本发明公开了一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:壳聚糖2-8%、艾草油3-9%、苦参碱2-5%,余量为绿色木霉菌养液加至100%;其中绿色木霉菌液是由绿色木霉富集基接种绿色木霉富集产孢培养后所制取;产孢培养基由包括以下的重量百分比的组分:樟木屑4%,玉米粉1%,氢氧化铜0.003%、硫酸镁0.05%、硫酸锰0.01%、硫酸亚铁0.003%,余量为水加至100%,绿色木霉以产孢培养基的0.1%接种;本发明具有灭杀、驱避地老虎危害作物的功效,并具有引发作物自我产生保护,促进作物生长健壮,提升作物质量的功效。

一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂,属于植物虫害防治的技术领域。
背景技术
地老虎属鳞赤目、夜蛾科,属于多食性的作物害虫,主要以幼虫咬食危害作物,幼虫将近地面的茎部咬断,使整株死亡、造成缺苗断垅。危害作物有棉、玉米、高粱、麦类、麻类、苜宿、烟草、甜菜、油菜、蔬菜、瓜类、药用植物、牧草、林木苗圃,为多种杂食性植物,危害作物的地老虎常见的种类有小地老虎、黄地老虎、大地老虎、白边地老虎和警纹地老虎,目前常见的防治方法有物理性、化学农药的防治方法,物理防治方法以夜蛾的趋光性,采用紫黑灯配合糖醋液进行成虫的诱杀,主要的作用是降低成虫的群体数量,常见的是用化学农药进行杀虫,化学农药主要的成分为有机磷类杀虫剂如敌百虫、辛硫磷、杀螟磷硫等制成品,菊酯类杀虫剂如溴氰菊酯、菊酯乳油等制品,上面所述的化学农药使用后造成土壤、地下水污染的程度越来越严重,危害环境与食品安全的问题,屡见不鲜,在无公害、绿色安全的食品要求下,上述的化学农药会逐渐地退出市场,如何依据地老虎的生活习性、组织结构,寻找植物源、生物源与微量元素调配出具有环境和谐、无毒无残留的高效方法,是现在植保技术人员需要深入研究探讨的一个重要的亟需突破的技术难题。
发明内容
为解决上述的技术难题,本发明的目的是依据地老虎的取食方式、生理结构、迁移的特性,采用植物源、生物源调配出具有灭杀与驱避的的功能,达到防治地老虎危害经济作物的效果。
为实现上述的目的,提供一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂,其所述的特征在于包括以下的重量百分比的组分:壳聚糖2-8%、艾草油3-9%、苦参碱2-5%,余量为绿色木霉菌养液加至100%;
其中绿色木霉菌液是由绿色木霉富集基接种绿色木霉富集产孢培养后所制取;
产孢培养基由包括以下重量百分比的组分:樟木屑4%、玉米粉1%、氢氧化铜0.003%、硫酸镁0.05%、硫酸锰0.01%、硫酸亚铁0.003%,余量为水加至100%,绿色木霉以产孢培养基的0.1%接种;
本发明优先出最佳组合成分的重量百为分比:壳聚糖5%、艾草油6%、苦参碱3%、余量为苏绿色木霉菌液;
为实现本发明的一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂,其制备方法:将产孢培养基调配完成后,接种绿色木霉,进行富集产孢培养7d,进一步过滤残渣后得将绿色木霉菌,依序加入壳聚糖、艾草油、苦参碱加入菌液进行搅拌均匀后即得一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂;
本发明的优点:
1、本发明的材料来自植物源与生物源,施用后容易由土壤降解成植物需要的营养,不产生残留;
2、本发明施入土壤后具有驱避幼虫的功效;
3、本发明施入土壤后,能在作物的根系周围形成保护膜;
3、本发明的工艺简单,与目前单用苦参碱,防治效果增加70%。

具体实施方式
下面配合实际的使用案例说明本发明的特性
1、案例一:江苏张家港某农场,种植玉米120亩地,在2015年4月份发现玉米苗倒伏13%,检查倒伏的玉米苗的茎部,有虫咬的伤口,挖开植株附近的土壤,发现有地老虎的幼虫与蛹,使用本发明的一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂1000倍液进行灌根,在灌根后3天继续灌根一次,第7天检查已倒伏的玉米苗周围的土壤,发现地老虎的幼虫的尸体,在5月份检查虫情,未见其他的玉米被咬断的情况;
2、案例二:福建龙岩某种植户,种植烟草50亩,于2015年4月下旬发现苗倒死亡的现象,占整园的25%,挖开土壤发现为地老虎危害,使用本发明的一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂1000倍液进行灌根,在灌根后的第3天用500倍液喷施土壤,第7天检查受害植株的土壤附近,发现地老虎幼虫的尸体,直至6月份采收时未发现虫情发生。
由以上实际在大田的应用上,当地老虎危害时,使用灌根或土壤喷施的方法均可控制虫情,是值得推广的一种绿色无毒的地老虎防治的解决方案。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的修改和完善,因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。

Claims (2)

1.一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂,其所述特征在于包括以下重量百分比的组分:壳聚糖2-8%、艾草油3-9%、苦参碱2-5%,余量为绿色木霉菌养液加至100%;其中绿色木霉菌液是由绿色木霉富集基接种绿色木霉富集产孢培养后所制取;产孢培养基由以下重量百分比的组分:樟木屑4%、玉米粉1%、氢氧化铜0.003%、硫酸镁0.05%、硫酸锰0.01%、硫酸亚铁0.003%,余量为水加至100%,绿色木霉以产孢培养基的0.1%接种。
2.如权利要求1一种防治地老虎虫害组合防治剂,其特征在于优先出最佳组合成分的重量百为分比:壳聚糖5%、艾草油6%、苦参碱3%、余量为苏绿色木霉菌液。
