Abstract
本发明公布一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材及其制备方法,板材由无机胶结料加玻纤网格布组成面层和由蜂窝状分布在芯层内的圆柱形或六棱柱形木炭块组成,无机胶结料为硅酸盐水泥或硫铝酸盐水泥或菱镁水泥,其制造方法主要通过准备材料和模具,—压制六棱柱形炭块,‑浇注成型,‑打孔而成,本发明具有长时间自行吸附房间内的游离甲醛、苯、氨等有害气体的功能,板材的强度高,重量轻,而且具有防水防火造价低廉等优点,可作为家具制造、装修板材。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材及其制造技术领域,特别涉及一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前由于室内装修和家具所使用的大量的人造板材和油漆, 特别是新装修的房子里一般甲醛、苯、氨、等有害气体都会超标,室内空气质量污染超标率高的主要原因有以下几方面:一是室外环境空气污染。二是室内装修和装饰材料的污染。如各种人造板及其制品中的甲醛释放;木器和内墙涂料中的甲醛和“三苯”;各种胶粘剂中的甲醛“三苯”等物质的释放;壁纸、木地板、地毯等甲醛和挥发性有机物的释放。三是新购置家具中四醛、“三苯”等物质的释放。四是家庭烹调油烟、家用化学品等的污染,据临床医学专家介绍,室内环境污染易造成大脑缺氧,损伤神经细胞,轻者头晕、恶心、四肢无力、咽喉肿痛、皮肤过敏,重者可以导致死亡。尤其是甲醛和苯等致癌物质,是室内空气中的无形“杀手”,轻者引起慢性中毒,重者可能影响人体的造血功能、呼吸系统、神经系统、免疫系统等,严重的还会造成细胞突变和胎儿畸形。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材及其制备方法。
本发明提供一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材:它由面层、芯层、面层依序叠加的结构组成,所述的面层由无机胶结料加玻纤网格布组成,所述芯层由蜂窝状分布在芯层内的炭块和炭块与炭块之间填充的无机胶结料组成,所述的炭块为活性炭或竹木炭加无机胶结料混合后压制成的呈等高的圆柱形或六棱柱形块,所述的无机胶结料为硅酸盐水泥或硫铝酸盐水泥或菱镁水泥。

本发明所述的一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材的制造方法,主要通过以下步骤实现:
步骤1、 准备菱镁水泥、模板模具、和能将将活性炭或竹木炭与菱镁水泥压制成等高的圆柱形或六棱柱形炭块的芯料模具,将部分水泥加水搅拌成浆状,
步骤2、用芯料模具将活性炭或竹木炭与部分菱镁水泥浆混合并压制成圆柱形或六棱柱形炭块,
步骤3、将模板模具上擦上脱模剂,往模板模具内倒入部分菱镁水泥浆并用刷子摊匀摊平并赶出气泡,接着铺一层玻纤网格布,接着均与地铺一层经步骤2压制成的圆柱形或六棱柱形炭块,
步骤4、45分钟- 6小时菱镁水泥初凝后将余下的部分菱镁水泥加水搅拌成水泥浆浇注到铺好的圆柱形或六棱柱形碳块上, 使水泥浆填满圆柱形或六棱柱形炭块之间的空间并用刷子摊匀摊平,接着铺一层玻纤网格布,刮平,待菱镁水泥初凝再抹平表面,
步骤5 、菱镁水泥凝固后拆除模板脱模,养护,用打孔机在板子上均匀地打出许多的小孔即成。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在板芯层中加入一定量具有吸附功能的活性炭或竹木炭,并且通过在板上打出许多小孔加强了其吸附有害气体的能力,使其具有长时间自行吸附房间内的游离甲醛、苯、氨等有害气体的功能,同时还具有防潮、除臭、防霉的功能,具有吸收效率高、吸附效果好,而且成本低廉,无毒无副作用等优点,同时由于芯层呈蜂窝状分布着由活性炭或竹木炭压制成的圆柱形或六棱柱形碳块,使板材在保证强度的同时又大大地减轻了重量,而且其菱镁材质具有防水防火造价低廉等优点,可作为家具制造、装修板材。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施方法做进一步说明,本发明所述的一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材的制造方法,主要通过以下步骤实现:
步骤1、 准备菱镁水泥模板模具、和能将将活性炭或竹木炭与胶结料压制成等高的圆柱形或六棱柱形块的芯料模具,将模板模具上擦上脱模剂,将部分菱镁水泥加水搅拌成浆状,
步骤2、用芯料模具将活性炭或竹木炭与部分菱镁水泥浆混合并压制成圆柱形或六棱柱形碳块,
步骤3、往模板模具内倒入部分菱镁水泥浆并用刷子摊匀摊平并赶出气泡,接着铺一层玻纤网格布,接着均与地铺一层经步骤2压制成的圆柱形或六棱柱形碳块,
步骤4、45分钟- 6小时后将余下的部分菱镁水泥加水搅拌成菱镁水泥浆浇注到铺好的圆柱形或六棱柱形碳块上, 使水泥浆填满圆柱形或六棱柱形块之间的空间并用刷子摊匀摊平并赶出气泡,接着铺一层玻纤网格布,刮平,待水泥初凝再抹平表面,
步骤5、 菱镁水泥凝固后拆除模板脱模,养护,用打孔机在板子抹平一面上均与地打出许多3毫米左右的小孔,孔深约为板子厚度的70%左右。

1.一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材,其特征在于:它由面层、芯层、面层依序叠加的结构组成,所述的面层由无机胶结料加玻纤网格布组成,所述芯层由蜂窝状分布在芯层内的炭块和炭块与炭块之间填充的无机胶结料组成,所述的炭块为活性炭或竹木炭加无机胶结料混合后压制成的呈等高的圆柱形或六棱柱形块,所述的无机胶结料为硅酸盐水泥或硫铝酸盐水泥或菱镁水泥,所述的板材的一面均匀地分布有许多的小孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有吸附有害气体功能的板材的制备方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
步骤1、 准备菱镁水泥、模板模具、和能将活性炭或竹木炭与菱镁水泥压制成等高的圆柱形或六棱柱形炭块的芯料模具,将部分水泥加水搅拌成浆状,
