本发明涉及一种金属制品,具体涉及一种隔热金属材料。
背景技术
在现实生活中,金属材料通常都由100%金属成分制成,此类金属材料制成的产品在市场上得到了广泛的应用和推广。但是却很容易受到外界因素的影响而发生锈蚀,并且在某些特定的环境中往往无法达到人们的使用需求,如在冬天金属材料由于受天气影响,往往会随之降低,而作为管材的金属材料往往会因为低温而导致破损,从而引发各种意外情况的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热、耐高温、保护零部件的隔热金属材料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种隔热金属材料,为长方形结构,所述隔热金属材料包括第一隔热膜、金属板以及第二隔热膜,所述金属板设置于第一隔热膜和第二隔热膜之间,所述第一隔热膜和所述第二隔热膜通过粘合剂黏结在金属板上下表面形成一体结构,所述第一隔热膜为气凝胶毡薄膜,所述第二隔热膜为镀铝聚酰亚胺薄膜,所述金属板由铁、铝以及镍制成的合金组成;所述金属板中铁、铝以及镍三种金属各成分所占重量百分比分别为:铁占49%,铝占43%,镍占8%;所述气凝胶毡薄膜的厚度为0.5mm;所述金属板的厚度为1.3cm;所述镀铝聚酰亚胺薄膜的厚度为0.2mm。
本发明所述为一种隔热金属材料,该隔热金属材料通过在金属板表面分别粘结一层隔热保护膜进行防护,可有效的对高温进行防护,隔离其他重要零部件不受影响,从而起到保护作用。
