[0002] 燃煤电厂的循环流化床锅炉在运行时要排出大量含有较多粉尘的烟气。排出的粉尘对周围的生态环境会造成严重的污染。为了应对高污染带来的环境问题,国家对粉尘排放浓度提出了越来越严格的要求。为了实现粉尘更低浓度的排放,减轻和消除锅炉烟气对周围的环境造成污染,在锅炉的烟气出口连有除尘器以除去烟气中的粉尘。
[0003] 在除尘器中,静电除尘器是应用较广泛的一种,处理量大,压力损失小。静电除尘器的工作过程中利用非均匀高压电场使得气流中的粉尘带电,进而依靠静电吸附力实现空气与粉尘的分离。但是静电除尘器对粒径小的高比电阻粉尘去除效果不好,所以静电除尘器总的除尘效果不是很好。然而布袋除尘器比静电除尘器有更高的除尘效率,尤其对人体有严重影响的重金属粒子及亚微米级尘粒的捕集更为有效。并且布袋除尘器高效的过滤机理使得布袋除尘器不受燃烧煤种物性能变化的影响,具有稳定的除尘效率。因而燃煤电厂将静电除尘器改装为布袋除尘器进行除尘,起到了一定的效果。
[0004] 静电除尘器改装为布袋除尘器,保留了静电除尘器的进口烟箱,但是进口烟箱处的气流分布板上积灰严重,增加了布袋除尘器的总体阻力,影响了除尘器的使用寿命(如:缩短了滤袋、脉冲喷吹阀使用寿命),耗电量大。另外,当布袋除尘器处理的烟气中粉尘浓度较高时,一般采用加大过滤面积的方式来降低除尘器单位过滤面积的过滤负荷,但是这会导致除尘器的选型偏大,造成成本增加;也有采用在除尘器前加预除尘的方式来解决高浓度粉尘处理的方式,但是在除尘器前加预除尘会导致设备的占地面积增加,投资增大,系统阻力增加等弊病,而且预除尘收集下的粉尘需单独排放,增加了输灰设备的数量,也加大了投资。

[0042] 本发明通过在进口烟箱设置振打清灰装置,采用振打清灰装置的机械振打,使得清灰更加彻底,振打加速度加大,更好的传递振打力,提高了除尘效率,及时的将气流分布板上的积灰清除干净,起到了预除尘的作用,降低了布袋除尘器的总体阻力,节省能耗,保证了布袋除尘器高效运行,同时延长了布袋除尘器滤袋、脉冲阀、就地远传仪表的使用寿命,具有一定的经济意义。另外,本发明所述装置内置于除尘器内,不增加占地面积,成本低。

Claims (5)
1.一种布袋除尘器的预除尘装置,设置在所述布袋除尘器的进口烟箱(8)内,所述进口烟箱(8)与入口烟道连通,包括烟气进口(6)和侧壁(7),其特征在于,所述预除尘装置包括: 前置均流板(I)和后置均流板(2),两者平行分布,所述前置均流板(I)的孔径大于后置均流板(2)的孔径; 振打清灰装置,其设置在所述前置均流板(I)和后置均流板(2)之间; 振打支架(3),其两端固定在所述进口烟箱的侧壁(7)上,所述振打清灰装置固定在所述振打支架(3)上; 其中,所述振打清灰装置包括: 振打轴(9),其平行于所述前置均流板(I)和后置均流板(2); 若干个振打锤组件(5),其包括振打锤臂(17)和振打锤(10),所述振打锤臂(17) —端固定在所述振打轴(9)上,另一端固定连接所述振打锤(10),所述振打锤(10)的尺寸与振打锤(10)距离所述前置均流板(I)或后置均流板(2)的距离相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘器的预除尘装置,其特征在于,在所述前置均流板(I)和后置均流板⑵上与所述振打锤(10)相对应的位置处设有振打砧(16),其与所述振打锤(10)相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘器的预除尘装置,其特征在于,所述振打轴(9)的一端连接振打电机(12),所述振打电机(12)通过导线与DCS控制系统(13)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘器的预除尘装置,其特征在于,所述振打清灰装置的振打轴(9)通过轴承组件(11)与所述振打支架(3)连接,其中,轴承座(14)固定在所述振打支架(3)上,所述轴承座(14)上设有尘中轴承(15),所述尘中轴承(15)上设有通孔,所述振打轴(9)穿过所述尘中轴承(15)的通孔与所述振打支架(3)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的布袋除尘器的预除尘装置,其特征在于,还包括传动梁(4),其垂直设置在所述前置均流板(I)和后置均流板(2)之间,且其两端分别固定在所述前置均流板(I)和后置均流板(2)上。
