铜接头毛坯总成精加工成铜接头时，需要在其头部钻一组固定孔。传统的钻孔方式是通过钻头在铜接头毛坯总成上一一钻孔，其存在效率低，钻孔精度低等缺点。

针对现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铜接头辅助钻孔夹具的技术方案。
所述的一种铜接头辅助钻孔夹具，包括支架及固定设置在支架上的钻模底板，其特征在于所述的钻模底板上固定设置钻模底座，所述的钻模底座上固定设置用于放置待加工铜接头的固定板，所述的固定板上配合设置产品压板，所述的产品压板上设有钻孔，所述的产品压板两端与设置在支架上的气缸的伸缩杆配合。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图来进一步说明本实用新型。
如图所示，一种铜接头辅助钻孔夹具包括支架1，支架1上固定设置钻模底板2，钻模底板2上固定设置钻模底座3，钻模底座3上固定设置固定板5，固定板5上固定设置产品压板6，产品压板6上设有钻孔601。
为了稳固钻模底座3，在钻模底座3的两端设置钻模压板4。钻模压板4将钻模底座3压紧在钻模底板2上。
固定板5上设置一组用于固定铜接头的铜接头放置槽501，位于铜接头放置槽501上方的产品压板6上设置一组钻孔601。
为了方便产品压板6的提升，在产品压板6两端配合设置气缸7，气缸7固定设置在支架1上。为了配合气缸7伸缩杆的运动，在钻模底板2上配合设置气缸孔201。
加工时，只需将铜接头放置在固定板5的铜接头放置槽501上，并用产品压板6压紧，然后用钻头通过产品压板6上的钻孔601对铜接头进行钻孔。

1.一种铜接头辅助钻孔夹具，包括支架（1）及固定设置在支架（1）上的钻模底板（2），其特征在于所述的钻模底板（2）上固定设置钻模底座（3），所述的钻模底座（3）上固定设置用于放置待加工铜接头的固定板（5），所述的固定板（5）上配合设置产品压板（6），所述的产品压板（6）上设有钻孔（601），所述的产品压板（6）两端与设置在支架（1）上的气缸（7）的伸缩杆配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种铜接头辅助钻孔夹具，其特征在于所述的固定板（5）上设置一组铜接头放置槽（501），所述的产品压板（6）上的钻孔（601）与铜接头放置槽（501）相对应。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种铜接头辅助钻孔夹具，其特征在于所述的钻模底座（3）两端设置用于夹紧钻模底座（3）的钻模压板（4）。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种铜接头辅助钻孔夹具，其特征在于所述的钻模底板（2）上设有供气缸（7）的伸缩杆伸出的气缸孔（201）。
