The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 0.01 part of plasticizer with 50-60 parts of straw fibers, sealing the mixture and placing the mixture for 3-7 days, thus obtaining a first mixture; adding 90-100 parts of polyethylene, 20 parts of polycarbonate and 6 parts of stearic acid to the obtained first mixture and uniformly mixing all the raw materials, thus obtaining a second mixture; and putting the second mixture in an extruder to be extruded at an extrusion temperature of 170-220 DEG C, thus preparing the polyethylene composite material with straw fibers.
