本发明公开了一种槽道固定装置,包含一个门形固定片和与固定片连接的固定爪,所述固定爪采用脆性材料,所述固定片两侧边底端均设有螺纹孔,所述固定爪上端为带有螺纹的连接部,下端为至少两个爪形固定销围成的卡合部,爪形固定销底端设有一凸起,爪形固定销之间开有槽道通孔,固定爪上端连接部和下端卡合部连接处截面大小不同,将固定爪的连接部紧固于固定片的螺纹孔内,门形固定片紧贴槽道外壁,固定爪卡合部上的爪形固定销通过管片模板上的通孔卡合于管片模板。其具有定位准确,固定牢固,无需专门拆卸等优点。同时,该固定夹片工艺简单,材料简单,是一种快捷有效、价格低廉的预埋槽道固定装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种槽道固定装置,特别涉及一种快捷有效、价格低廉的预埋槽道固定装置。
背景技术
在铁路、地铁等轨道交通的隧道工程中,接触网的固定是一项非常重要的技术,现多采用预埋槽道代替膨胀螺栓固定接触网。首先应将预埋槽道准确固定在管片模板上,使预埋槽道开口端截面紧贴管片模板,这样浇筑完成后的槽道才能够满足使用要求。目前预埋槽道的固定方式主要有以下两种:一是采用特制螺栓焊接在钢筋笼上,待钢筋笼到位后,拧紧螺栓,施加压力于预埋槽道上,完成固定。这种固定方法定位准确,但操作繁琐,需要焊接,且成本单价较高。二是采用特制的塑料杆卡在预埋槽道上,塑料杆的另一端装上特制橡胶套,盖上模板顶盖后压住橡胶套,施加压力于预埋槽道上,完成固定。这种固定方式操作上较为简便,但塑料杆会留在混凝土中,容易使混凝土产生应力集中,影响管片的结构稳定性和安全性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在提供一种新型的预埋槽道固定装置,可将预埋槽道与管片模板准确定位固定,且浇筑混凝土后即可方便快速拆除该固定装置,是一种快捷有效、价格低廉的预埋槽道固定装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种槽道固定装置,包含一个门形固定片和与固定片连接的固定爪,所述固定爪采用脆性材料,所述固定片两侧边底端均设有螺纹孔,所述固定爪上端为带有螺纹的连接部,下端为至少两个爪形固定销围成的卡合部,爪形固定销底端设有一凸起,爪形固定销之间开有槽道通孔,固定爪上端连接部和下端卡合部连接处截面大小不同,将固定爪的连接部紧固于固定片的螺纹孔内,门形固定片紧贴槽道外壁,固定爪卡合部上的爪形固定销通过管片模板上的通孔卡合于管片模板。
进一步地,所述固定爪采用聚苯乙烯材料。
进一步地,所述固定片一侧边底端的螺纹孔为两个。
进一步地,所述固定片下端爪形固定销为四个。
进一步地,所述固定爪卡合部截面为圆形、爪形固定销为三个或四个。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的一种槽道固定装置,通过门形固定片和固定爪将预埋槽道和管片模板固定。固定爪的变截面设计以及采用脆性材料,在脱模时可轻易去除该固定装置,具有定位准确,固定牢固,无需专门拆卸等优点。同时,该固定夹片工艺简单,材料简单,是一种快捷有效、价格低廉的预埋槽道固定装置。

以下结合附图对本发明所述的一种槽道固定装置作进一步阐述。
实施例1
一种槽道固定装置,包含一个门形固定片1和固定爪2,所述固定爪2为脆性材料,所述固定片1两侧边底端均设有螺纹孔,所述固定爪2上端为带有螺纹的连接部21,下端为至少两个爪形固定销围成的卡合部22,爪形固定销底端设有一凸起23,爪形固定销之间开有槽道通孔24,固定爪2上端连接部21和下端卡合部22连接处截面大小不同,将固定爪的连接部21紧固于固定片的螺纹孔内,门形固定片1紧贴预埋槽道3外壁,固定爪卡合部22上的爪形固定销通过管片模板上的通孔,凸起23卡合在管片模板4底部。
进一步地,所述固定爪为聚苯乙烯材料。
进一步地,所述固定片1一侧边底端的螺纹孔为两个。
进一步地,所述固定爪下端爪形固定销为四个。
进一步地,所述固定爪卡合部22截面为圆形、爪形固定销为三个或四个。
当混凝土养护完成脱模时,利用聚苯乙烯的脆性,脱模的拉力可将该固定夹片在变截面处直接拉断,使脱模过程方便快捷。

1.一种槽道固定装置,其特征在于,包含一个门形固定片和与固定片连接的固定爪,所述固定爪采用脆性材料,所述固定片两侧边底端均设有螺纹孔,所述固定爪上端为带有螺纹的连接部,下端为至少两个爪形固定销围成的卡合部,爪形固定销底端设有一凸起,爪形固定销之间开有槽道通孔,固定爪上端连接部和下端卡合部连接处截面大小不同,将固定爪的连接部紧固于固定片的螺纹孔内,门形固定片紧贴槽道外壁,固定爪卡合部上的爪形固定销通过管片模板上的通孔卡合于管片模板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的槽道固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定爪采用聚苯乙烯材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的槽道固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定片一侧边底端的螺纹孔为两个。
4.根据权利要求3所述的槽道固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定片下端爪形固定销为四个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的槽道固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定爪卡合部截面为圆形,爪形固定销为三个或四个。
