本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物。
背景技术
湿疹属于比较常见的由多种内外因素引起的表皮及真皮浅层的炎症性皮肤病。其临床症状为：自觉剧烈瘙痒、皮损多形性、红斑、丘疹、丘疱疹或水疱密集成片，易渗出，境界不清，周围散在小丘疹、丘疱疹，常伴糜烂、结痂，如继发感染，可出现脓包或浓痂。其具有易反复发作、难以根治的特点。目前，临床上对于湿疹的治疗主要采取内服抗组织胺药、维生素、激素类药物等，其存在治标不治本。对于湿疹的治疗还可采用外用软膏制剂进行治疗，而外用软膏制剂多为激素类软膏，虽然消炎、止痒及减少渗出的作用比较快，但停药后很快复发，长期使用易引起许多不良反应，如皮肤粗糙、毛孔增大和色素沉着。
中医认为，湿疹多因先天禀赋不足或嗜食辛辣肥甘厚腻，脾失健运，湿热蕴久，伤阴化燥，瘀阻脉络，血不营肤，血虚风燥，肌肤失去濡养，郁于腠理而发病。故治宜健脾化湿、解表消疮。
根据中医理论，针对湿疹的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

实施例5
一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：穿心莲25g，大青叶12g，龙胆草13g，菊花12g，白蒺藜13g，薏苡仁12g，白鲜皮18g，地肤子15g，女贞子13g，车前草12g，白花蛇舌草18g，小茴香8g，仙茅18g，蛇床子12g，臭草13g，茜草12g，蒲公英25g，麻黄8g，茵陈18g，地榆8g，赭石25g，千里光8g，紫菀18g，甘草8g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，其中男25例，女25例，年龄12～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、由急性演变而成，病情反复，病程常超过3个月；
2、自觉瘙痒，四肢、躯干对称性暗红丘斑疹、抓痕，鳞屑覆盖，部分皮肤肥厚、粗糙，呈苔藓样变，伴色素沉着斑；
3、皮损对称分布，有渗出倾向。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，六天一疗程。服药期间应避免喝酒、咖啡、辛辣刺激与油炸的食品。
四、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：皮损完全消退，自觉症状消失；
(2)显效：皮损消退70%以上，自觉症状明显改善；
(3)有效：皮损消退30%以上，自觉症状有所改善；
(4)无效；皮损消退30%以下，自觉症状无明显改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-8个疗程，治愈36例，显效4例，有效5例，无效5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：张某，男，26岁。患者自诉：一年前无明显诱因双前臂至手部瘙痒难耐，遍布红疹，皮肤肿胀紧绷，抓挠后有清黄色液体渗出。经多家医院中西药治疗病情有所好转，但左臂病情时有反复。近半年反复用“复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏”、“皮炎平”等药膏外涂，可以止痒，但是不曾根治。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，皮疹减少，瘙痒减轻；继续服用3个疗程，湿疹完全消退，自觉症状消失，治愈。
病例2：李某，女，36岁。自述：颈部湿疹肥厚而呈苔藓样，衣领摩擦刺激后则有少量渗出或血痂，干燥，干裂不适，夜间尤重。舌质淡红，苔少，脉细数。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，红斑明显减少，无丘疹，血痂较就医时减少；继续服用2个疗程，疹块消退，瘙痒消失，痊愈。随访至今无复发。

1.一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：穿心莲10-30份，大青叶10-20份，龙胆草5-15份，菊花10-20份，白蒺藜5-15份，薏苡仁10-20份，白鲜皮10-20份，地肤子10-30份，女贞子5-15份，车前草10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，小茴香5-15份，仙茅10-20份，蛇床子10-20份，臭草5-15份，茜草10-20份，蒲公英10-30份，麻黄5-15份，茵陈10-20份，地榆5-15份，赭石10-30份，千里光5-15份，紫菀10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗湿疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：穿心莲20份，大青叶15份，龙胆草10份，菊花15份，白蒺藜10份，薏苡仁15份，白鲜皮15份，地肤子20份，女贞子10份，车前草15份，白花蛇舌草15份，小茴香10份，仙茅15份，蛇床子15份，臭草10份，茜草15份，蒲公英20份，麻黄10份，茵陈15份，地榆10份，赭石20份，千里光10份，紫菀15份，甘草10份。
