本发明涉及一种工装,尤其涉及一种角度调节工装。
背景技术
肋骨是潜艇的重要组成部件,肋骨包括腹板和面板,腹板和面板的体积庞大,在面板和腹板对制装配的角度调节过程中,需焊接调节压具,易导致母材受伤害变质,影响后期焊接效果,另外,此种方式,操作不便,效率低且增加生产成本,装配过程中需要大量装配人员协同配合,浪费人工成本的同时还存在操作的安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种装配角度准确,装配速度快的潜艇组合肋骨腹板、面板角度调节无码工装。
本发明的技术方案是:潜艇组合肋骨腹板、面板角度调节无码工装,包括压码和压码架,所述压码顶端设有透孔,所述压码架一端螺纹连接压码的螺纹顶杆,压码架另一端为钩形结构,钩形结构开口端滑动连接L形的自由端,自由端上设有紧固螺钉。
本发明的有益效果是:通过压码调节,实现对腹板和面板角度的精确调节,不伤害母材表面,调节过程省时省力,操作方便安全,降低人工和生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-2对本发明做进一步说明:
潜艇组合肋骨腹板、面板角度调节无码工装,包括压码2和压码架1,所述压码2顶端设有透孔,所述压码架1一端螺纹连接压码2的螺纹顶杆,压码架1另一端为钩形结构5,钩形结构5开口端滑动连接L形的自由端3,自由端3上设有紧固螺钉4。
本工装的工作过程如下:
当肋骨的腹板6与面板7不垂直时,调节紧固螺钉4和自由端3,将肋骨的腹板6和面板7的组合部装入钩形结构5与自由端3合围区域内,使腹板6和面板7角度大于90°的一侧朝向自由端3,调节自由端3,将腹板6与面板7组合部卡合在工装内,同时工装与肋骨间留有缝隙,拧紧紧固螺钉4,旋转压码2顶紧腹板6,并持续旋转压码2,改变腹板6与面板7的组合角度,直至腹板6与面板7垂直。
