本发明涉及汽车关键零部件加工装备技术领域,尤其涉及等速万向节内环偏心快速装夹机构。
背景技术
汽车在行驶过程中,凡是涉及动力传递和转向等关键部位,都需要设置等速万向节。等速万向节装配在汽车传动轴总成中,它不仅满足等速传递动力,而且还要适应汽车转向以及在行驶过程中转向所造成传动轴拉伸变化。保证等速万向节具有一定范围的延长,并有足够的强度,偏心距离是正常工作的基本参数。
不同类型汽车,等速万向节连接方式存在差异,稳定的偏心距是等速万向节必须保证的一项关键参数。过去,许多企业采用三爪式或六爪式装夹结构,要逐一调整每一个位置,不仅调整难度大,偏心距也不稳定,不仅费时费力,而且偏心距存在较大散差,影响汽车安全行驶。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种等速万向节内环偏心快速装夹机构,具有简便实用、快速精准等一系列优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
等速万向节内环偏心快速装夹机构,包括机床法兰,所述机床法兰上安装基体,所述基体上安装偏心弹性夹头,所述偏型弹性夹头内部安装定位底座,所述定位底座与机床法兰连接。所述偏心弹性夹头通过机床拉紧结构进行拉伸,实现对等速万向节内环的快速装夹。
