技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具技术领域,特别是涉及一种双色饰件支架注塑模具。
背景技术
双色注塑双射成型主要以双色成型机两只料管配合两套模具按先后次序经两次成型制成双色产品。比起传统射出成型,双料共射射出成型制程有如下的优点:核心料可以使用低黏度的材料来降低射出压力。从环保的考虑,核心料可以使用回收的二次料。根据不同的使用特性,如厚件成品皮层料使用软质料,核心料使用硬质料或者核心料可以使用发泡塑料来降低重量。可以利用较低质量的核心料以降低成本。皮层料或核心料可使用价格昂贵且具特殊表面性质,如防电磁波干扰、高电导性等材料以增加产品性能。适当的皮层料和核心料配合可以减少成型品残余应力、增加机械强度或产品表面性质。产生如大理石纹路的产品。从多色射出成型、双料共射出成型的特性与应用可以看出未来有逐步取代传统射出成型制程的趋势。革新性射出成型技术不但提高了射出成型制程的精密度、提供高难度制程技术,而且开拓了射出成型制程领域的范围。创新的射出设备与制程,才足以应付愈来愈多样化、高质量、高附加价值的产品需求。双色注塑现在已经广泛应用到了电子产品,电动工具,医疗产品,家电,玩具等等几乎所有的塑胶领域,双色模具的制作和成型以及双色多色注塑机和双色注塑原材料的研发也有了飞速的发展。
注塑模具是生产各种工业产品的重要工艺装备,随着塑料工业的迅速发展,以及塑料制品在航空、航天、电子、机械、船舶和汽车等工业部门的推广应用,产品对模具的要求也越来越高,传统的模具设计方法已无法适应当今的要求.与传统的模具设计相比,计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术无论是在提高生产率、保证产品质量方面,还是在降低成本、减轻劳动强度方面,都具有极大的优越性。
注塑模具在加工中,各种数控加工均有用到,应用最多的是数控铣及加工中心,数控线切割加工与数控电火花加工在模具数控加工中的应用也非常普遍,线切割主要应用在各种直壁的模具加工,如冲压加工中的凹凸模,注塑模中的镶块、滑块,电火花加工用的电极等。对于硬度很高的模具零件,采用机加工办法无法加工,大多采用电火花加工,另外对于模具型腔的尖角、深腔部位、窄槽等也使用电火花加工。而数控车床主要用于加工模具杆类标准件,以及回转体的模具型腔或型芯,如瓶体、盆类的注塑模具,轴类、盘类零件的锻模。在模具加工中,数控钻床的应用也可以起到提高加工精度和缩短加工周期的作用。
目前现有的针对双色饰件支架加工的注塑模具,结构复杂,安装不方便,同时浇注效果一般,原料分散不均匀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作方便,可实现双料注塑成型,操作方便,能够实现高速旋转,保持成型效果好,运行稳定的双色饰件支架注塑模具。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种双色饰件支架注塑模具,包括定模底板、定模板、型腔板、动模板、动模底板、模脚条、转动板和模脚板,所述定模底板、定模板、型腔板、动模板、动模底板、模脚条、转动板和模脚板依次从上至下设置,所述定模底板上设置有浇口套和导柱,浇口套和浇口道能够分别注入原料进行注塑成型,可实现双料注塑成型,顶轴可以带动偏心连板转动,使得型腔板内的原料分散均匀,不会产生气泡,保持成型效果好,顶轴还能顶动顶板,通过顶出杆将原料顶出,向心轴承和推力轴承能够保持顶轴在施加推力和转动时保持稳定,导柱能够保持模具安装精度高,所述导柱依次与定模底板、定模板、型腔板、动模板和动模底板滑动连接,所述导柱一侧设置有限位螺钉,所述定模板内设置有浇口道,所述浇口道与家口套连通,所述型腔板内设置有成型芯,所述转动板和模脚板中部设置有顶轴,所述顶轴外侧设置有轴套,所述轴套上侧设置有向心轴承,所述轴套下端设置有推力轴承,所述顶轴上设置有偏心连板和顶柱,所述偏心连板与顶轴传动连接,所述转动板上设置有顶板垫脚和顶板,所述顶板上设置有顶出杆,所述顶出杆与成型芯连接。
进一步的,所述定模底板和定模板固定连接,保持结构稳定可靠。
进一步的,所述动模板、动模底板和模脚条依次固定连接,保持结构稳定可靠。
进一步的,所述模脚条与转动板固定连接,保持结构稳定可靠。
进一步的,所述模脚板两侧设置有定位钢珠,保持安装精度高。
进一步的,所述模脚板通过定位钢珠与转动板卡持连接,方便安装和拆解。
本发明的有益效果是:设置的浇口套和浇口道能够分别注入原料进行注塑成型,可实现双料注塑成型,顶轴可以带动偏心连板转动,使得型腔板内的原料分散均匀,不会产生气泡,保持成型效果好,顶轴还能顶动顶板,通过顶出杆将原料顶出,向心轴承和推力轴承能够保持顶轴在施加推力和转动时保持稳定,导柱能够保持模具安装精度高。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示,一种双色饰件支架注塑模具,包括定模底板1、定模板2、型腔板3、动模板4、动模底板5、模脚条6、转动板7和模脚板8,所述定模底板1、定模板2、型腔板3、动模板4、动模底板5、模脚条6、转动板7和模脚板8依次从上至下设置,所述定模底板1上设置有浇口套9和导柱10,所述导柱10依次与定模底板1、定模板2、型腔板3、动模板4和动模底板5滑动连接,所述导柱10一侧设置有限位螺钉11,所述定模板2内设置有浇口道12,所述浇口道12与家口套9连通,在模具第一次注塑时,将第一种塑料(透明PS)通过浇口套9注入并充满型腔,通过顶轴14做高速旋转,靠定位钢珠23定位,保持冷却成型。在第一种塑件不脱模的状态下即进行第二次闭模,主注座进行注射,将第二种塑料(PP)通过浇口道12注满大型腔。与此同时,附注座依旧可以对小型腔进行注塑。在第二次启模之后,便可先顶出,取出制品。所述型腔板3内设置有成型芯13,所述转动板7和模脚板8中部设置有顶轴14,所述顶轴14外侧设置有轴套15,所述轴套15上侧设置有向心轴承16,所述轴套15下端设置有推力轴承17,所述顶轴14上设置有偏心连板18和顶柱19,所述偏心连板18与顶轴14传动连接,所述转动板7上设置有顶板垫脚20和顶板21,所述顶板21上设置有顶出杆22,所述顶出杆22与成型芯13连接。
所述定模底板1和定模板2固定连接。
所述动模板4、动模底板5和模脚条6依次固定连接。
所述模脚条6与转动板7固定连接。
所述模脚板8两侧设置有定位钢珠23。
所述模脚板8通过定位钢珠23与转动板7卡持连接。
在模具第一次注塑时,将第一种塑料(透明PS)通过浇口套9注入并充满型腔,通过顶轴14做高速旋转,靠定位钢珠23定位,保持冷却成型。在第一种塑件不脱模的状态下即进行第二次闭模,主注座进行注射,将第二种塑料(PP)通过浇口道12注满大型腔。与此同时,附注座依旧可以对小型腔进行注塑。在第二次启模之后,便可先顶出,取出制品。

1.一种双色饰件支架注塑模具,其特征在于:包括定模底板、定模板、型腔板、动模板、动模底板、模脚条、转动板和模脚板,所述定模底板、定模板、型腔板、动模板、动模底板、模脚条、转动板和模脚板依次从上至下设置,所述定模底板上设置有浇口套和导柱,所述导柱依次与定模底板、定模板、型腔板、动模板和动模底板滑动连接,所述导柱一侧设置有限位螺钉,所述定模板内设置有浇口道,所述浇口道与家口套连通,所述型腔板内设置有成型芯,所述转动板和模脚板中部设置有顶轴,所述顶轴外侧设置有轴套,所述轴套上侧设置有向心轴承,所述轴套下端设置有推力轴承,所述顶轴上设置有偏心连板和顶柱,所述偏心连板与顶轴传动连接,所述转动板上设置有顶板垫脚和顶板,所述顶板上设置有顶出杆,所述顶出杆与成型芯连接。
