Description

Durable photodegradable mulching film with low light transmittance and production method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of degradable plastic mulching film products, and particularly relates to a durable photodegradable mulching film with low light transmittance and a production method thereof.
Background
The application of membrane technology was introduced from japan in 1979 and is widely used and popularized, and is applied in agriculture on a large scale. At present, the application area of the mulching film is greatly improved in the development of 40 years, and the development work of supporting agriculture is unavailable.
The mulching film is covered on the crops to play a role in preserving heat and moisture and can increase the crop yield and economic benefit. According to the research of relevant agricultural departments and the technology of plastic film mulching cultivation, the yield of crops in China is increased by 30-50% generally, and simultaneously, the income of farmers is increased. The types of mulching films can be divided into common mulching films, weeding mulching films, biodegradable mulching films, photodegradable mulching films and the like, and each mulching film has advantages and disadvantages. The common mulching film is widely applied, has good stability, is not easy to damage, can better promote the growth of crops, but causes white pollution when being applied to soil for a long time, so that the environment-friendly degradable mulching film is urgently needed in production and application, the research on the degradable mulching film becomes a subject of a new period of a new era, the biodegradable film has high cost and short degradation time, can be only used on certain crops, and pesticide residues and mulching film residues in the weeding mulching film also bring certain toxicity and white pollution. The production urgently needs the low-price and environment-friendly mulching film which can promote the growth of crops.
Polyethylene is a main raw material for producing mulching films, and has the characteristics of good chemical stability, no toxicity and low price, the raw material of the mulching films used for producing most crops at present is polyethylene, the mulching films effectively reduce the steps in the traditional agricultural production, the cultivation technology is slightly simplified along with the continuous rise of labor cost, the development direction of a new period is provided, and the cost for manually recovering the mulching films and the production management cost can be effectively reduced by degrading the mulching films.

The process of blowing the durable photodegradation mulching film with low light transmittance by the mulching film blow molding machine comprises the processes of heating, plasticizing, extruding, blow molding, drawing, rewinding and packaging.
Aiming at light transmittance, the linear low-density polyethylene resin 0218D is selected as a main additive, and the linear low-density polyethylene resin has the advantages of good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, higher rigidity and toughness and good mechanical strength because the linear low-density polyethylene resin has turbidity of 25.0 mu m. The dielectric property and the environmental stress cracking resistance are also better. The increase in haze relatively reduces the absorption of infrared, ultraviolet lamps, and the like. Meanwhile, starch and other powdery additives are added in the technical scheme of the invention to adjust the light transmittance. The existing product only uses the linear low-density polyethylene resin 7042, so that the problem that the service time is greatly reduced due to the brittleness of the product is difficult to solve.
Meanwhile, the present invention was subjected to the following comparative experiments, as shown in Table 1. Products No. 1 to 6 were prepared without using 0218D, and the anti-aging agents were replaced with those without adding anti-aging agents, magnesium stearate, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, barium stearate, and sodium stearate (all in powder form), and the rest were the same as in example 4. Product No. 7 was prepared without 0218D, and the amount of starch was adjusted, and the rest was the same as in example 4. No. 8-11 products did not use anti-aging agent, dispersant, emulsifier and starch, and the amounts of 0218D and 7042 were adjusted, and the rest were the same as in example 4. No. 12 to 16 products were prepared in the same manner as in example 4 except that 0218D was not used and the amount of an antiaging agent was adjusted. Product number 17 is the product of example 4. The transparency of products No. 1-17 was tested and the results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002

Meanwhile, in the experimental process, the invention discovers that the anti-aging agent is used in an amount exceeding the protection range of the invention, and the obtained products can be stuck together and are not beneficial to use.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
