Abstract
一种恒温恒湿机,包括罩壳,罩壳前壁设有出风口,罩壳内腔安装双筒风道,双筒风道连接由摆风同步电机控制的摆风栅,摆风同步电机与电源控制板电连接,摆风栅与罩壳出风口位置对应,双筒风道的内腔安装石英管,石英管与电源控制板电连接,双筒风道下方设有双筒风机,双筒风机与电源控制板电连接,双筒风机后方设有温度湿度传感器,温度湿度传感器与电源控制板电连接,罩壳内腔下部设有水箱,水箱的水供与雾化器连通,电源控制板与小风扇电连接,小风扇位于雾化器下端并向上对着雾化器将雾化器产生的细雾送出,雾化器连接出雾通道,出雾通道侧壁设有多个出雾孔,出雾孔正对摆风栅和石英管。本发明可根据检测到的温、湿度自动调节房间温、湿度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及恒温恒湿控制技术领域,具体说涉及一种恒温恒湿机。
背景技术
目前市场上的普通风扇只是送出恒定的风速,而单纯的风速只能解决热天的局部凉快问题,而不管天气的温度高低和湿度大小。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们也认识到湿度的大小对人们生活的舒适度有极大的影响,特别是发达国家,追求高质量的生活品质,对温度湿度都有较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种恒温恒湿机,其可以根据检测到的温度、湿度,自动调节房间的温、湿度。
为了实现上述方案,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种恒温恒湿机,其特征在于:包括罩壳,所述罩壳前壁设有出风口,所述罩壳内腔安装有双筒风道,所述双筒风道的风道口处连接有由摆风同步电机控制的摆风栅,所述摆风同步电机与电源控制板电连接,所述摆风栅与罩壳出风口位置对应,所述双筒风道的内腔安装有石英管,所述石英管与电源控制板电连接,所述双筒风道的下方设有双筒风机,所述双筒风机与电源控制板电连接,所述双筒风机后方设有温度湿度传感器,所述温度湿度传感器与电源控制板电连接,所述罩壳内腔下部设有水箱,所述水箱的水供与电源控制板电连接的雾化器连通,所述电源控制板与小风扇电连接,所述小风扇位于雾化器的下端并向上对着雾化器将雾化器产生的细雾送出,所述雾化器上连接有出雾通道,所述出雾通道的侧壁上设有多个出雾孔,所述出雾孔正对着摆风栅和石英管。
本发明恒温恒湿机,其中所述罩壳的内腔底部设有雾化器装置,所述水箱安装于雾化器装置上面。
本发明恒温恒湿机,其中所述电源控制板安装于水箱上面。
本发明恒温恒湿机,其中所述罩壳包括前罩、后罩和上盖,所述前罩和后罩对接后卡接固定于上盖下面,所述上盖上设有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔内安装有按键线路板,所述第二安装孔内安装有显示线路板。
本发明恒温恒湿机,其中所述前罩上部设有所述出风口,所述前罩下部密布有多个进风孔。
本发明恒温恒湿机,其中所述后罩上部与双筒风道位置对应的部位设有第一进风口,所述第一进风口上安装有第一进风板,所述第一进风板上密布有多个第一进风孔,所述后罩下部设有第二进风口,所述第二进风口上安装有第二进风板,所述第二进风板上密布有多个第二进风孔。
采用上述方案后,本发明恒温恒湿机具有以下有益效果:
1、经上述结构设计,本发明采用微电脑芯片控制恒温恒湿机工作,恒温恒湿机工作在自动状态时,会根据温度湿度传感器检测到的房间内温度、湿度,自动调节房间的温度、湿度,冬天用石英管加热提高房间温度,而冬天天气干燥,湿度很低,通过将雾化器设置于水箱上部与出雾通道直接连接,并且将出雾通道的出雾孔正对着摆风栅和石英管,并使双筒风机设置于摆风栅和石英管的下面,这样形成增压自然风发生器的功能和气雾混合功能,使得雾化器自动送出雾气加湿空气,达到自动调节房间温度、湿度的目的;而夏天,会自动打开双筒风机,送出仿自然风降温,同时根据房间温度、湿度自动调节;
2、当本发明恒温恒湿机工作在手动调节状态时,人们可以通过按键线路板随意开启双筒风机降温或开启石英管加热或开启雾化器改善湿度。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本发明恒温恒湿机,包括罩壳1,罩壳1包括前罩2、后罩3和上盖4,前罩2和后罩3对接后卡接固定于上盖4的下面。前罩2上部设有出风口5,前罩2的下部密布有多个出风孔6。后罩3的上部设有第一进风口7,第一进风口7上安装有第一进风板8,第一进风板8上密布有多个第一进风孔9,后罩3的下部设有第二进风口10,第二进风口10上安装有第二进风板11,第二进风板11上密布有多个第二进风孔12。上盖4上设有第一安装孔13和第二安装孔14,第一安装孔13内安装有按键线路板15,第二安装孔14内安装有显示线路板16;
罩壳1的内腔安装有双筒风道17,双筒风道17的风道口处连接有由摆风同步电机18控制的摆风栅19,摆风同步电机18与电源控制板20电连接,摆风栅19与罩壳出风口5的位置对应,双筒风道17的内腔安装有两个石英管21,两个石英管21均与电源控制板20电连接,双筒风道17的下方设有双筒风机22,双筒风机22与电源控制板20电连接,双筒风机22的后方设有温度湿度传感器23,温度湿度传感器23与电源控制板20电连接,罩壳1的内腔底部设有雾化器装置24,雾化器装置24的上面安装有水箱25,电源控制板20安装于水箱25的上面,水箱25上端的水供与电源控制板20电连接的雾化器26连通,电源控制板20与小风扇29电连接,小风扇29位于雾化器26的下端并向上对着雾化器26将雾化器产生的细雾吹出,雾化器26上连接有出雾通道28,出雾通道28的侧壁上设有多个出雾孔,出雾孔正对着摆风栅19和石英管21。出雾通道28的上端通向双筒风道17的风道口。所述第一进风口7与双筒风道17的位置前后对应,电源控制板20与小风扇29电连接,小风扇29安装于雾化器装置24的上盖下面。
工作时,按动按键线路板15上的按键,根据按键的不同功能,控制整台恒温恒湿机工作,同时把恒温恒湿机的工作状态显示在显示线路板16上。由于电源控制板20通过线路分别与双筒风机22、石英管21、雾化器26、摆风同步电机18、小风扇29及温度湿度传感器23电连接,有电源控制板20上的微机芯片根据温度湿度的变化,自动控制他们工作,达到控制恒温恒湿的目的。
当恒温恒湿机工作在自动状态时,会根据温度湿度传感器23检测到的房间温度湿度,自动调节房间的温、湿度,冬天用石英管21加热提高房间温度,而冬天天气干燥,湿度很低,通过将雾化器26设置于水箱25上部与出雾通道28直接连接,并且将出雾通道28的出雾孔正对着摆风栅19和石英管21,并使双筒风机22设置于摆风栅19和石英管21的下面,这样形成增压自然风发生器的功能和气雾混合功能,使得雾化器26会自动送出雾气加湿空气,达到自动调节房间温度、湿度的目的;而夏天会自动打开双筒风机22,送出仿自然风降温,同时根据房间温度湿度自动调节;本发明恒温恒湿机工作在手动调节状态时,人们可以通过按键线路板15随意开启双筒风机22进行降温或开启石英管21加热或开启雾化器26改善湿度。

1.一种恒温恒湿机,其特征在于:包括罩壳,所述罩壳前壁设有出风口,所述罩壳内腔安装有双筒风道,所述双筒风道的风道口处连接有由摆风同步电机控制的摆风栅,所述摆风同步电机与电源控制板电连接,所述摆风栅与罩壳出风口位置对应,所述双筒风道的内腔安装有石英管,所述石英管与电源控制板电连接,所述双筒风道的下方设有双筒风机,所述双筒风机与电源控制板电连接,所述双筒风机后方设有温度湿度传感器,所述温度湿度传感器与电源控制板电连接,所述罩壳内腔下部设有水箱,所述水箱的水供与电源控制板电连接的雾化器连通,所述电源控制板与小风扇电连接,所述小风扇位于雾化器的下端并向上对着雾化器将雾化器产生的细雾送出,所述雾化器上连接有出雾通道,所述出雾通道的侧壁上设有多个出雾孔,所述出雾孔正对着摆风栅和石英管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的恒温恒湿机,其特征在于:所述罩壳的内腔底部设有雾化器装置,所述水箱安装于雾化器装置上面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的恒温恒湿机,其特征在于:所述电源控制板安装于水箱上面。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的恒温恒湿机,其特征在于:所述罩壳包括前罩、后罩和上盖,所述前罩和后罩对接后卡接固定于上盖下面,所述上盖上设有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔内安装有按键线路板,所述第二安装孔内安装有显示线路板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的恒温恒湿机,其特征在于:所述前罩上部设有所述出风口,所述前罩下部密布有多个进风孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的恒温恒湿机,其特征在于:所述后罩上部与双筒风道位置对应的部位设有第一进风口,所述第一进风口上安装有第一进风板,所述第一进风板上密布有多个第一进风孔,所述后罩下部设有第二进风口,所述第二进风口上安装有第二进风板,所述第二进风板上密布有多个第二进风孔。
