本发明涉及光缆技术,公开了一种防鼠蝶形光缆,包括:光纤、加强芯及包裹所述光纤和加强芯的保护层,所述保护层的材料按质量分数包括以下组分:聚烯烃70~85份、EVA25~40份、PE阻燃剂7~12份、抗氧剂3~6份、石蜡2~4份、氧化锌1~3份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~2份、芳香烃类缓释剂20~30份和辣椒素10~20份。本发明的防鼠蝶形光缆通过在保护层中加入芳香烃类缓释剂及辣椒素成分,芳香烃发出防鼠的异香,辣椒素发出刺激性气味,对于老鼠及其他有害动物(如:白蚁)起到有效地防范作用,避免了蝶形光缆被老鼠咬坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及光缆技术领域,特别涉及一种防鼠蝶形光缆。
背景技术
目前蝶形光缆的应用领域非常的广泛,而且蝶形光缆大都铺设住宅楼或写字楼内。鼠类作为一种繁殖力和生命力很强的啮齿类动物广泛地生活在世界上各个地区。由于其门齿很发达且会不断生长,鼠类有啃咬物体以保持其牙齿锋利的习性,因此蝶形光缆线路在一些场合(例如:小区中的住宅楼)经常遭受鼠咬而影响导致传输信号中断。
发明内容
本发明提出一种防鼠蝶形光缆,解决了现有技术中无法有效防止老鼠咬坏蝶形光缆的问题。
本发明的一种防鼠蝶形光缆,包括:光纤、加强芯及包裹所述光纤和加强芯的保护层,所述保护层的材料按质量分数包括以下组分:聚烯烃70~85份、EVA25~40份、PE阻燃剂7~12份、抗氧剂3~6份、石蜡2~4份、氧化锌1~3份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~2份、芳香烃类缓释剂20~30份和辣椒素10~20份。
其中,所述芳香烃类缓释剂包括:三苯甲烷、二苯基甲烷和乙苯中的至少一种。
其中,所述芳香烃类缓释剂中还包括邻二甲苯和联苯两者至少之一,且邻二甲苯和联苯两者至少之一占芳香烃类缓释剂成分的20%~40%。
其中,所述辣椒素为纳米胶囊结构。
本发明的防鼠蝶形光缆通过在保护层中加入芳香烃类缓释剂及辣椒素成分,芳香烃发出防鼠的异香,辣椒素发出刺激性气味,对于老鼠及其他有害动物(如:白蚁)起到有效地防范作用,避免了蝶形光缆被老鼠咬坏。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本实施例的防鼠蝶形光缆包括:光纤1、加强芯2及包裹光纤1和加强芯2的保护层3。其中,保护层3的材料按质量分数包括以下组分:聚烯烃70~85份、EVA25~40份、PE阻燃剂7~12份、抗氧剂3~6份、石蜡2~4份、氧化锌1~3份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~2份、芳香烃类缓释剂20~30份和辣椒素10~20份。
本实施例的防鼠蝶形光缆的保护层3中加入芳香烃类缓释剂及辣椒素成分,芳香烃发出防鼠的异香,辣椒素发出刺激性气味,对于老鼠及其他有害动物(如:白蚁)起到有效地防范作用,避免了蝶形光缆被老鼠咬坏。
具体地,聚烯烃80份、EVA30份、PE阻燃剂10份、抗氧剂5份、石蜡3份、氧化锌2份、硅烷偶联剂1.5份、芳香烃类缓释剂30份和辣椒素20份。其中,芳香烃类缓释剂包括:三苯甲烷、二苯基甲烷和乙苯中的至少一种。三苯甲烷、二苯基甲烷和乙苯的香味更浓烈,更有效地防止老鼠接近蝶形光缆。
芳香烃类缓释剂中还包括邻二甲苯和联苯两者至少之一,且邻二甲苯和联苯两者至少之一占芳香烃类缓释剂成分的20%~40%。邻二甲苯和联苯对老鼠有一定的毒性,即使老鼠不受上述三苯甲烷、二苯基甲烷和乙苯等芳香烃的影响,在靠近蝶形光缆时吸入邻二甲苯或联苯的毒气后会使其不敢进一步靠近,从而更有效地避免老鼠咬坏蝶形光缆。
其中,辣椒素可以为纳米胶囊结构,纳米胶囊具有缓释作用,使得辣椒素的刺激性气味的释放更均匀更持久。

1.一种防鼠蝶形光缆,包括:光纤、加强芯及包裹所述光纤和加强芯的保护层,其特征在于,所述保护层的材料按质量分数包括以下组分:聚烯烃70~85份、EVA25~40份、PE阻燃剂7~12份、抗氧剂3~6份、石蜡2~4份、氧化锌1~3份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~2份、芳香烃类缓释剂20~30份和辣椒素10~20份;所述芳香烃类缓释剂包括:三苯甲烷、二苯基甲烷和乙苯中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的防鼠蝶形光缆,其特征在于,所述芳香烃类缓释剂中还包括邻二甲苯和联苯两者至少之一,且邻二甲苯和联苯两者至少之一占芳香烃类缓释剂成分的20%~40%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防鼠蝶形光缆,其特征在于,所述辣椒素为纳米胶囊结构。
