本发明涉及一种板框结构，具体的说是一种集装箱板框结构，属于集装箱卸料技术领域。
背景技术
随着世界物流业的迅猛发展，保存和运送粉状或颗粒物的集装箱应运而生，与之配套的集装箱各种类型的卸料机构层出不穷。
传统的集装箱卸料结构简单，功能单一，输送效率低下，不能满足快速卸料的要求，而且卸料时，粉尘容易污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种集装箱板框结构，能够快速完成集装箱的卸料工作，对环境污染小。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，集装箱板框结构包括集装箱，其特征是：集装箱内设有板框压滤机，板框压滤机出料口的下端设有皮带输送机，板框压滤机和皮带输送机之间设有下料斗；所述板框压滤机上连接气动隔膜泵，气动隔膜泵上连接空气压缩机。
进一步的，板框压滤机下端设有支腿，通过支腿支撑板框压滤机。

本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，工作稳定可靠；能够快速完成集装箱的卸料工作，提高了工作效率；卸料环境封闭，对环境污染小。

如图1所示，本发明主要包括集装箱5，集装箱5内设有板框压滤机4。
板框压滤机4出料口的下端设有皮带输送机2，板框压滤机4和皮带输送机2之间设有下料斗3。
所述板框压滤机4上连接气动隔膜泵6，气动隔膜泵6上连接空气压缩机7。
所述板框压滤机4下端设有支腿1，通过支腿1支撑板框压滤机4。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，工作稳定可靠；能够快速完成集装箱的卸料工作，提高了工作效率；卸料环境封闭，对环境污染小。

1.一种集装箱板框结构，包括集装箱（5），其特征是：集装箱（5）内设有板框压滤机（4），板框压滤机（4）出料口的下端设有皮带输送机（2），板框压滤机（4）和皮带输送机（2）之间设有下料斗（3）；所述板框压滤机（4）上连接气动隔膜泵（6），气动隔膜泵（6）上连接空气压缩机（7）。
2.如权利要求1所述的集装箱板框结构，其特征是：所述板框压滤机（4）下端设有支腿（1），通过支腿（1）支撑板框压滤机（4）。
