Abstract

一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架,包括弧形盖板、梳状保持架体和铆钉,所述的梳状保持架体为一个弧形板上延伸出多个间隔设置的支柱构成,所述弧形盖板盖设在梳状保持架体的支柱上并通过铆钉将两者固定在一起,支柱与弧形盖板接触端上设置有凸起,弧形盖板上开设有与凸起匹配的凹槽,弧形盖板盖设在梳状保持架体上之后支柱将保持架分隔出多个均匀分布的圆锥形兜孔以便于安装圆锥滚子。本发明通过采用分段式的实体保持架结构,克服了现有保持架结构形式的精度差和受工装设备尺寸规模制约的问题。

Description

一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转盘轴承装置,尤其是涉及一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架。
背景技术
双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承是近年新出现的一种结构形式的转盘轴承,主要应用于直驱式风力发电机组的主轴系统。该结构类型的转盘轴承能够同时承受径向载荷、轴向载荷和倾覆力矩载荷的联合作用;圆锥滚子可以实现纯滚动,能够避免重载条件下常规的圆柱滚子转盘轴承中滚子与滚道之间的滑动摩擦所造成的转盘轴承发热和早期失效
现有的双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的保持架主要采用两种结构形式:整体式冲压保持架和整体式支柱保持架。整体式冲压保持架的制造采用冲压工艺,加工精度较差;另外,随着所需双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承尺寸规模的增大,加工制造对所需的冲压模具的尺寸规模也越来越大,大规模尺寸的冲压模具常难以实现。整体式支柱保持架采用焊接工艺进行制造,焊接保持架的精度难以控制,经常无法保证保持架的正常功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决整体式保持架精度难以控制,经常无法保证保持架的正常功能的问题,提供一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架。
本发明为解决上述技术问题的不足,所采用的技术方案是:
一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架,包括弧形盖板、梳状保持架体和铆钉,所述的梳状保持架体为一个弧形板上延伸出多个间隔设置的支柱构成,所述弧形盖板盖设在梳状保持架体的支柱上并通过铆钉将两者固定在一起,支柱与弧形盖板接触端上设置有凸起,弧形盖板上开设有与凸起匹配的凹槽,弧形盖板盖设在梳状保持架体上之后支柱将保持架分隔出多个均匀分布的圆锥形兜孔以便于安装圆锥滚子。
所述的梳状保持架体上的支柱通过啮合的方式与弧形盖板配合接触。
本发明的有益效果是:本专利用于解决双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承保持架的结构设计问题。通过采用分段式的实体保持架结构,克服了现有保持架结构形式的精度差和受工装设备尺寸规模制约的问题。将整体式保持架沿圆周方向分为若干段,大幅度减小了保持架的尺寸规模;实体保持架采用机加工工艺,可以达到很高的精度。通过这种设计,解决了双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承保持架的加工难题和对加工设备的要求,保证了保持架的精度。本发明的双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承保持架采用分段式结构,解决了大型尺寸整体式保持架受加工工装和设备制约的难题,所采用的实体保持架结构通过机加工来实现,保证了双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承对保持架精度的要求。

具体实施方式
图1-3所示,具体实施方式如下:
一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架,包括弧形盖板2、梳状保持架体1和铆钉3,所述的梳状保持架体1为一个弧形板101上延伸出多个间隔设置的支柱102构成,所述弧形盖板2盖设在梳状保持架体1的支柱上并通过铆钉3将两者固定在一起,支柱102与弧形盖板2接触端上设置有凸起,弧形盖板2上开设有与凸起匹配的凹槽,弧形盖板2盖设在梳状保持架体上之后支柱102将保持架分隔出多个均匀分布的圆锥形兜孔以便于安装圆锥滚子。
所述的梳状保持架体1上的支柱102通过啮合的方式与弧形盖板2配合接触。
如图1所示,本发明的分段式实体保持架上设有若干圆锥形兜孔,用于安放圆锥滚子,并将圆锥滚子均匀的隔离开,避免相邻的滚子之间的滑动摩擦。
所述的双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架由梳状保持架体1、弧形盖板2和若干铆钉3构成,如图1所示;由铆钉将梳状保持架体和弧形盖板铆合在一起。
所述的梳状保持架体是由弧形边梁(即为弧形板)和若干过梁(即为支柱)构成,如图2所示。相邻的两个过梁之间设有圆锥滚子兜孔,以实现圆锥滚子对保持架的定位和引导,避免保持架与轴承套圈之间的滑动摩擦。
所述的弧形盖板采用圆弧锥形板状结构,如图3所示。
在每个梳状保持架体过梁的端部设置有凸台,弧形盖板的相应位置设置有凹槽,过梁的凸台安装在弧形盖板凹槽中,实现两者的安装定位,并使弧形盖板承受一定的过梁载荷,如图2、3所示。
在梳状保持架体和弧形盖板的每个过梁位置设置有铆钉孔,用于安装铆钉。

1.一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架,其特征在于:包括弧形盖板(2)、梳状保持架体(1)和铆钉(3),所述的梳状保持架体(1)为一个弧形板(101)上延伸出多个间隔设置的支柱(102)构成,所述弧形盖板(2)盖设在梳状保持架体(1)的支柱(102)上并通过铆钉(3)将两者固定在一起,支柱(102)与弧形盖板(2)接触端上设置有凸起,弧形盖板(2)上开设有与凸起匹配的凹槽,弧形盖板(2)盖设在梳状保持架体上之后支柱(102)将保持架分隔出多个均匀分布的圆锥形兜孔以便于安装圆锥滚子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双列圆锥滚子转盘轴承的分段式实体保持架,其特征在于:所述的梳状保持架体(1)上的支柱(102)通过啮合的方式与弧形盖板(2)配合接触。
