本发明公开了一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置,包括存水槽、水泵和水处理工位;所述水处理工位的进水口通过水泵与存水槽连接,水处理工位的出水口与存水槽的废液进口连接;所述水处理工位进水口设置有水过滤装置;所述水处理工位包括相互连通的滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置,所述滚刷洗装置包括滚刷洗存水槽,滚刷洗存水槽内安装有电导率探头和高低双液位开关;所述喷淋洗装置底部设置有连接存水槽废液进口的管道;喷淋洗装置包括高低双液位开关;所述滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置均的进水口分别于存水槽的出水口连接。本发明通过简单的机械结构,达到清洗玻璃基板的目的,操作简单,成本低,适合广泛推广。

Description

一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置
技术领域
本发明涉及光伏玻璃基板清洗领域,具体涉及一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置。
背景技术
太阳能光伏玻璃是一种通过层压入太阳电池,能够利用太阳辐射发电,并具有相关电流引出装置以及电缆的特种玻璃。主要流程是:玻璃-PVB(EVA)胶膜-太阳电池-PVB(EVA)胶膜-玻璃。通过层压密封,制作完成,具有很好的安全性。本设备德国Asola(原名ASSGmbH)公司等国外企业已经具备了比较成熟的技术,而我国国内仍然是处于设计研究阶段。太阳能光伏玻璃清洗机的主要作用是清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板(以下称玻璃)。由于玻璃是一边粗糙一边光滑的,如何快速高效的完成清洁的过程,成为了现有技术发展的方向。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置,通过简单的传动结构达到清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的目的,解决了现有技术的问题。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置,其特征在于,包括存水槽、水泵和水处理工位;
所述水处理工位的进水口通过水泵与存水槽连接,水处理工位的出水口与存水槽的废液进口连接;所述水处理工位进水口设置有水过滤装置;
所述水处理工位包括相互连通的滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置,所述滚刷洗装置包括滚刷洗存水槽,滚刷洗存水槽内安装有电导率探头和高低双液位开关;所述喷淋洗装置底部设置有连接存水槽废液进口的管道;喷淋洗装置包括高低双液位开关;
所述滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置均的进水口分别于存水槽的出水口连接。
进一步的,所述存水槽储存纯水,所述纯水电导率低于5μs/cm。
进一步的,所述高低双液位开关为不锈钢双浮球高低双液位开关。
进一步的,所述水泵为磁力泵。
进一步的,所述电导率探头的设定值为30μs/cm。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置,通过简单的机械结构,达到清洗玻璃基板的目的,操作简单,成本低,适合广泛推广。

所述水处理工位包括相互连通的滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置,所述滚刷洗装置包括滚刷洗存水槽,滚刷洗存水槽内安装有电导率探头和高低双液位开关;所述喷淋洗装置底部设置有连接存水槽废液进口的管道;喷淋洗装置包括高低双液位开关;
所述滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置均的进水口分别于存水槽的出水口连接。
进一步的,所述存水槽储存纯水,所述纯水电导率低于5μs/cm。
进一步的,所述高低双液位开关为不锈钢双浮球高低双液位开关。

所述水处理工位包括相互连通的滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置,所述滚刷洗装置包括滚刷洗存水槽,滚刷洗存水槽内安装有电导率探头和高低双液位开关;所述喷淋洗装置底部设置有连接存水槽废液进口的管道;喷淋洗装置包括高低双液位开关;
所述滚刷洗装置和喷淋洗装置均的进水口分别于存水槽的出水口连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置,其特征在于,所述存水槽储存纯水,所述纯水电导率低于5μs/cm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置,其特征在于,所述高低双液位开关为不锈钢双浮球高低双液位开关。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于清洗太阳能光伏玻璃基板的水循环装置,其特征在于,所述水泵为磁力泵。
