Abstract
本发明涉及一种高效能保温金属材料,包括金属材料,所述金属材料的表面设有保温层,所述金属材料中包含以下金属成分:铝、铜、钽、锡、锰以及锌,所述保温层为有机泡沫层,其中所述保温层内含有保温颗粒,所述保温颗粒为橡胶颗粒。本发明所述为一种高效能保温金属材料,该保温金属材料通过在金属材料表面设置一层隔热保护层进行防护,可有效的对高温进行防护,隔离其他重要零部件不受影响,从而起到保护作用。

本发明涉及一种金属材料,具体涉及一种高效能保温金属材料。
背景技术
在现实生活中,金属材料通常都由100%金属成分制成,此类金属材料制成的产品在市场上得到了广泛的应用和推广。但是却很容易受到外界因素的影响而发生锈蚀,并且在某些特定的环境中往往无法达到人们的使用需求,如在冬天金属材料由于受天气影响,往往会随之降低,而作为管材的金属材料往往会因为低温而导致破损,从而引发各种意外情况的发生。因此,提供一种高效能保温金属材料成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种保温、耐高温的高效能保温金属材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高效能保温金属材料,包括金属材料,所述金属材料的表面设有保温层,所述金属材料中包含以下金属成分:铝、铜、钽、锡、锰以及锌,所述保温层为有机泡沫层,其中所述保温层内含有保温颗粒,所述保温颗粒为橡胶颗粒;所述金属材料中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述的铝占65%,所述的铜占25%,所述的钽占0.2%,所述的锡占0.5%,所述的锰占5.5%,所述的锌占3.8%。
本发明所述为一种高效能保温金属材料,该保温金属材料通过在金属材料表面设置一层隔热保护层进行防护,可有效的对高温进行防护,隔离其他重要零部件不受影响,从而起到保护作用。
