背景技术
近来,具有电池的车辆在市场上日益例如以电动车辆的形式和/或作为混合动力车辆被提供。在此,这种车辆的一连串问题是这种电池的电磁兼容性。由于主电路中的大电流和例如逆变器(Inverter)的使用而存在这种电池的潜在的电磁干扰。因此必须对这种电池进行屏蔽。为此,通常将电池和/或逆变器设置在金属的壳体内,以避免车辆的其他电气元件和/或电子元件的电干扰和/或磁干扰。然而,由此产生了对被屏蔽的壳体来说的额外的费用以及这种电池装置的额外的重量。此外,CN 203237020 U公开了一种具有可更换的电池的电动车,其中,电池布置在车辆的底部区域内。在此,电池的壳体与车辆的车身以机械的方式相连接。在这种情况下,为了迅速更换电池设置可取下的盖板。
发明内容
相比之下,根据本发明的车辆具有下述特征,其包括:车身,和具有储能装置和壳体的电池,所述壳体至少部分地包围所述储能装置,其特征在于,所述车身的车身区域构成所述电池的壳体的一部分,其中,所述车身区域由导电的材料制成或者包括导电的材料,以便提供车辆对电场和/或磁场的屏蔽。具有上述特征的根据本发明的车辆具有以下优点:电池可以以价格低廉的方式被电屏蔽和/或磁屏蔽。特别地,可以十分紧凑地实现根据本发明的构思,从而可以以巧妙的方式将电池布置在车辆的车身的车身区域上,其中,最佳的电磁屏蔽是可能的。根据本发明这通过以下方式来实现,即车身的车身区域构成电池的壳体的一部分。构成电池的壳体的该部分的车身区域在此由导电的材料制成。由此电池对车辆的其余(部分)的电磁屏蔽借助于车身区域来实现。由此可以省去电池的壳体的一部分,这会导致结构空间优点以及减轻重量。

优选地,车身的屏蔽性的车身区域构成壳体的顶盖。
进一步优选地,屏蔽性的车身区域构成壳体的底部。
根据本发明的另一优选的设计方案,屏蔽性的车身区域构成壳体的一个或多个壁部。
根据本发明的另一优选的设计方案,屏蔽性的车身区域是车辆的底部的一部分。由此,电池可以布置在车辆的底部区域内,从而特别地可以使得车辆的重心变低。
进一步优选地,车身具有凹槽,电池至少部分地、优选全部地布置在该凹槽内。由此可以实现电池紧凑的且节省位置的布置。
特别优选地,电池的壳体包括用于屏蔽电场和/或磁场的导电的材料。
由此可以对电池完全屏蔽。应当指出,如果例如导电的车身区域构成电池壳体的顶盖并且电池布置在车辆的底部中,从而车辆对电池屏蔽,则壳体不必必须包括导电的材料。在这种情况下,电池例如由车辆的底面固定在车身上。
为了实现十分好的电屏蔽和/或磁屏蔽,车辆在屏蔽性的车身区域和电池其余的壳体之间优选具有环绕封闭式的、导电的连接件。该连接件特别优选地低欧姆地设计,以便提供尽可能小的电阻。即使在例如电池出现绝缘故障并且人在不同位置处接触到了电池时,所述低欧姆的连接件也带来显著的安全优势,因为这个人没有被电击,因为电流通过壳体传导而没有流过人体。
在此特别优选地,在屏蔽性的车身区域与壳体之间的连接件通过金属的弹簧触点来实现或者替代地通过在屏蔽的车身区域与壳体之间的材料配合的、导电的连接来实现。
进一步优选地,设置有逆变器,该逆变器与车辆的电池连接,其中,该逆变器同样至少部分地由车身区域屏蔽。由此还可以省去对逆变器附加的屏蔽。

具体实施方式
接下来参照图1和图2对根据本发明的第一优选实施例的车辆1行详述。
如图1所示,根据本发明的车辆1包括车身2和电池3。
根据本发明,术语“车身”系指车辆的限定车辆外周缘的部件。在此,例如底部20也属于车身2。
如图1所示,底部20具有凹槽22。凹槽22基本上为矩形并且用于容纳电池3(参见图2)。
如图1所示,电池3包括大量的储能装置31例如电池单池或电池模块和电池壳体32。在该实施例中,电池壳体32是底板33,储能装置31布置在该底板上。这些储能装置例如可以借助于螺钉固定在底板33上。
电池3的壳体32的另一部分由车身2提供。如尤其是图2的安装好的状态下所示,凹槽22构成电池3的壳体32的剩余壳体部分。更准确地说,车身的底部20包括屏蔽性的车身区域21,该车身区域通过凹槽22来限定。屏蔽性的车身区域21包括壳体的顶盖23、第一壁部24、第二壁部25和第三壁部26。在图1中未示出第四壁部,但是第四壁部也存在。壁部24、25、26在此基本上垂直于顶盖23并且具有尺寸,从而可以将电池3完全安装到凹槽22内。
在此,在电池3的底板33和壁部区域24、25、26之间设置有环形的连接件4。该连接件4是导电的。
电池3的底板33同样由导电的材料制成或者替代地包括导电的材料,该材料平整地布置在底板33上并且例如可以被塑料材料等包裹。凹槽22的顶盖23和壁部以相同的方式要么由导电的材料制成要么替代地包括导电的材料,该材料平整地布置在壁部或顶盖内。
通过对导电材料的这种平整的设置实现了电池3对车辆1的其余部分的电屏蔽和/或磁屏蔽。
在此应当指出,底板33不必必须由导电的材料制成或者说必须包括导电的材料,因为朝向路面的电辐射和/或磁辐射对车辆的部件没有负面的电磁影响。然而,为了完全的屏蔽,优选地底板33也配有屏蔽性的效果。
因此,根据本发明,电池3不必具有完全环绕的壳体,而是电池的部分区域有车身提供。在这种情况下设置了屏蔽性的车身21,以便提高电池的电磁兼容性。
因此,根据本发明例如在电池3出现绝缘故障的情况下,人也可以在不同位置触摸电池,而人不会被电击,因为电流流过电池3的壳体而不流过人体。因为根据本发明电池的壳体与车辆的车身连接并且连接件导电,所以实际上可以排除的是:壳体或车身上的两个区域在不同的电位上。由此在电池故障的情况下也保护人免遭电击。
图3示出了本发明的第二实施例,其中,除了电池3之外,附加地还将逆变器5布置在车辆车身2内的凹槽22中。由此,特别地可以省去逆变器5对电场和/或磁场的以及与将电池3与逆变器5连接起来的导线6、7的单独的屏蔽。逆变器5连同电池3一起安装在底板33上。
Claims (10)
1.车辆,其包括:
- 车身(2),和
- 具有储能装置(31)和壳体(32)的电池(3),所述壳体至少部分地包围所述储能装置(31),
其特征在于,
- 所述车身(2)的车身区域(21)构成所述电池(3)的壳体的一部分,
- 其中,所述车身区域(21)由导电的材料制成或者包括导电的材料,以便提供车辆对电场和/或磁场的屏蔽,并且
- 其中,在构成所述电池(3)的壳体的一部分的屏蔽性的车身区域(21)和所述电池的其余壳体部分之间构成环绕封闭式的、导电的连接件(4),
所述车辆还包括逆变器(5),该逆变器与所述电池(3)连接,其中,所述逆变器(5)至少部分地由所述屏蔽性的车身区域(21)屏蔽。
