本发明涉及一种加热钻孔式V型件的钻孔工装,包括支撑底座,支撑底座的上表面两端对称安装有支撑座,V型件的两端弧形板分别安装于支撑座中,支撑底座的上表面中部带有支撑柱,支撑柱的上端与V型件的分叉根部相抵靠;所述支撑座的上端分别安装有旋转升降柱,旋转升降柱的上端安装有横置的夹紧杆,夹紧杆的端部与弧形板的外侧面抵靠;一侧的旋转升降柱的上端安装有横置的支撑板,支撑板位于夹紧杆的上方,其端部安装有电热环,电热环的环中心圈与V型件的上端相配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备领域,特别涉及钻孔设备用的工装。
背景技术
目前,市场上的小型钻孔机,其设备成本低,且基本上满足加工要求。但对于如图1中的类V型件,由于缺少特定的工装,其钻孔加工相当困难,效率低并且加工合格率不高。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种加热钻孔式V型件的钻孔工装,其辅助钻孔机进行钻孔,提高钻孔效率及合格率。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种加热钻孔式V型件的钻孔工装,包括支撑底座,支撑底座的上表面两端对称安装有支撑座,V型件的两端弧形板分别安装于支撑座中,支撑底座的上表面中部带有支撑柱,支撑柱的上端与V型件的分叉根部相抵靠;所述支撑座的上端分别安装有旋转升降柱,旋转升降柱的上端安装有横置的夹紧杆,夹紧杆的端部与弧形板的外侧面抵靠;一侧的旋转升降柱的上端安装有横置的支撑板,支撑板位于夹紧杆的上方,其端部安装有电热环,电热环的环中心圈与V型件的上端相配合。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明中V型件倒置安装于支撑座及支撑柱上,并设计夹紧杆,实现其稳定支撑,大大方便了钻头的钻孔加工,提高钻孔效率及合格率;采用电热环对V型件的上端加热,实现热钻孔加工,提高加工质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的加热钻孔式V型件的钻孔工装,包括支撑底座1,支撑底座1的上表面两端对称安装有支撑座2,V型件3的两端弧形板31分别安装于支撑座2中,支撑底座1的上表面中部带有支撑柱4,支撑柱4的上端与V型件3的分叉根部相抵靠;支撑座2的上端分别安装有旋转升降柱6,旋转升降柱6的上端安装有横置的夹紧杆7,夹紧杆7的端部与弧形板31的外侧面抵靠;一侧的旋转升降柱6的上端安装有横置的支撑板8,支撑板8位于夹紧杆7的上方,其端部安装有电热环9,电热环9的环中心圈与V型件3的上端相配合。
本发明中V型件倒置安装于支撑座2及支撑柱4上,并设计夹紧杆7,实现其稳定支撑,大大方便了钻头5的钻孔加工,提高钻孔效率及合格率;采用电热环9对V型件的上端加热,实现热钻孔加工,提高加工质量。

1.一种加热钻孔式V型件的钻孔工装,其特征在于:包括支撑底座(1),支撑底座(1)的上表面两端对称安装有支撑座(2),V型件(3)的两端弧形板(31)分别安装于支撑座(2)中,支撑底座(1)的上表面中部带有支撑柱(4),支撑柱(4)的上端与V型件(3)的分叉根部相抵靠;所述支撑座(2)的上端分别安装有旋转升降柱(6),旋转升降柱(6)的上端安装有横置的夹紧杆(7),夹紧杆(7)的端部与弧形板(31)的外侧面抵靠;一侧的旋转升降柱(6)的上端安装有横置的支撑板(8),支撑板(8)位于夹紧杆(7)的上方,其端部安装有电热环(9),电热环(9)的环中心圈与V型件(3)的上端相配合。
