Abstract

本发明公开了一种油基钻井液用增粘剂,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:膨润土800~900份,改性剂130~170份,白油45~55份。所述改性剂选自十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵、十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十四烷基溴化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵等。制备方法为:将膨润土过200目筛,然后与改性剂混合,再加入白油,混合混匀,即得。本发明的油基钻井液用增粘剂,在油基钻井液中用作增粘剂,加入钻井液后可控制表观粘度、塑性粘度、动切力等。本发明的油基钻井液用增粘剂,加入到钻井液后,钻井液的粘度高,动切力适中,滤矢量低,有利于井壁的稳定同时还具有抗高温、抗钙镁和抗盐的能力。

一种油基钻井液用增粘剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油基钻井液用增粘剂。
背景技术
油基钻井液,是指以油作为连续相的钻井液。与水基钻井液相比较,油基钻井液具有能抗高温、抗盐钙侵、有利于井壁稳定、润滑性好和对油气层损害程度较小等多种优点。粘度、动切力指标是评价油基钻井液质量的重要流变参数。现有技术中虽然有多种多样的油基钻井液,但在粘度、动切力指标等方面尚有改进的余地。
膨润土是以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分的非金属矿产,它是由两片硅氧四面体晶片夹一片铝氧八面体晶片组成的2:1型晶体结构物质。因此其具有特殊的膨润性、吸附性以及较强的阳离子交换性。而有机膨润土是膨润土经过离子交换或其它方式处理后的深加工产品,其具有较好的疏水亲油性,因此广泛地应用于石油化工、油漆等工业领域。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明提供了一种油基钻井液用增粘剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种油基钻井液用增粘剂,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:膨润土800~900份,改性剂130~170份,白油45~55份。
优选的,是由以下重量份的原料制成的:膨润土850份,改性剂150份,白油50份。
所述膨润土为钠膨润土,为市售商品。
所述改性剂选自十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵、十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十四烷基溴化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十四烷基溴化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十六烷基溴化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵中的一种,均为市售商品。
所述白油为工业级白油,为市售商品。
所述油基钻井液用增粘剂的制备方法为:将膨润土过200目筛,使其粒径≤75μm,然后与改性剂混合,混匀,再加入白油,混合混匀,即得。
本发明的油基钻井液用增粘剂,在油基钻井液中用作增粘剂(使用时,以3~5wt%加入到钻井液基浆中),加入钻井液后可控制流变参数,重点控制表观粘度、塑性粘度、动切力等。本发明的油基钻井液用增粘剂,加入到钻井液后,钻井液的粘度高,动切力适中,滤矢量低,有利于井壁的稳定同时还具有抗高温、抗钙镁和抗盐的能力。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
下述实施例中所涉及的仪器、试剂、材料等,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中已有的常规仪器、试剂、材料等,可通过正规商业途径获得。下述实施例中所涉及的实验方法,检测方法等,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中已有的常规实验方法,检测方法等。
实施例1 制备油基钻井液用增粘剂
制备方法为:将膨润土过200目筛,使其粒径≤75μm;然后将850kg膨润土粉、150kg改性剂加入混拌釜中搅拌均匀后,将白油50kg均匀碰洒到搅拌釜中,即得成品。
所述膨润土为钠膨润土。
所述改性剂为十八烷基酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵。
上述方法制备得到的油基钻井液用增粘剂,加入基浆制成钻井液(加入量4%),钻井液的性能指标如表1所示,由表1可知,本发明的增粘剂,可显著改善表观粘度、塑性粘度、动切力。
实施例2 制备油基钻井液用增粘剂
制备方法为:将膨润土过200目筛,使其粒径≤75μm;然后将800kg膨润土粉、170kg改性剂加入混拌釜中搅拌均匀后,将白油55kg均匀碰洒到搅拌釜中,即得成品。
所述膨润土为钠膨润土。
所述改性剂为十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵。
实施例3 制备油基钻井液用增粘剂
制备方法为:将膨润土过200目筛,使其粒径≤75μm;然后将900kg膨润土粉、130kg改性剂加入混拌釜中搅拌均匀后,将白油45kg均匀碰洒到搅拌釜中,即得成品。
所述膨润土为钠膨润土。
所述改性剂为十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵。
实施例4 制备油基钻井液用增粘剂
制备方法为:将膨润土过200目筛,使其粒径≤75μm;然后将850kg膨润土粉、140kg改性剂加入混拌釜中搅拌均匀后,将白油50kg均匀碰洒到搅拌釜中,即得成品。
所述膨润土为钠膨润土。
所述改性剂为十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十四烷基溴化铵。
实施例5 制备油基钻井液用增粘剂
制备方法为:将膨润土过200目筛,使其粒径≤75μm;然后将850kg膨润土粉、160kg改性剂加入混拌釜中搅拌均匀后,将白油50kg均匀碰洒到搅拌釜中,即得成品。
所述膨润土为钠膨润土。
所述改性剂为十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十四烷基溴化铵。

1.一种油基钻井液用增粘剂,其特征在于:是由以下重量份的原料制成的:膨润土800~900份,改性剂130~170份,白油45~55份;所述膨润土为钠膨润土;所述改性剂选自十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵、十六烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十四烷基溴化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十四烷基溴化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基二甲基十六烷基溴化铵、十八烷基酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油基钻井液用增粘剂,其特征在于:是由以下重量份的原料制成的:膨润土850份,改性剂150份,白油50份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油基钻井液用增粘剂,其特征在于:所述油基钻井液用增粘剂以3~5wt%加入到钻井液基浆中,形成钻井液。
4.权利要求1或2或3所述的油基钻井液用增粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将膨润土过200目筛,使其粒径≤75μm,然后与改性剂混合,混匀,再加入白油,混合混匀,即得。
