断标准中医疾病诊断及证候诊断标准参照《中药新药治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究指导原则》并结合临床实际，制定证候诊断标准。
2.一般资料
病例全部病例来自于某中医医院的门诊及住院患者，共200例。随机分为两组：
治疗组100例，对照组100例。
3.治疗方法
治疗组：服用本发明实施例一中药，每日一剂，早晚各空腹服150ml，15天为一个疗程。
对照组：根据具体病情给于常规西药治疗。
两组患者均治疗观察1个月。
4.临床疗效评价标准
疗程结束时，对关节肿胀指数，关节压痛指数，晨僵，握力，ESR，RF进行考核，每项指标的改善程度按如下公式计算：
(治疗前值-治疗后值)/治疗前值×100％；
ESR计算：
(治疗前值-治疗后值)/(治疗前值-正常值)×100％；男正常值小于等于15mm/hr，女小于等于20mm/hr。
疗效分级：
计算各项指标的改善百分数，相加算出其平均改善百分数来判断疗效。
显效：治疗后比治疗前，改善率≥70％。
有效：治疗后比治疗前，50％≤改善率＜70％。
改善：治疗后比治疗前，30％≤改善率＜50％。
无效：治疗后比治疗前，改善率＜30％。
总有效率＝显效率+有效率+改善率。
5.治疗结果
治疗一个月后，疗效结果见表1。

表1治疗效果提示，治疗组显著优于对照组。可见本发明中药具有疗效显著，总有效率高的优点。同时治疗组和对照组均未见不良反应。
1.马某，男，48岁，自诉患类风湿性关节炎2年，具有晨起后双手关节发紧，僵硬，活动后缓解，双手多个指关节红肿疼痛，双足拇趾关节红肿疼痛，手X线改变等指证。经确诊为类风湿性关节炎后，给予本发明实施例一的中药。15天后红肿疼痛消失，晨起后仍略有晨僵感，治疗30天后，上述症状全部消失。停药后，随访3个月未复发。
2.潘某，女，52岁，自诉患类风湿性关节炎5年，双膝关节变行，疼痛难忍，走路困难，需要借助拐杖，阴雨天加重。曾经服用西药治疗2年有余，停药即复发，也采用过针灸、理疗等方法治疗，但疗效甚微。经检察患者双膝关节屈伸不利，X线摄片排除骨病。经确诊为类风湿性关节炎后，给予本发明实施例一中药。15天后患者双膝关节疼痛减轻，可脱离拐杖，行动自如，治疗30天后，疼痛完全消失，行动自如。遂巩固治疗2个疗程。停药后，随访3个月未复发。
