Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种多极化基片集成波导天线。本发明多极化基片集成波导天线,天线为多层结构,从上到下依次包括:第一金属覆铜层、第一介质层、第二金属覆铜层、第二介质层以及第三金属覆铜层,其中,所述第一介质层和所述第二介质层上均设置有金属化通孔,所述第一金属覆铜层和所述第二金属覆铜层上均设置有蚀刻槽。本发明实施例解决采用微带线馈电导致高频应用时馈电效率下降的问题。
