本实用涉及一种球阀。
背景技术
球阀是启闭件(球体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。球阀问世于20世纪50年代,随着科学技术的飞速发展,生产工艺及产品结构的不断改进,在短短的50年时间里,已迅速发展成为一种主要的阀类。在西方工业发达的国家,球阀的使用正在逐年不断的上升。
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。它具有旋转90度的动作,旋塞体为球体,有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线。
在某些特殊工况介质场合,例如含有大量固体硬颗粒的介质,传统的阀类,如闸阀、截止阀无法适用。对于同时存在高温、高压、含固体颗粒介质的场合,金属硬密封耐磨球阀是目前被普遍认可的一种阀门。
而金属密封球阀的一个主要的技术难点就是阀芯及阀座表面的硬化材料的选择。现有阀芯与阀座均采用喷涂碳化铬处理,阀芯与阀座没有硬度差;尤其是对于下游阀座无碟簧支撑的球阀,如果还是采用同样的阀芯与阀座材料,没有硬度差,阀芯与阀座之间会出现咬伤,从而导致密封泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种球阀,该球阀的阀芯与阀座不会出现咬伤。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
球阀,包括阀体,置于阀体内的阀芯,上述阀体内放置有上游阀座和下游阀座,上述上游阀座与阀体之间设有碟形弹簧,上述下游阀座与上述阀芯接触,上述下游阀座与上述阀芯在两者的接触面分别设有堆焊硬质合金层和碳化铬层。
优选地,上述堆焊硬质合金层为堆焊铬基合金层。
优选地,上述阀芯与下游阀座对应的半球设有通孔,该通孔与上述阀芯的中间通道联通。当球阀处于关闭状态时,如果一段时间未使用球阀的话,阀芯中间通道的残留介质有可能干结堵塞球阀中间通道,尤其是颗粒状的介质。该结构的设置,当球阀关闭时,阀芯中间通道的残留介质可及时从通孔流出,不会出现堵塞阀芯中间通道的情况。
优选地,上述阀芯设有阀杆,上述阀杆外壁设有凸缘,该凸缘位于阀体内,上述阀杆套设有推力垫,该推力垫位于上述凸缘顶端面与上述阀体之间,上述阀体顶部与上述阀杆形成有密封空间,该密封空间置有填料,上述阀体顶端连接有压盖,上述压盖压紧上述填料,上述压盖套设于上述阀杆。由于手柄与压盖之间留有间隙,因此螺母的拧紧不会使得阀杆对推力垫的轴向力增大,增大该处扭矩;同时由于阀杆与压盖不接触,仅填料与阀杆,以及推力垫与阀杆接触,大大降低了启闭扭矩。
当流体流入,由于上游阀座此时不起密封作用,流体直接进入中腔。在低压状态下由蝶形弹簧的载荷使其阀芯与下游阀座产生密封。当流体达到一定压力后,由流体力使其密封。由于下游阀座密封面材料为堆焊铬基材料,与球体碳化铬形成硬度差,从而防止球座咬伤,达到密封。
此结构浮动球阀完全依靠金属密封,在装配前各密封面都需要充分研磨,并控制好研磨后阀座抱球的尺寸。
本发明的有益效果为:阀芯与阀座不会出现咬伤;球座材料成本较低,密封性能可靠。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
球阀,包括阀体1,置于阀体1内的阀芯3,其特征在于,上述阀体1内放置有上游阀座4和下游阀座2,上述上游阀座4与阀体1之间设有碟形弹簧7,上述下游阀座2与上述阀芯3接触,上述下游阀座2与上述阀芯3在两者的接触面分别设有堆焊硬质合金层和碳化铬层。
上述堆焊硬质合金层为堆焊铬基合金层。
上述阀芯3与下游阀座2对应的半球设有通孔,该通孔与上述阀芯3的中间通道联通。
上述阀芯3设有阀杆,上述阀杆外壁设有凸缘,该凸缘位于阀体1内,上述阀杆套设有推力垫5,该推力垫5位于上述凸缘顶端面与上述阀体1之间,上述阀体1顶部与上述阀杆形成有密封空间,该密封空间置有填料6,上述阀体1顶端连接有压盖,上述压盖压紧上述填料6,上述压盖套设于上述阀杆。

1.一种球阀,包括阀体,置于阀体内的阀芯,其特征在于,上述阀体内放置有上游阀座和下游阀座,上述上游阀座与阀体之间设有碟形弹簧,上述下游阀座与上述阀芯接触,上述下游阀座与上述阀芯在两者的接触面分别设有堆焊硬质合金层和碳化铬层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于,上述堆焊硬质合金层为堆焊铬基合金层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的球阀,其特征在于,上述阀芯与下游阀座对应的半球设有通孔,该通孔与上述阀芯的中间通道联通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的球阀,其特征在于,上述阀芯设有阀杆,上述阀杆外壁设有凸缘,该凸缘位于阀体内,上述阀杆套设有推力垫,该推力垫位于上述凸缘顶端面与上述阀体之间,上述阀体顶部与上述阀杆形成有密封空间,该密封空间置有填料,上述阀体顶端连接有压盖,上述压盖压紧上述填料,上述压盖套设于上述阀杆。
