(1)将所述质量份数的磷酸三钠、乙氧基胺、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸、乙二醇丁醚、苄基三苯基溴化膦、苹果酸、二氟二氯甲烷、苯并三氮唑、辛癸酸甘油酯、草酸、硬树脂酸甘油单酯、羧基乙酸、生化黄腐酸、钼酸钠、磷酸三甲苯酯、亚硝酸钠、环氧酸锌、吗啡啉、石油磺酸盐、百菌清加入上述质量份数的水中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的山梨酸钙,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的三聚磷酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
上述各组分功能如下:
(1)磷酸三钠:无色至白色结晶或结晶性粉末,易溶于水,不溶于乙醇。在化工、纺织、印染、造纸、发电等行业中用作软水剂和洗涤剂,锅炉防垢剂,纸张染色中的软水剂,生产蜡光纸用胶黏剂的酸碱度缓冲剂,印染时的固色剂,织物的丝光增强剂,制线的防脆剂。
(2)乙氧基胺:可与各种用量的环氧乙烷发生了反应,以改变其乳化性、表面张力、溶解性及阳离子强度。常见的用途是酸增稠、增强洗涤性以及作为织物加工助剂。
(3)辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚:浅黄色液体,化学稳定性高,在高温下不易被强酸、强碱破坏,生物降解性差。具有良好的乳化、分散、抗静电性能,在果蔬表面能形成薄膜,有抑菌性能,起保护、保鲜作用。无毒,对人体无害。此外,还可用作乳化剂、抗静电剂和洗涤剂等。
(4)柠檬酸:一种重要的有机酸,又名枸橼酸,无色晶体,常含一分子结晶水,无臭,有很强的酸味,易溶于水。主要用作酸味剂、增溶剂、缓冲剂、抗氧化剂、除腥脱臭剂、风味增进剂、胶凝剂、调色剂等。此外,本品还有抑制细菌、护色、改进风味、促进蔗糖转化等作用;还具有螯合作用,能够清除某些有害金属。
(5)乙二醇丁醚:无色易燃液体,具有中等程度醚味。主要用作产品、印刷油墨、图章用印台油墨、油类、树脂等的溶剂,金属洗涤剂、脱漆剂、脱润滑油剂、汽车引擎洗涤剂、干洗溶剂、环氧树脂溶剂、药物萃取剂;还用作乳胶漆的稳定剂、飞机产品的蒸发抑制剂、高温烘烤瓷漆的表面加工等。
(6)苄基三苯基溴化膦:常温下为白色粉末状固体。在水中要有较好的溶解性,在有机溶剂中有极小的溶解性;对生物膜较无渗透性;受浓度、温度,以及介质中离子的影响极小;能与阳离子形成可溶性络合物;干燥或溶液状态有极好的稳定性。
(7)苹果酸:白色结晶体或结晶状粉末,有较强的吸湿性,易溶于水、乙醇。有特殊愉快的酸味。可用作除垢剂、荧光增白剂的合成原料之一。添加到虫胶清漆或其它清漆中,可防止漆面结皮,用该种酸生产的聚脂树脂和醇酸树脂是有特殊用途的塑料。
(8)二氟二氯甲烷:无色无臭气体,用作气溶杀虫药发射剂,活塞式冷冻机、冷藏库、冰箱、空调的致冷剂。
(9)苯并三氮唑:白色浅褐色针状结晶,可加工成片状、颗粒状、粉状。在空气中氧化而逐渐变红。本品味苦、无臭。在真空中蒸馏时能发生爆炸。溶于乙醇、苯、甲苯、氯仿和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,微溶于水。主要作为水处理剂、金属防锈剂和缓蚀剂。广泛用于循环水处理剂,防锈油、脂类产品中,也应用于铜及铜合金的气相缓蚀剂、润滑油添加剂。
(10)山梨酸钙:一种白色结晶细粉,热稳定性好。溶于水,几不溶于乙醇。主要用作防腐剂、防霉剂。
(11)辛癸酸甘油酯:以椰子油或棕榈仁油、山苍子油等油脂为原料,经水解、分馏、切割,得到辛酸、癸酸与甘油酯化,然后脱酸、脱水、脱色制得。无色、无味的透明液体,其黏度为一般植物油的一半。凝固点低,氧化稳定性好。与各种溶剂、油脂、一些氧化剂、维生素都有很好的互溶性。其乳化性、溶解性、延伸性和润滑性都优于普通油脂。作为有特殊功效的稀释剂、乳化稳定剂、增溶剂和香精油基使用,也用做食品生产的消泡剂和防腐剂。产品无色无味、透明清澈,稳定性良好,耐储存;广泛用于食品、化妆品和制药业。
(12)草酸:无色单斜片状或棱柱体结晶或白色粉末、氧化法草酸无气味、合成法草酸有味。主要用作还原剂和漂白剂,用于生产抗菌素和冰片等药物以及提炼稀有金属的溶剂、染料还原剂、鞣革剂等;用于金属表面清洗和处理,稀土元素提取、纺织印染、皮革加工、催化剂制备等;可用来除锈。
(13)硬树脂酸甘油单酯:白色蜡状薄片或珠粒固体,不溶于水,与热水经强烈振荡混合可分散于水中,为油包水型乳化剂。本品是食物的乳化剂和添加剂;化妆品及医药膏剂中用作乳化剂,使膏体细腻,滑润;用于工业丝油剂的乳化剂和纺织品的润滑剂;在塑料薄膜中用作流滴剂和防雾剂;在塑料加工中作润滑剂和抗静电剂,在其他方面可作为消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂、湿润剂等。
(14)羧基乙酸:主要用于有机合成中间体。
(15)生化黄腐酸:从微生物发酵后的植物废料中提取的,组成较复杂,除了芳香族羟基羧酸外,还有一定数量的水溶性碳水化合物、氨基酸、蛋白质、糖酸类物质。用做叶面肥、冲施肥和有机肥、药肥、微肥及水产肥、液态地膜、腐植酸保水剂的主剂或添加剂,还可做有机无机复合肥高塔喷浆造粒的缓释肥包衣原浆。
(16)钼酸钠:白色菱形结晶体。可通过钼精矿氧化焙烧生成三氧化钼,用液碱浸取生成钼酸钠溶液,后经抽滤、浓缩、冷却、离心、干燥后可制得。用于制造生物碱、油墨、化肥、钼红颜料和耐晒颜料的沉淀剂、催化剂、钼盐,也可用于制造阻燃剂和无公害型冷水系统的金属抑制剂,还用作镀锌、磨光剂及化学试剂。
(17)磷酸三甲苯酯:无色或淡黄色的透明油状液体,不溶于水,溶于醇、苯等多有机溶剂。用作环氧树脂和压敏殷黏剂的增塑剂,具有阻燃性能。也用作聚醋酸乙烯乳液的阻燃增塑剂。还可用作橡胶型胶黏剂的软化剂。
(18)三聚磷酸钠:白色粉末状结晶,流动性较好。易溶于水,其水溶液呈碱性。用作洗涤品助剂,亦可用于石油、冶金、采矿、造纸、水处理等。主要用作合成洗涤剂的助剂,用于肥皂增效剂和防止条皂油脂析出和起霜。对润滑油和脂肪有强烈的乳化作用,可用于调节缓冲皂液的PH值。工业用水的软水剂。制革剂。染色助剂。油漆、高岭土、氧化镁、碳酸钙等工业中配制悬浮时作分散剂。钻井泥浆分散剂。造纸工业用作防油污剂。食品工业中用于罐头,果汁饮料,奶制品,豆乳等的品质改良剂,水分保持剂。主要供火腿罐头嫩化,蚕豆罐头中使豆皮软化,亦可用作软化剂和增稠剂。
(19)亚硝酸钠:亚硝酸根离子与钠离子化和生成的无机盐。用作丝绸、亚麻的漂白剂,金属热处理剂;钢材缓蚀剂;氰化物中毒的解毒剂,实验室分析试剂,在肉类制品加工中用作发色剂、防微生物剂,防腐剂。在漂白、电镀和金属处理等方面有应用,被称为工业盐。
(20)环氧酸锌:一种双组份、高性能、化学固化环氧防锈底漆,适用于室内外钢结构和潮湿处的防锈保护。
(21)吗啡啉:常温下是一种无色油状液体。与水、丙酮、苯、醚、醇、乙二醇、亚麻子油、松节油、蓖麻油混溶。有吸湿性和氨的气味。主要用于制橡胶硫化促进剂,还用于表面活性剂、纺织印染助剂、医药和农药的合成。还用作金属缓蚀剂和防锈剂。也是染料、树脂、蜡、虫胶、干酪素等的溶剂。
(22)石油磺酸盐:本品是石油及其馏份为原料,用磺化剂磺化,再用碱中和而制成的产品。本品是一种表面活性剂,它与表面活性剂助剂复配,其作用是降低油水界面张力,更好地提高洗油效率。同时用作钡盐、镁盐、铵盐和胺盐的原料,这些盐类分别用于润滑油和润滑脂的添加剂、金属加工的切削油乳液配料、石油钻井用泥浆和石油破乳剂等。
(23)百菌清:广谱、保护性杀菌剂。作用机理是能与真菌细胞中的三磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶发生作用,与该酶中含有半胱氨酸的蛋白质相结合,从而破坏该酶活性,使真菌细胞的新陈代谢受破坏而失去生命力。
该发明的有益效果在于:本机械加工设备防锈清洗液制备工艺方法简单,具有较好的清洗能力,能防锈且无腐蚀,并且具有抗菌防霉变功效。本品具有极强的渗透性和优良的除油性,使用添加剂量少,清洗成本低,清洗能力强、速度快、易漂洗、无污染、可防锈,工作表面质量好,处理成本较低等优点。主要用于清除机械加工设备表面的各种润滑油、润滑脂、压力油、金属加工液、研磨液、防锈油、抛光膏、研磨膏等各种油污,使产品表面清洁干净。

本实施例中的机械加工设备防锈清洗液,由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸三钠50份、乙氧基胺52份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚48份、柠檬酸52份、乙二醇丁醚48份、苄基三苯基溴化膦52份、苹果酸48份、二氟二氯甲烷54份、苯并三氮唑48份、山梨酸钙52份、辛癸酸甘油酯48份、草酸52份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯48份、羧基乙酸52份、生化黄腐酸48份、钼酸钠52份、磷酸三甲苯酯48份、三聚磷酸钠52份、亚硝酸钠48份、环氧酸锌52份、吗啡啉48份、石油磺酸盐52份、百菌清48份、水1000份。
上述机械加工设备防锈清洗液制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的磷酸三钠、乙氧基胺、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸、乙二醇丁醚、苄基三苯基溴化膦、苹果酸、二氟二氯甲烷、苯并三氮唑、辛癸酸甘油酯、草酸、硬树脂酸甘油单酯、羧基乙酸、生化黄腐酸、钼酸钠、磷酸三甲苯酯、亚硝酸钠、环氧酸锌、吗啡啉、石油磺酸盐、百菌清加入上述质量份数的水中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的山梨酸钙,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的三聚磷酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。

本实施例中的机械加工设备防锈清洗液,由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸三钠52份、乙氧基胺54份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚50份、柠檬酸54份、乙二醇丁醚50份、苄基三苯基溴化膦54份、苹果酸50份、二氟二氯甲烷56份、苯并三氮唑50份、山梨酸钙54份、辛癸酸甘油酯50份、草酸54份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯50份、羧基乙酸54份、生化黄腐酸50份、钼酸钠54份、磷酸三甲苯酯50份、三聚磷酸钠54份、亚硝酸钠50份、环氧酸锌54份、吗啡啉50份、石油磺酸盐54份、百菌清50份、水1500份。
上述机械加工设备防锈清洗液制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的磷酸三钠、乙氧基胺、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸、乙二醇丁醚、苄基三苯基溴化膦、苹果酸、二氟二氯甲烷、苯并三氮唑、辛癸酸甘油酯、草酸、硬树脂酸甘油单酯、羧基乙酸、生化黄腐酸、钼酸钠、磷酸三甲苯酯、亚硝酸钠、环氧酸锌、吗啡啉、石油磺酸盐、百菌清加入上述质量份数的水中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的山梨酸钙,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的三聚磷酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的机械加工设备防锈清洗液,由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸三钠54份、乙氧基胺56份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚52份、柠檬酸56份、乙二醇丁醚52份、苄基三苯基溴化膦56份、苹果酸52份、二氟二氯甲烷58份、苯并三氮唑52份、山梨酸钙56份、辛癸酸甘油酯52份、草酸56份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯52份、羧基乙酸56份、生化黄腐酸52份、钼酸钠56份、磷酸三甲苯酯52份、三聚磷酸钠56份、亚硝酸钠52份、环氧酸锌56份、吗啡啉52份、石油磺酸盐56份、百菌清52份、水2000份。
上述机械加工设备防锈清洗液制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的磷酸三钠、乙氧基胺、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸、乙二醇丁醚、苄基三苯基溴化膦、苹果酸、二氟二氯甲烷、苯并三氮唑、辛癸酸甘油酯、草酸、硬树脂酸甘油单酯、羧基乙酸、生化黄腐酸、钼酸钠、磷酸三甲苯酯、亚硝酸钠、环氧酸锌、吗啡啉、石油磺酸盐、百菌清加入上述质量份数的水中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的山梨酸钙,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的三聚磷酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,测试项目及方法如下:
外观检查:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第4章进行。
清洗力试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第6章进行(铁70±2℃、人工油污,仅适合清洗剂)。
腐蚀性试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第9章进行(70±2℃)。
消泡性试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第10章进行(30±2℃10min后残留泡沫高度)。
防锈性试验:按JB/T4323.2-1999的第8章进行。
所测得的数据如表1所示。

可见,本发明清洗液具有较好的清洗能力,能防锈且无腐蚀,并且具有抗菌防霉变功效。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种机械加工设备防锈清洗液,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸三钠50~54份、乙氧基胺52~56份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚48~52份、柠檬酸52~56份、乙二醇丁醚48~52份、苄基三苯基溴化膦52~56份、苹果酸48~52份、二氟二氯甲烷54~58份、苯并三氮唑48~52份、山梨酸钙52~56份、辛癸酸甘油酯48~52份、草酸52~56份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯48~52份、羧基乙酸52~56份、生化黄腐酸48~52份、钼酸钠52~56份、磷酸三甲苯酯48~52份、三聚磷酸钠52~56份、亚硝酸钠48~52份、环氧酸锌52~56份、吗啡啉48~52份、石油磺酸盐52~56份、百菌清48~52份、水1000~2000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械加工设备防锈清洗液,其特征在于:所述机械加工设备防锈清洗液由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸三钠50份、乙氧基胺52份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚48份、柠檬酸52份、乙二醇丁醚48份、苄基三苯基溴化膦52份、苹果酸48份、二氟二氯甲烷54份、苯并三氮唑48份、山梨酸钙52份、辛癸酸甘油酯48份、草酸52份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯48份、羧基乙酸52份、生化黄腐酸48份、钼酸钠52份、磷酸三甲苯酯48份、三聚磷酸钠52份、亚硝酸钠48份、环氧酸锌52份、吗啡啉48份、石油磺酸盐52份、百菌清48份、水1000份。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的机械加工设备防锈清洗液,其特征在于:所述机械加工设备防锈清洗液由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸三钠52份、乙氧基胺54份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚50份、柠檬酸54份、乙二醇丁醚50份、苄基三苯基溴化膦54份、苹果酸50份、二氟二氯甲烷56份、苯并三氮唑50份、山梨酸钙54份、辛癸酸甘油酯50份、草酸54份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯50份、羧基乙酸54份、生化黄腐酸50份、钼酸钠54份、磷酸三甲苯酯50份、三聚磷酸钠54份、亚硝酸钠50份、环氧酸锌54份、吗啡啉50份、石油磺酸盐54份、百菌清50份、水1500份。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的机械加工设备防锈清洗液,其特征在于:所述机械加工设备防锈清洗液由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸三钠54份、乙氧基胺56份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚52份、柠檬酸56份、乙二醇丁醚52份、苄基三苯基溴化膦56份、苹果酸52份、二氟二氯甲烷58份、苯并三氮唑52份、山梨酸钙56份、辛癸酸甘油酯52份、草酸56份、硬树脂酸甘油单酯52份、羧基乙酸56份、生化黄腐酸52份、钼酸钠56份、磷酸三甲苯酯52份、三聚磷酸钠56份、亚硝酸钠52份、环氧酸锌56份、吗啡啉52份、石油磺酸盐56份、百菌清52份、水2000份。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的机械加工设备防锈清洗液,其特征在于:所述机械加工设备防锈清洗液制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的磷酸三钠、乙氧基胺、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、柠檬酸、乙二醇丁醚、苄基三苯基溴化膦、苹果酸、二氟二氯甲烷、苯并三氮唑、辛癸酸甘油酯、草酸、硬树脂酸甘油单酯、羧基乙酸、生化黄腐酸、钼酸钠、磷酸三甲苯酯、亚硝酸钠、环氧酸锌、吗啡啉、石油磺酸盐、百菌清加入上述质量份数的水中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的山梨酸钙,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的三聚磷酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
