本发明涉及一种洗涤用品,特别涉及一种清真洗衣粉。
我国是一个多民族的国家,有十余个少数民族是信奉伊斯兰教的,穆斯林都虔诚的严格遵循着统一的生活习俗,生活中的全部食与用,都必须是清真的,不清真的物品,穆斯林们不仅仅不用,而且也不触及,这就是宗教信仰。在我国,少数民族工业还比较落后,尤其是少数民族的日用化工产品还不齐全,清真洗衣粉目前在国内市场上还是空白。
本发明的目的是提供一种配方独特,去污力强,对皮肤无刺激的清真洗衣粉。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:清真洗衣粉主要包括表面活性剂、氧化剂、软化剂,其表面活性剂采用清真油脂为原料、配以无机洗涤助剂组成清真洗衣粉,其组成为(重量%):
清真牛油脂肪酸钠15~20%、清真肥皂粉8~12%、三聚磷酸钠15~20%、A型沸石8~10%、无水硅酸钠8~12%、硼砂5~10%、清真固体季铵盐5~10%、无水硫酸钠20~25%、羧甲基纤维素钠1~3%、萤光增白剂0.3~0.5%、过硼酸钠8~15%。
本发明采用清真油脂为原料,配以无机化合物合成洗衣粉,具有快速渗透和极强的去污力、不刺激皮肤,洗涤织物柔软、增白、光洁等特点,满足了数千万穆斯林的日常生活需要,对少数民族的宗教信仰自由,给以保障;对振兴民族经济,落实民族政策;对打入国际市场、销往世界各个伊兰国家,具有深远的社会意义和可观的经济效益。
实施例:
清真洗衣粉包括表面活性剂、氧化剂、软化剂等、其表面活性剂采用清真油脂为原料、如清真脂肪酸类、清真脂肪醇类、清真脂肪铵类,清真肥皂粉等,并配以市售的无机洗涤助剂,如软化剂、氧化剂、萤光增白剂,悬浮剂,香料等合成清真洗衣粉,其组成为(重量%):清真牛油脂肪酸钠16%、清真肥皂粉8%、三聚磷酸钠15%、人造沸石(4A分子筛)9%、无水硅酸钠8%、硼砂5%、清真固体季铵盐5%、无水硫酸钠21.7%、羧甲基纤维素钠2%、萤光增白剂0.3%、过硼酸钠10%。
其化学作用:
表面活性剂取材于清真牛油中,如牛油脂肪酸钠、清真肥皂粉、清真固体季铵盐(即常规的季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂)是合成清真洗衣粉唯一不可缺少的原料,对污垢起到以油攻油,松动污垢的作用。三聚磷酸钠为助洗剂、使脂肪类污垢溶解、胶化,有利于去污,还可防止因吸湿造成结块现象。羧甲基纤维素钠为悬浮剂,对固体污垢的粒子具有悬浮和分散能力,防止污垢的再沉积。人造沸石(4A分子筛)为软化剂,起软化硬水,与不溶性污垢发生共沉淀作用,有助于去污。过硼酸钠为氧化剂,是洗涤、漂白的添加剂,增加料浆的流动性。硅酸钠、硫酸钠为助洗剂,与表面活性剂一起使用,有良好的助洗作用,无水硫酸钠吸水后成为疏松状态的晶体,有利于润湿、去污,可降低料液中的粘度,便于洗衣粉成型,同时增加粉状洗涤剂的固体物含量降低成本,本发明严格执行GB-510-84规定的洗衣粉的理化指标,其生产工艺流程采用上海长江机械厂生产的成套设备,依附聚成型法生产高、中、低档清真洗衣粉。该产品外包装上标注有阿拉伯文,含义是该洗衣粉是面向穆斯林的产品。

1.一种清真洗衣粉,包括表面活性剂、氧化剂、软化剂,其特征在于其组成为(重量%);
牛油脂肪酸钠15-20%、清真肥皂粉8-12%、三聚磷酸钠15-20%、A型沸石8-10%、无水硅酸钠8-12%、硼砂5-10%、清真固体季铵盐5-10%、无水硫酸钠20-25%、羧甲基纤维素钠1-3%、萤光增白剂0.3-0.5%、过硼酸钠8-15%。
