背景技术:
原有陶瓷内墙瓷片磨边机的磨边倒角装置排列为:
磨边→精修边→倒角
陶瓷内墙瓷片一般是由素坯和釉面以及坯釉结合土组成。釉面属玻化面,比较硬和脆,磨边时易出现崩釉,老的结构是利用精修轮将崩釉磨掉,当崩釉较大时精修磨边就磨不掉,则会在成品瓷片上留下崩釉缺陷。
老式装置排列的不足之处为:1.容易出现崩釉;
2.精修轮耗损大。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种不容易出现崩釉、精修轮损耗少的瓷片的磨边方法。
本发明是这样实现的,先进行初步磨边,然后进行初步磨倒角,然后进行最后的磨边,然后进行精修边,最后进行最后的磨倒角。
由于将磨边工序分成两步完成,中间利用磨倒角的过程,将磨边时留下的崩釉利用倒角头把它磨掉,留下的只是素坯,而且,中间磨倒角的过程也将瓷片边缘的釉磨削一部分,这样,最后磨边时,就不容易出现崩釉现象的出现,由于分步磨削,每次的磨削量少,出现崩釉的机会少及崩釉的量小,精修边时的修边磨削量就少,从而减少精修轮损耗,有效地提高磨边瓷片的砖面效果,提高磨边瓷片的优级率。
这里,初步磨边的磨削量是总的磨削量的一半或者接近一半或者稍超出一半,初步磨倒角的磨削量是总的磨削量的一半或者接近一半或者稍超出一半。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有不容易出现崩釉、精修轮损耗少的优点。
