Abstract
本发明是集消毒剂和洗涤剂为一体的洗衣粉,该
商品取名为“消洗灵洗衣粉”,配方的特征是:灭菌剂
采用氯化磷酸三钠,表面活性剂是由十二烷基苯磺酸
和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚组成,抗再沉积剂采用羧甲基纤
维素,助剂由三聚磷酸钠,水合硅酸钠以及无水碳酸
钠混合反应而成。其工艺特征是:将中和、发泡、吸
收、附聚成型和混合等反应过程集中在一个反应设备
中完成。该产品灭菌效果达99%,对人体无害,对皮
肤无刺激,不损坏衣物。
Description
本发明涉及一种灭菌洗衣粉的配方及生产工艺。在日常生活中人们使用的普通洗衣粉往往只起洗涤作用,而使用的卫生防疫用品又只能起消毒作用,这样经常造成洗涤和消毒需分别进行的重复工作。
本发明的目的在于制造一种集卫生防疫用品和洗涤剂为一体的洗衣粉。该商品取名为“消洗灵洗衣粉”,意即为消毒皆洗涤都灵。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的配方特征是:灭菌剂采用氯化磷酸三钠,表面活性剂是由十二烷基苯磺酸和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚组成,抗再沉积剂是采用羧甲基纤维素,洗涤助剂由三聚磷酸钠,水合硅酸钠以及无水碳酸钠混合反应而成。
本发明的生产工艺特征是:将中和、发泡、吸收、附聚成型、混合五个反应过程集中在一个反应设备中完成。
由以上配方和工艺制成的产品与化学消毒剂(即氯化磷酸三钠)一样具有广谱、高效和速效的灭菌功能及用途,而在稳定性好,不吸潮、不结块等方面则优于氯化磷酸三钠及其它无机氯消毒剂,它与一般洗衣粉相比除增加消毒灭菌功能外还具有去污力强、易漂洗的特点,因而克服了以往需分别进行洗涤和消毒的重复工作。
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:灭菌剂采用氯化磷酸三钠,表面活性剂是由阴离子型活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸和非离子型活性剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚组成,抗再沉积剂是采用羧甲基纤维素,洗涤助剂由三聚磷酸钠,水合硅酸钠以及无水碳酸钠混合而成,其余为元明粉。以上配方中各组份比如下:(重量百分比)氯化磷酸三钠15%,三聚磷酸钠20%,十二烷基苯磺酸4%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8%,无水碳酸钠20%,元明粉31.9%,水合硅酸钠1%,羧甲基纤维素0.1%。
其生产工艺是:在一台混料机中首先放入无水碳酸钠后喷入液体的十二烷基苯磺酸(即中和,时间大约为15分钟)此时产生十二烷基磺酸钠、二氧化碳和水,其中二氧化碳和水部分被吸收,部分挥发时起泡(即发泡)然后加入三聚磷酸钠,元明粉,羧甲基纤维素、水合硅酸钠,在喷入液体的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的同时搅拌大约30分钟即形成以液滴为核心粘结成细小粒状物亦即附聚成型,最后加入氯化磷酸三钠进行混合约30分钟后陈化至温室即可包装
实施例2:配方用料同实施例1,各组份比如下:(重量百分比)氯化磷酸三钠20%,三聚磷酸钠15%,十二烷基苯磺酸6%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,无水碳酸钠25%,元明粉24.8%,水合硅酸钠1%,羧甲基纤维素0.2%。
生产工艺同实施例1。
在以上两种配方比例中,以实施例1为最佳,本配方使用的化学灭菌剂为氯化磷酸三钠,它不同于次氯酸钠,二氯异氰尿酸钠等含氯消毒剂,由此配方制成的洗衣粉具有稳定性好,常温水溶性好,灭菌活性好(即不需另加活化剂)的优点。
本发明的生产工艺吸取了附聚成型法和湿混法的优点,采用了中和吸收-附聚成型法的新工艺,即在一台设备中完成所有反应过程,因而具有操作简单,无污染、投资少,效益高,能耗低等优点。
本产品是将消毒、灭菌、洗涤、去污一次完成的新型洗涤剂,经四川省防疫站检测,对大肠杆菌,金色葡萄球菌等细菌的灭菌效果达99%(参见附件1和2),对人体无毒无害,对皮肤无刺激性,对衣物无破坏性(参见附件3)。用于家庭洗涤,省时省力,洗后衣物色彩鲜艳、洁白如新。用于浴池、游泳池等场所可防止各种疾病的传染,所以尤其适合医院和宾馆等单位使用。
Claims (4)
1、一种由表面活性剂、抗再沉积剂、洗涤助剂及元明粉配合而成的浓缩型灭菌洗衣粉,其特征是:灭菌剂采用氯化磷酸三钠,表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚组成,抗再沉积剂采用羧甲基纤维素,洗涤助剂由三聚磷酸钠、水合硅酸钠以及无水碳酸混合反应而成。
2、如权利要求1所述的洗衣粉,其特征是:配方中各组份的配比如下:(重量百分比)氯化磷酸三钠15-20%,三聚磷酸钠15-20%,十二烷基苯磺酸4-6%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚6-8%,无水碳酸钠20-25%,水合硅酸钠1%,羧甲基纤维素0.1%-0.2%,其余为元明粉。
3、一种浓缩型灭菌洗衣粉的生产工艺,其特征是:将中和、发泡、吸收、附聚成型、混合五个反应过程集中在一个反应设备中完成。
4、如权利要求3所述的生产工艺,其特征是:在一台混料机中先将无水碳酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸中和后加入三聚磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、水合硅酸钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚附聚成型再加入氯化磷酸三钠进行混合,最后陈化至室温即可包装。
