本发明公开了一种汽车室内灯,包括有底座,通过卡扣连接在底座上的外壳,以及安装在底座内的灯管;所述底座内成型有两个灯管安装腔,每个灯管安装腔底部安装有一对金属材质的灯管卡件;所述外壳上对应灯管的位置成型有灯罩安装口,灯罩安装口内安装有灯罩,所述灯罩安装口内一体成型有两个同轴设置的铰接轴,灯罩安装口内远离两个铰接轴的一端成型有一个定位口;所述灯罩内壁成型有两个与铰接轴配合转动连接的连接卡口,所述灯罩内壁成型有一个与定位口配合定位的定位头,所述按钮开关的按压头位于定位头的正下方;该室内灯的整体结构紧凑,部件少,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件领域,具体涉及一种汽车室内灯开关结构。
背景技术
现有汽车室内灯的按钮开关需用专用工装铆接到电路板上,并配有独立的开关盖,成本高、装配工序多,费时费力。另外,目前室内灯的灯管两端通过两个具有开孔的金属片夹紧固定,金属片焊接在电路板上,结构较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构简单紧凑、部件少、成本低的汽车室内灯结构。
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种汽车室内灯,包括有底座,通过卡扣连接在底座上的外壳,以及安装在底座内的灯管;
所述底座内成型有两个灯管安装腔,每个灯管安装腔底部安装有一对金属材质的灯管卡件;灯管卡件整体呈U形,灯管卡件中间一体连接有一个与底座插接的插接部;灯管卡件从底座外穿至底座内;
所述底座内位于两个灯管安装腔之间为反射镜内连接部,底座两端为反射镜外连接部,反射镜外连接部与反射镜内连接部之间通过螺钉连接有弧形的反射镜;
所述底座两端成型有连接槽,连接槽上插接有按钮开关,底座外底部中间成型有接口,接口内安装有插针,所述插针、按钮开关及灯管卡件之间通过金属片连接,所述金属片嵌设于所述底座内;
所述灯管卡件的插接部两端相向弯折形成夹紧部,夹紧部与金属片铆接固定;
所述外壳上对应灯管的位置成型有灯罩安装口,灯罩安装口内安装有灯罩,所述灯罩安装口内一体成型有两个同轴设置的铰接轴,灯罩安装口内远离两个铰接轴的一端成型有一个定位口;所述灯罩内壁成型有两个与铰接轴配合转动连接的连接卡口,所述灯罩内壁成型有一个与定位口配合定位的定位头,所述按钮开关的按压头位于定位头的正下方;
所述灯罩内壁成型有方格状的凸起块,灯罩外壁为光滑表面,且灯罩外壁对应定位头的位置成型有圆形的凹口。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的灯罩通过连接卡口转动连接在灯罩安装口上,灯罩另一端通过定位头定位,这样按下灯罩时即可按压按钮开关,从而控制灯管的亮灭,省去了安装独立的开关盖,简化了结构。每个所述灯管通过一对灯管卡件连接,且灯管卡件直接连接在底座上,而供电的金属片嵌设在底座中,使得室内灯的整体结构紧凑,部件少,降低了成本。

下面根据附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
根据图1至图6所示,本实施例所述的一种汽车室内灯,包括有底座1,通过卡扣连接在底座上的外壳2,以及安装在底座内的灯管4。
所述底座内成型有两个灯管安装腔11,每个灯管安装腔底部安装有一对金属材质的灯管卡件41;灯管卡件整体呈U形,灯管卡件中间一体连接有一个与底座插接的插接部411;灯管卡件从底座外穿至底座内。
所述底座内位于两个灯管安装腔之间为反射镜内连接部10,底座两端为反射镜外连接部12,反射镜外连接部与反射镜内连接部之间通过螺钉连接有弧形的反射镜5。
所述底座两端成型有连接槽13,连接槽上插接有按钮开关6,底座外底部中间成型有接口14,接口内安装有插针7,所述插针、按钮开关及灯管卡件之间通过金属片8连接,所述金属片嵌设于所述底座内。
所述灯管卡件的插接部两端相向弯折形成夹紧部,夹紧部与金属片铆接固定。
所述外壳上对应灯管的位置成型有灯罩安装口21,灯罩安装口内安装有灯罩3,所述灯罩安装口内一体成型有两个同轴设置的铰接轴22,灯罩安装口内远离两个铰接轴的一端成型有一个定位口23;所述灯罩内壁成型有两个与铰接轴配合转动连接的连接卡口32,所述灯罩内壁成型有一个与定位口配合定位的定位头31,所述按钮开关的按压头位于定位头的正下方;
所述灯罩内壁成型有方格状的凸起块,灯罩外壁为光滑表面,且灯罩外壁对应定位头的位置成型有圆形的凹口。
所述灯罩通过连接卡口转动连接在灯罩安装口上,灯罩另一端通过定位头定位,这样按下灯罩时即可按压按钮开关,从而控制灯管的亮灭,省去了安装独立的开关盖,简化了结构。每个所述灯管通过一对灯管卡件连接,且灯管卡件直接连接在底座上,而供电的金属片嵌设在底座中,使得室内灯的整体结构紧凑,部件少,降低了成本。

1.一种汽车室内灯,其特征在于:包括有底座,通过卡扣连接在底座上的外壳,以及安装在底座内的灯管;
所述底座内成型有两个灯管安装腔,每个灯管安装腔底部安装有一对金属材质的灯管卡件;灯管卡件整体呈U形,灯管卡件中间一体连接有一个与底座插接的插接部;灯管卡件从底座外穿至底座内;
所述底座内位于两个灯管安装腔之间为反射镜内连接部,底座两端为反射镜外连接部,反射镜外连接部与反射镜内连接部之间通过螺钉连接有弧形的反射镜;
所述底座两端成型有连接槽,连接槽上插接有按钮开关,底座外底部中间成型有接口,接口内安装有插针,所述插针、按钮开关及灯管卡件之间通过金属片连接,所述金属片嵌设于所述底座内;
