技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温纸板,属于纸包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
对于纸制品而言,其在包装领域的应用,越来越广泛。但随着包装产品的广泛性,根据产品的需求需要对包装材料有一些特殊要求,如保温性能,目前的包装纸箱其保温功能的实现,均通过在纸箱内部增加保温材料来实现,即包装纸箱自身无法实现保温性能,此种方式,增加了包装成本同时增加了包装难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低、包装简易的保温纸板。
为了达到上述发明的目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种保温纸板,其特征在于,包括上表层、下表层和位于上表层和下表层中间的保温层。
进一步,所述的上表层和下表层均为瓦楞纸板。
更进一步,所述的保温层包括以下重量份数的组分:
硅藻土:20-25份;
粉煤灰:20-25份;
发泡剂:3-5份;
粘接剂:3-5份;
玻璃纤维:30-40份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:5-8份。
优选,所述的保温层包括以下重量份数的组分:
硅藻土:20份;
粉煤灰:25份;
发泡剂:5份;
粘接剂:5份;
玻璃纤维:40份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:5份。
且所述的保温层的制备方法为:
(1)将硅藻土和粉煤灰干燥后,粉碎球磨过40目筛;
(2)按照重量份数比,称取保温层的各组分混合后,按照1:1的质量比加水搅拌均匀,然后置模具中成型24-36h后脱模,常温条件下干燥14-20天后得到保温层。
而所述的粘接剂为水玻璃。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过在纸箱本体内加装包装层,因为无需再额外增加保温材料,使得包装纸箱结构简易、操作方便,且大大降低了包装成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做具体的介绍。
一、制备保温层:
实施例1
(1)将硅藻土和粉煤灰干燥后,粉碎球磨过40目筛;
(2)称取硅藻土:25份;粉煤灰:20份;发泡剂:3份;水玻璃:3份;玻璃纤维:30份;十二烷基苯磺酸钠:8份混合后,按照1:1的质量比加水搅拌均匀,然后置模具中成型24h后脱模,常温条件下干燥14天后得到保温层。
实施例2
(1)将硅藻土和粉煤灰干燥后,粉碎球磨过40目筛;
(2)称取硅藻土:20份;粉煤灰:25份;发泡剂:5份;水玻璃:5份;玻璃纤维:40份;十二烷基苯磺酸钠:5份混合后,按照1:1的质量比加水搅拌均匀,然后置模具中成型36h后脱模,常温条件下干燥20天后得到保温层。
实施例3
(1)将硅藻土和粉煤灰干燥后,粉碎球磨过40目筛;
(2)称取硅藻土:20份;粉煤灰:20份;发泡剂:4份;水玻璃:4份;玻璃纤维:35份;十二烷基苯磺酸钠:5份混合后,按照1:1的质量比加水搅拌均匀,然后置模具中成型30h后脱模,常温条件下干燥18天后得到保温层。
二、制备保温纸板
图1为本发明所述的保温纸板的结构示意图。
如图1所示:在保温层的上下两层分别粘贴瓦楞纸板,形成上表层1、下表层2和位于上表层1和下表层2中间的保温层3的保温纸板。
经检测,利用实施例1制备得到保温层形成的保温纸板的抗压强度为0.65MPa,抗折强度为0.38MPa,导热系数为0.062W/(m·K).。
利用实施例2制备得到保温层形成的保温纸板的抗压强度为0.66MPa,抗折强度为0.42MPa,导热系数为0.054W/(m·K)。
利用实施例3制备得到保温层形成的保温纸板的抗压强度为0.68MPa,抗折强度为0.39MPa,导热系数为0.059W/(m·K)。
以上所述仅是本发明专利的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明专利原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明专利的保护范围。

1.一种保温纸板,其特征在于,包括上表层、下表层和位于上表层和下表层中间的保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温纸板,其特征在于,所述的上表层和下表层均为瓦楞纸板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温纸板,其特征在于,所述的保温层包括以下重量份数的组分:
硅藻土:20-25份;
粉煤灰:20-25份;
发泡剂:3-5份;
粘接剂:3-5份;
玻璃纤维:30-40份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:5-8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温纸板,其特征在于,所述的保温层包括以下重量份数的组分:
硅藻土:20份;
粉煤灰:25份;
发泡剂:5份;
粘接剂:5份;
玻璃纤维:40份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:5份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种保温纸板,其特征在于,所述的保温层的制备方法为:
(1)将硅藻土和粉煤灰干燥后,粉碎球磨过40目筛;
(2)按照重量份数比,称取保温层的各组分混合后,按照1:1的质量比加水搅拌均匀,然后置模具中成型24-36h后脱模,常温条件下干燥14-20天后得到保温层。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种保温纸板,其特征在于,所述的粘接剂为水玻璃。
