Abstract

本发明提出了采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机水稻病害的方法,具体步骤如下:(1)大蒜与醋溶液的制备:按重量比1∶4-5的比例向去掉蒜皮的大蒜中加水,碾磨成蒜浆液;再按蒜浆液重量的1/10比例加入食醋,搅拌2-3分钟,放置60-90分钟,过滤,得到大蒜与醋溶液;(2)防治方法:(2.1)秧田防治稻瘟病:在秧苗二叶一心至3叶期,亩用大蒜与醋溶液2.5-3公斤,并兑水进行喷雾;(2.2)大田防治稻瘟病及纹枯病:在有机水稻分蘖期、有机水稻孕穗期至出穗期,分别亩用大蒜与醋溶液3.5-4公斤,并兑水进行喷雾。本发明创新的将大蒜、食醋应用于有机水稻病害防治,能达到好的防治效果;同时大蒜素中的巯基化物能提高有机水稻品质;防治成本低,符合有机水稻的标准。

采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机水稻病害的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防治有机稻病害的方法,尤其是采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机稻病害的方法。
背景技术
有机水稻是在原生态环境中,从育种到大田种植不施用化肥、农药,全部采用微生物、植物、动物防治相结合的方法进行病虫的综合防治,所产大米属于国际上最高标准的绿色食品。有机水稻采用农业自然手段对稻田的生态环境进行适当的管理,如:选用抗病品种、培肥土壤、人工除草等措施,行之有效地控制减少病虫害的危害,是有机稻米生产中对有害生物进行综合防治的基础,同时还要禁止使用化学合成物质和转基因工程产品。目前防治有机水稻病害方法,主要是采用应用蜂胶醇溶液浸种,例如公开号为CN103931661A的发明专利申请就公开了这种防治有机水稻病害的方法,但是在有机水稻的生长过程中,还没有合适的防治有机水稻病害的方法,只是采用田间管理的手段来处理。
发明内容
为了在有机水稻的生长过程中防治有机水稻病害,本发明提出采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机水稻病害的方法。
为达到目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机水稻病害的方法,其特征是具体步骤如下:
(1)大蒜与醋溶液的制备:取成熟的大蒜,去掉蒜皮,按重量比1∶4-5的比例加水,经机械粉碎碾磨成蒜浆液;再按蒜浆液重量的1/10比例加入食醋,搅拌2—3分钟,使食醋与蒜浆充分匀和,放置60-90分钟,过滤,得到大蒜与醋溶液;
(2)防治方法:
(2.1)秧田防治稻瘟病:在秧苗二叶一心至3叶期,亩用大蒜与醋溶液2.5-3公斤,并兑水30-40公斤搅匀,进行喷雾;使用时间,以晴天秧苗叶片没有露水时喷雾;
(2.2)大田防治稻瘟病及纹枯病:在有机水稻分蘖期、有机水稻孕穗期至出穗期),分别亩用大蒜与醋溶液3.5-4公斤,兑水40-50公斤搅匀,进行喷雾;使用时间,以晴天有机稻叶片没有露水时喷雾。
有益效果:本发明创新的将大蒜、食醋防控人类疾病功能应用于有机水稻病害防治,能达到好的防治效果;同时大蒜素中的巯基化物能提高有机水稻品质;防治成本低,健康、安全、环保,符合有机有机水稻的标准。
具体实施方式
实施例1
下面以中稻为例,进一步描述本发明,采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机水稻病害的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)大蒜与醋溶液的制备:取成熟的大蒜,去掉蒜皮,按重量比1∶4-5的比例加水,经机械粉碎碾磨成蒜浆液;再按蒜浆液重量的1/10比例加入食醋,搅拌2-3分钟,使食醋与蒜浆充分匀和,放置60-90分钟,过滤,得到大蒜与醋溶液;
(2)防治方法
(2.1)秧田防治稻瘟病:在秧苗二叶一心至3叶期,亩用大蒜与醋溶液2.5-3公斤,并兑水30-40公斤搅匀,进行喷雾;使用时间,以晴天秧苗叶片没有露水时喷雾;
(2.2)大田防治稻瘟病及纹枯病:在有机水稻分蘖期(时间:6月上旬至中旬)、有机水稻孕穗期至出穗期(时间:7月下旬至8月上旬),分别亩用大蒜与醋溶液3.5-4公斤,兑水40-50公斤搅匀,进行喷雾;使用时间,以晴天有机稻叶片没有露水时喷雾。
以上,以中稻(水稻类型)为例,描述了本发明采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机稻病害的方法。本发明适合所有水稻的病害防治,适合于早稻、中稻、晚稻。
本发明中,大蒜与醋溶液杀菌机理:大蒜是百合科葱属鳞茎草木植物,高含硫精品蔬菜之首,生食辛辣且有口臭味;其重要化学成分大蒜素在碱性条件下易挥发,在酸性条件下较稳定,食醋是酸性调味品,具有杀菌作用,加入到大蒜液中能起到稳定大蒜素分子结构的作用,使大蒜素挥发性减弱,增强杀菌效果;大蒜含有丰富的大蒜素及阿霍烯,通过与病原真菌、细菌半胱氨酸、谷胱氨酸反应,抑制真菌、细菌巯基酶活性或脂类物质代谢而对多种病原真菌、细菌起抑制或杀灭作用。
本发明中,大蒜与醋溶液杀菌种类:
1、动物类:大肠杆菌、幽门螺杆菌、葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌等;
2、植物类:水稻稻瘟病菌、纹枯病菌、恶苗病菌;柑桔溃疡病菌;蔬菜枯萎病菌、炭疽病菌等多种真菌、细菌。

1.采用大蒜与醋溶液防治有机水稻病害的方法,其特征是具体步骤如下:
(1)大蒜与醋溶液的制备:取成熟的大蒜,去掉蒜皮,按重量比1∶4-5的比例加水,经机械粉碎碾磨成蒜浆液;再按蒜浆液重量的1/10比例加入食醋,搅拌2—3分钟,使食醋与蒜浆充分匀和,放置60-90分钟,过滤,得到大蒜与醋溶液;
(2)防治方法:
(2.1)秧田防治稻瘟病:在秧苗二叶一心至3叶期,亩用大蒜与醋溶液2.5-3公斤,并兑水30-40公斤搅匀,进行喷雾;使用时间,以晴天秧苗叶片没有露水时喷雾;
