Abstract
本发明涉及一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构及其连接工艺,包括两根竖管和一根横管,所述竖管外侧壁上部设置有用于安装龙头的外螺纹,所述竖管外侧壁下部设置有用于固定竖管的外螺纹,所述竖管侧壁中部设置有凸部,该凸部上设置有与竖管内通道相连通的出口,所述横管中部设置有用于安装出水龙头的连接座,所述连接座内设置有与横管内通道相连通的出水口,所述横管端部端面用于与竖管凸部端面相密封连接。本结构将竖管制成标准件,大大的减少了零部件,简化了生产工艺。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构及其连接工艺。
背景技术
早期的双进水口调温水龙头的水道主体是用铜铸造成毛坯,再对毛坯进行复杂的机械加工而得到的。由于铜的资源紧缺加上机械加工成本高、成品率低,导致铜质的水道主体价格昂贵。为此,人们试图用塑料替代铜,并使用适合大批量生产的注塑工艺替代复杂的机械加工生产调温水龙头的塑料水道主体。
但是,目前塑料制的水道主体结构复杂,零部件繁多,通常采用密封圈、螺栓等零件进行密封,不仅制作困难,给后勤增加了备货困难,同时导致生产工艺的繁琐,浪费了大量的人力物力财力。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构及其连接工艺,将塑料水道主体分成竖管和横管两大部分,并将竖管制成标准件,根据需要更换横管即可,大大减少的零部件数量,简化了生产工艺,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种技术方案是:一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,包括两根竖管和一根横管,所述竖管外侧壁上部设置有用于安装龙头的外螺纹,所述竖管外侧壁下部设置有用于固定竖管的外螺纹,所述竖管侧壁中部设置有凸部,该凸部上设置有与竖管内通道相连通的出口,所述横管中部设置有用于安装出水龙头的连接座,所述连接座内设置有与横管内通道相连通的出水口,所述横管端部端面用于与竖管凸部端面相密封连接。
进一步的,所述横管的两端部外侧壁均设置有环形凸肩,该环形凸肩的端面用于与竖管凸部端面相熔接。
进一步的,所述连接座为螺接结构、卡扣结构或对接结构。
进一步的,所述横管呈直线状、折弯状或弧形。
进一步的,所述横管端部端面和竖管凸部端面为相配合的平面或台阶面。
进一步的,所述连接座位于横管的上部、位于横管的侧壁上或内嵌在横管侧壁上。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的另一种技术方案是:一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构的连接工艺,该连接工艺用于连接如上述的连接结构,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将竖管凸部端面和横管端部端面清洁干净;
(2)将两竖管和横管固定在夹具上,并使竖管凸部端面和横管端部端面对准贴合;
(3)使用熔接设备将竖管凸部端面和横管环形端部端面相熔接;或使用胶黏剂将二者粘合;或者二次注塑;
(4)对连接好的竖管和横管进行密封性测试。
进一步的,所述熔接设备为热熔对接焊机,通过热熔对接焊机加热横管端部端面,使该端面开口处表面融化,同时加热竖管凸部端面,使凸部端面的表面出现融化,并将加热后的横管与竖管贴合紧固完成焊接。
进一步的,所述加热时间为6~7s,焊接的温度为380°~450°,焊接紧固时间为6~7s。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本结构将双进水口调温水龙头的水道主体分成竖管和横管两大部件,使得本结构的零件构成大大简化,同时,将竖管制成标准件,只需要根据需要选择不同形状规格的横管即可,将横管和竖管直接熔接,大大提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1所示,一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,包括两根竖管1和一根横管2,其中一根竖管可以先和横管的一端固定密封连接,制成一体,所述竖管1外侧壁上部设置有用于安装龙头的外螺纹101,所述竖管外侧壁下部设置有用于固定竖管的外螺纹102,所述竖管侧壁中部设置有凸部103,该凸部103上设置有与竖管内通道相连通的出口104,所述横管2中部设置有用于安装出水龙头的对接结式连接座202,该连接座内设置有与横管内通道相连通的出水口,所述横管端部端面用于与竖管凸部端面相密封连接。
本实施例中,所述横管呈直线状、折弯状或弧形。
本实施例中,所述横管端部端面和竖管凸部端面为相配合的平面。
本实施例中,所述连接座位于横管的侧壁上。
当然,所述连接座也可替换为螺接结构式连接座203,如图2所示,该连接座位于横管的上部。
所述连接座也可替换为卡扣结构式连接座204,如图3所示,该连接座内嵌在横管侧壁上。
实施例二:如图4所示,一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,包括两根竖管1和一根横管2,所述竖管1外侧壁上部设置有用于安装龙头的外螺纹101,所述竖管外侧壁下部设置有用于固定竖管的外螺纹102,所述竖管侧壁中部设置有凸部103,该凸部103上设置有与竖管内通道相连通的出口104,所述横管2中部设置有用于安装出水龙头的对接结式连接座202,该连接座内设置有与横管内通道相连通的出水口,所述横管的两端部外侧壁均设置有环形凸肩201,该环形凸肩201的端面用于与竖管凸部端面相密封连接。该环形凸肩可以增加对接效果,增强密封性能。
本实施例中,所述横管呈直线状、折弯状或弧形。
本实施例中,所述横管端部端面和竖管凸部端面为相配合的平面。
本实施例中,所述连接座位于横管的侧壁上。
当然,所述连接座也可替换为螺接结构式连接座203,如图5所示,该连接座位于横管的上部。
所述连接座也可替换为卡扣结构式连接座204,如图6所示,该连接座内嵌在横管侧壁上。
本实施例中连接结构,按以下步骤进行连接:
(1)将竖管凸部端面和横管端部端面清洁干净;
(2)将两竖管和横管固定在夹具上,并使竖管凸部端面和横管端部端面对准贴合;
(3)使用熔接设备将竖管凸部端面和横管环形端部端面相熔接;或使用胶黏剂将二者粘合;或者二次注塑;
(4)对连接好的竖管和横管进行密封性测试。
本实施例中,所述熔接设备为热熔对接焊机,通过热熔对接焊机加热横管环形凸肩端面,使该端面开口处表面融化,同时加热竖管凸部端面,使凸部端面的表面出现融化,并将加热后的横管与竖管贴合紧固完成焊接。
本实施例中,所述加热时间为6~7s,焊接的温度为380°~450°,焊接紧固时间为6~7s。

Claims (9)
1.一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,其特征在于:包括两根竖管和一根横管,所述竖管外侧壁上部设置有用于安装龙头的外螺纹,所述竖管外侧壁下部设置有用于固定竖管的外螺纹,所述竖管侧壁中部设置有凸部,该凸部上设置有与竖管内通道相连通的出口,所述横管中部设置有用于安装出水龙头的连接座,所述连接座内设置有与横管内通道相连通的出水口,所述横管端部端面用于与竖管凸部端面相密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述横管的两端部外侧壁均设置有环形凸肩,该环形凸肩的端面用于与竖管凸部端面相熔接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述连接座为螺接结构、卡扣结构或对接结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述横管呈直线状、折弯状或弧形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述连接座位于横管的上部、位于横管的侧壁上或内嵌在横管侧壁上。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构,其特征在于:所述横管端部端面和竖管凸部端面为相配合的平面或台阶面。
7.一种调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构的连接工艺,该连接工艺用于连接如权利要求1所述的连接结构,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将竖管凸部端面和横管端部端面清洁干净;
(2)将两竖管和横管固定在夹具上,并使竖管凸部端面和横管端部端面对准贴合;
(3)使用熔接设备将竖管凸部端面和横管环形端部端面相熔接;或使用胶黏剂将二者粘合;或者二次注塑;
(4)对连接好的竖管和横管进行密封性测试。
8.根据权利要求7所述的调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构的连接工艺,其特征在于:所述熔接设备为热熔对接焊机,通过热熔对接焊机加热横管端部端面,使该端面开口处表面融化,同时加热竖管凸部端面,使凸部端面的表面出现融化,并将加热后的横管与竖管贴合紧固完成焊接。
9.根据权利要求7所述的调温水龙头塑料水道主体的连接结构的连接工艺,其特征在于:所述加热时间为6~7s,焊接的温度为380°~450°,焊接紧固时间为6~7s。
