Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer material modification, in particular to a degradable composite material with a flocking simulating effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The polypropylene is one of the most important general plastics due to light weight, low cost, easy processing and molding and good comprehensive performance, and the modified polypropylene material is widely applied to automotive upholsteries. Many automotive upholsteries are usually covered with textile fabrics to improve the high-grade and luxurious feeling of the upholsteries, but the process is complicated, the productivity is reduced, and the cost is increased. Therefore, many host plants are developing materials having a flocking-imitating effect, and have gradually started using chemical short fiber-modified polypropylene materials having a flocking-imitating effect.
With the increasing resource and environmental problems, degradable plastics become the hottest development direction of the current plastics industry. Wherein PLA and PBAT are superior in degradable plastics, have good processability and have great potential to replace polypropylene materials with larger amount in automobile plastics. Plant powder, such as crop straw powder, is a byproduct of agricultural production, the treatment efficiency of crushing and returning the plant powder to the field as fertilizer is low, and the incineration treatment causes resource waste and atmospheric environment pollution. The wood powder and bamboo powder are the residual products after processing wood and bamboo. The plant powder is subjected to thermal degradation in different degrees in the processing process at the temperature of more than 100 ℃, so that the color is changed from light color to dark color, and the plant powder can be added into plastic resin and has a flocking simulating effect. PLA, PBAT and plant powder all have complete biodegradability, are prepared into materials with a flocking-imitating effect, are combined with texture design to prepare automobile interior parts with the flocking-imitating effect, replace fabric-coated products, and accord with the concepts of environmental friendliness and sustainable development.

The plant powder is one or a mixture of a plurality of crop straw powder, tree wood powder and bamboo powder, and the particle size of more than 95 percent of the plant powder is distributed between 0.1 and 0.6 mm.
The processing aid is one or a mixture of more of a chain extender, a compatibilizer, citric acid ester, stearic acid and ethylene bis stearamide.
The antioxidant consists of a main antioxidant and an auxiliary antioxidant which are mixed in any ratio, wherein the main antioxidant is pentaerythritol ester; the auxiliary antioxidant is at least one of phosphorous tris (2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphite and distearyl thiodipropionate.
The light stabilizer is compounded by hindered amine and ultraviolet absorbent.
The material is mainly used for automotive upholstery, and is often made into light color in consideration of appearance effect, so that the material also comprises trace organic pigment or inorganic pigment. The organic pigment is selected from at least one of permanent red, gamboge, phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green, and the inorganic pigment is selected from at least one of titanium dioxide, carbon black, iron oxide red and ultramarine.
A preparation method of a degradable composite material with a flocking simulating effect comprises the following specific steps:
PLA resin, PBAT resin, plant powder, processing aid, antioxidant, light stabilizer and the like are weighed according to the proportion, firstly put into a high-speed mixing machine for mixing for 5-10min, and then put into a double-screw extruder, wherein the processing temperature is 100-. And finally, cooling by a water tank and granulating by a granulator.
