Abstract

技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种用于万向节的万向节十字轴的万向节套筒,其具有纵轴线以及安置在万向节套筒内部的多列式滚针组,该滚针组在纵轴线方向上具有至少两个并列安置的滚针组。此外,所述实施例还涉及一种用于万向节的万向节十字轴以及具有根据本发明的万向节套筒的万向节。
背景技术
万向节是一种连接件,它尤其用于将两个可绕着它的纵轴线旋转的轴和非对齐的或可相对彼此偏转的纵轴线相连接。万向节具有中央的万向节十字轴,该万向节十字轴具有四个彼此背离的轴颈,它们成对地被安置在两个垂直的轴线上并且借助朝向万向节十字轴的中央的端部相互连接。安置在共同的轴线上的轴颈分别与轴的叉状的端部相连接,从而轴能够绕着相应轴颈对的共同轴线偏转。为了改进这种偏转性,轴颈具有万向节套筒,它通常通过滚动轴承支承在轴颈上。因为万向节套筒基本上沿径向施加作用力,所以对于轴承通常使用具有多个滚针的滚针轴承。为了在较高变形的情况下降低接触应力峰值,多数万向节套筒具有多列式滚动体组,它们例如具有两个等长的并列安置的滚针。
已知的配有多列式滚针轴承组的万向节套筒都具有以下缺点,为了制造不同长度的万向节套筒必须配备相应数量的不同长度的滚针轴承组。这除了会提高采购成本之外还会导致提高轴承成本和加工成本以及制造成本。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种万向节套筒以及万向节十字轴、万向节和多列式滚针轴承,它们至少部分不具有上述缺点。本发明所要解决的技术问题尤其还在于,提供一种万向节套筒以及万向节十字轴、万向节和多列式滚针轴承,它们对于实现不同宽度的万向节套筒仅需要较少的滚针轴承的变型方案。
因此,本发明的技术问题按照本发明通过一种用于万向节的万向节十字轴的万向节套筒解决,所述万向节套筒具有具备纵轴线的空心圆柱形的基体和在所述基体的端部区域内的底部。所述万向节套筒在圆柱形的基体内具有分别配备多个滚针的至少一个第一滚针组和至少一个第二滚针组,其中,所述第一滚针组沿所述纵轴线的方向布置在所述第二滚针组旁。所述第一滚针组的至少一部分滚针比所述第二滚针组的一部分滚针更长。这种布置的优点在于,具有预定数目的不同宽度的滚针组比全部具有相同宽度的滚针的滚针组能够制造更大数量的具有不同宽度的万向节套筒。至今为止利用长度为A、B、C和D的滚针组只可制造具有长度为2xA、2xB、2xC和2xD的双列式万向节套筒,然而根据本发明还能够实现长度为A+B、A+C、A+D、B+C、B+D和C+D的双列式万向节套筒,即除了只有四种不同的长度还能够利用现存多种不同长度的滚针制造具有另外6种不同长度的多列式滚针轴承。
在根据本发明的实施方式中,一个滚针组的滚针分别具有相同的长度。这种滚针组比具有不同长度的滚针的滚针组更容易装配,因为不同的滚针组的滚针在纵向上齐平地并排布置,因而相邻的滚针未错移地并排布置。
在一些实施例中,第一滚针组布置在万向节套筒的底部和第二滚针组之间。因此,较长的滚针比较短的滚针更接近万向节套筒的底部。在本发明的这个实施方式中,当万向节套筒安置在万向节十字轴上时,具有较长滚针的滚针组比具有较短滚针的滚针组相互间距更大。
在备选实施例中,第二滚针组布置在万向节套筒的底部和第一滚针组之间。在这种备选实施例中,较短的滚针比较长的滚针更接近万向节套筒的底部。在本发明的这种备选实施例中,当万向节套筒安置在万向节十字轴上时,具有较短滚针的滚针组比具有较长滚针的滚针组相互间距更大。
在一些实施例中,第一滚针组和第二滚针组具有用于滚针的共同的保持架。以这种方式,滚针对能够连接为组合的构件组,并且随后能够与万向节套筒装配。
在一些实施例中,基体在内部具有轴承外圈,所述轴承外圈具有用于滚针的滚动面,其中,所述轴承外圈布置在基体和多个滚针组之间。这种滚动面能够保证在轴承外圈上的滚针的均匀滚动,并且因此降低万向节套筒的磨损。此外,通过滚动面能够实现滚针的侧向导引。
在一些其它的实施例中,将基体和轴承外圈设计为一体式。这种设计的优点在于,可以降低待装配的部件的数量。此外,还可提高万向节套筒的负荷能力。
在一些其它的实施例中,基体在内部具有轴承内圈,所述轴承内圈具有用于滚针的滚动面,其中,多个滚针组布置在基体和轴承内圈之间。这种设计能够实现,完全地预装配这种万向节套筒,并且随后能够将其装配在相应的万向节十字轴上。
在一些其它的实施方式中,轴承内圈是万向节十字轴的集成组件。在这种可选的实施方式中,滚针组可以直接地装配在万向节十字轴的轴承内圈上。这种可选的实施方式能够降低待装配的部件的数量。
此外,所述技术问题根据本发明通过一种用于万向节的万向节十字轴解决,所述万向节十字轴具有四个相互背离的轴颈,这些轴颈成对地布置在万向节十字轴的两个垂直的关节轴线上并且通过端部相互连接,其中,所述轴颈设计为基本上呈圆柱形。至少一个轴颈具有按照本发明的万向节套筒。

此外,所述技术问题根据本发明通过一种具有至少一个第一滚针组和至少一个第二滚针组的多列式滚针轴承解决,其中,所述第一滚针组和第二滚针组具有多个滚针,并且其中,所述多列式滚针轴承具有具备不同长度的滚针。

在图1中示意性示出的万向节3具有配备四个轴颈12的万向节十字轴2。这四个轴颈12具有圆形的横截面,并且相互间通过朝向万向节十字轴的中央14的端部相互连接。每两个轴颈12被安置在共同的关节轴线13上。两个关节轴线13相互垂直地布置。
在视图中向左指向的轴颈12上根据实施例布置有万向节套筒1。该万向节套筒1具有空心圆柱形的基体4,该基体在与万向节十字轴2的中央14背离的端部区域6内具有底部7。万向节套筒具有纵轴线5,该万向节套筒在图示中处于与关节轴线13相重合的装配状态下。
在基体4和轴颈之间并排地布置第一滚针组8和第二滚针组9,其中,在第二滚针组9和底部7之间布置第一滚针组8。第一滚针组8和第二滚针组9具有多个滚针10,这些滚针均匀地分布在轴颈12的圆周上。
在底部7和第一滚针组8之间布置中间件15,用来使第一滚针组8和第二滚针组9的总体长度与万向节套筒1的长度相匹配,并且因此避免滚针10沿着纵轴线5的轴向移动。中间件15盘形地构造并且在朝向万向节十字轴2的中央14的一侧上具有环形的凸起。在备选的实施方式中,将中间件15设计为完全环形的。在第二滚针组9和万向节十字轴2的部件之间安置密封环16,用来保护第一滚针组8和第二滚针组9免受外部环境的影响。
从图1中可以明确地看到,第一滚针组8的滚针10具有比第二滚针组9的滚针10更长的长度。为了保证滚针10的均匀的滚动,轴颈12和万向节套筒1的基体4的内侧分别具有用于滚针10的环绕的滚动面11。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于万向节(3)的万向节十字轴(2)的万向节套筒(1),其中,所述万向节套筒(1)具有具备纵轴线(5)的空心圆柱形的基体(4)和在所述基体(4)的端部区域(6)内的底部(7),其中,所述万向节套筒(1)在圆柱形的基体(4)内具有分别配备多个滚针(10)的至少一个第一滚针组(8)和至少一个第二滚针组(9),其中,所述第一滚针组(8)沿所述纵轴线(5)的方向布置在所述第二滚针组(9)旁,其中,所述第一滚针组(8)的至少一部分滚针(10)比所述第二滚针组(9)的一部分滚针(10)更长。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万向节套筒,其中,一个滚针组的滚针(10)具有相同的长度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的万向节套筒,其中,所述第一滚针组(8)布置在所述万向节套筒(1)的底部(7)和所述第二滚针组(9)之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的万向节套筒,其中,所述第二滚针组(9)布置在所述万向节套筒(1)的底部(7)和所述第一滚针组(8)之间。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的万向节套筒,其中,所述基体(4)在内部具有轴承外圈,所述轴承外圈具有用于滚针(10)的滚动面(11),其中,所述轴承外圈布置在所述基体(4)和多个滚针组之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的万向节套筒,其中,所述基体(4)和轴承外圈设计为一体式的。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的万向节套筒,其中,所述基体(4)在内部具有轴承内圈,所述轴承内圈具有用于滚针(10)的滚动面(11),其中,多个滚针组布置在所述基体(4)和所述轴承内圈之间。
