本发明涉及桩机减速技术领域,一种油温报警少齿差内啮合四分流桩机减速机,包括箱体、电机、盖板及内啮合四分流传动件,其特征在于:箱内有油温传感器,盖板上有迷宫式通气罩,包括外罩壳、迷宫壳及排气管,两电机倒置式连接在箱体下方,电机轴伸端连接少齿差减速器,内啮合四分流传动件包括主动轮、两侧对称的分流齿轮及中心齿圈,分流齿轮心轴固定在支撑板上,支撑板连接在少齿差减速器机壳的盖板上,中心齿圈连接圆盘,圆盘连接主圆筒,主圆筒用轴承支承在箱体内孔,主圆筒连接钻杆法兰。有益效果:可掌握减速机动态、箱内外气压平衡、倒置电机减小桩机倾翻力矩,降低倾翻事故机率,内啮合四分流承载力高,内齿圈调质比渗碳难度小成本低。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及双电机桩机减速技术领域,一种油温报警少齿差内啮合四分流桩机减速机。
【背景技术】 随着我国经济的快速发展,工程机械得到了广泛的应用,作为基础建设的长螺旋桩机星罗棋布,以致桩机需求量急增,据论文《新型大扭矩桩机动力头硬齿面减速机》称:“全国甚至出现拿着大量货款到桩机主机厂排队提货的现象。与桩机主机厂配套动力头的三环减速机厂家更是加大产出量,以便各桩机主机厂家成套供货。”(见于科学与财富,2013.01)
背景技术:中国专利局先后公开了下述专利:
(1)螺杆桩机动力头(201020300223.7)
(2)新型大扭矩桩机动力头硬齿面减速机(201210558920.6)
(3)螺杆桩机用大扭矩动力头装置(201420625553.1)
“但是,随着三环减速机量的快速增长,作为动力头的关键传动部件,暴露出来的问题点越来越多,且该机维修周期长,维修价格昂贵。”(论文:新型大扭矩桩机动力头硬齿面减速机)
背景技术存在下述问题:
(a)使用寿命短,损坏之先不能预知:2013年,江苏某减速机公司损坏待修的桩机减速机有四台,随后,在短短十几天期间又陆续拉来三台,打开发现:箱体内随处有脏物,包括金属粉末、泥粉,轴承磨损、齿轮损坏。我国的国情是,个体打桩工程队占主流,大多数业主资金实力不强,不会库存价高的减速机,他们着急,希望快点修,怕工程违约失去订单,他们希望设计人员能解决桩机减速机配置故障预警装置的技术难题;
(b)减速机输出轴密封面漏油,主要原因是通气罩:三十多年来,我国齿轮专家与生产企业并没有重视一个小小的通气罩的作用。秦大同《现代机械设计手册》(2011年第一版)卷3.15-15页的通气罩结构及排气孔大小与《机械设计手册》(1980版、中、817页)的(JB1130-70)完全一样。通气罩(JB1130-70)的缺点是:排气孔过小(箱内最大直孔孔径仅为Φ20mm,箱外与环境接触的小孔则更小)。对桩机减速机而言通气罩(JB1130-70)的缺点更是明显:露天作业,灰尘大,灰尘见水后会使排气小孔慢慢变小,以致通气罩慢慢失去箱体内外压力平衡,当箱内气压大于箱外气压时,润滑油便从密封处泄漏;
(c)上置式双电机缺点:由于工地工况恶劣,操作工大多不具备维修设备与技能,笨重的电机与减速器很难拆得下来,因而维修、保养困难,电机顶端盖帽很难防水,更难防尘。上置式双电机重心高,倾翻力矩大,会发生倾翻事故。这是因为:桩机23米螺旋打桩机立柱允许倾斜角度只有3°,工作状态地面允许最大坡度只有2°,而工地地面泥土不可能不松、地面不可能很平,因此,桩机倾翻事故难免不发生:
(1)2006-04-26北京东直门外香河园路一工地内一台打桩机突然倒塌,事故造成两名工人死亡。现场人员称:“估计是打桩机下面的土太松,地面不平,所以打桩机才会倒塌。”
(2)2006年09月07日,上海宜山路2010号合川大厦门前工地上,一台打桩机突然倾翻,打桩机之所以会突然倾翻,主要是土质太松、打桩机重心不稳造成的;
(3)2013-03-07,上海闸北区青云路近东宝兴路口一在建工地内发生一起安全事故,一台打桩机在施工时突然倾覆。
背景技术(2)“新型大扭矩桩机动力头硬齿面减速机”(201210558920.6)的技术特征是:(两)斜齿轮轴与中心齿轮啮合,现用实例ZZSH-630型来说明该技术的不足之处:
中心齿轮Z=67、m=16.0、b=256、输出扭矩为194362×2(Nm)
中心齿轮外径Φ1104,由于仅有二分流,使得中心齿轮的重量1920kg,价格近4万元。
【发明内容】
本发明目的在于提供一种:油温升高至临界值时会发出警报;改进通气罩使气压平衡性能比现有技术通气罩(JB1130-70)更可靠;改上置式电机结构为倒置式结构,降低了桩机重心,从而可减少事故率,一种油温报警少齿差内啮合四分流桩机减速机。
【技术方案】
箱体内设有油温传感器,油温传感器如人的眼晴,是很重要的部件,传感器时时将高高的齿轮箱内油温变化发回地面,一旦油温达到临界点,技术人员有足够时间安排维修;
盖板上设有一只或二只迷宫式通气罩,包括外罩壳、迷宫壳及排气管,排气管连接在盖板相应孔中,排气管直孔孔径30~60mm,排气管上周边均布的小孔径为10~15mm,迷宫壳固定在盖板上,迷宫壳套在排气管之外,二者之间有用以排气的圆环空腔,外罩壳与排气管顶端连接,外罩壳套在迷宫壳之外,二者之间有用以排气的圆环空腔;
两台电动机倒置式连接在箱体下方,电动机轴伸端连接少齿差减速器,少齿差减速器置于箱体内,电动机关于输出中心两侧对称,少齿差减速器全称为渐开线少齿差减速器,有一齿、二齿、三齿、四齿差等,齿数差越大效率越高,其优点是工艺简单、成本低及噪音较小;
两台电动机倒置式连接在箱体下方,并且关于输出中心两侧对称布置;
所述两台电动机轴伸端连接少齿差减速器,所述少齿差减速器置于箱体内;
内啮合四分流传动件,包括主动轮、两侧对称的分流齿轮及中心齿圈,分流齿轮的心轴固定在支撑板上,支撑板连接在少齿差减速器机壳的输出端的端面上;
中心齿圈连接圆盘,圆盘连接主圆筒,主圆筒依靠第一、二轴承支承在箱体中心圆内孔,二轴承间有隔圈,主圆筒连接钻杆法兰,钻杆法兰连接螺旋钻杆。
【有益效果】比之背景技术,其有益效果在于:
(1)箱体内设有油温传感器,可随时掌握减速机的运行动态,可提前作好维修的准备;
(2)迷宫式通气罩能有效防尘、防水,能有效保证箱体内外气压的平衡以防止漏油;
(3)电机倒置式结构使笨重的电机与减速机易拆修、保养,也利于电机防水、防尘;
(4)电机倒置式结构减小了桩机的倾翻力矩,从而降低了倾翻事故机率。
(5)本发明四分流调质内齿圈的弯曲强度,为二分流结构的背景技术《新型大扭矩桩机动力头硬齿面减速机》(201210558920.6)的1.5倍左右;

参照图1、2与3.一种油温报警少齿差内啮合四分流桩机减速机,包括箱体1、两台电动机3、盖板6及置于箱体1内的内啮合四分流传动件,其特征在于:
所述箱体1内设有油温传感器G,油温传感器G像一只眼晴,注视十几米高的齿轮箱内油温变化,油温是减速器正常运转的一个很重要因素,这是因为:齿轮磨损至一定时油温会开始升高;轴承磨损至一定时油温会开始升高;箱体内油量减少时油温会开始升高;轴承磨损说明润滑油变脏,润滑油变脏说明润滑油中混入脏物,包括铁粉与泥粉,铁粉意味齿轮开始磨损;油温升高使油粘度降低、油变稀,润滑性能受影响;
所述盖板6上设有一只或两只对称设置的迷宫式通气罩M,包括外罩壳M1、迷宫壳M2及排气管M3,排气管M3连接在盖板6相应孔中,排气管M3孔径30~60mm,排气管M3上周边均布的小孔径为10~15mm,所述迷宫壳M2固定在盖板6上,迷宫壳M2套在排气管M3之外,二者之间有第一排气圆环空腔,所述外罩壳M1与排气管M3顶端连接,外罩壳M1套在迷宫壳M2之外,二者之间有第二排气圆环空腔,迷宫式罩壳能防尘、防雨水渗漏至箱内,加大直孔径与排气管均布的小孔径,使其气压平衡性能比现有通气罩(JB1130-70)更可靠;
所述两台电动机3倒置式连接在箱体1下方,电动机3轴伸端连接少齿差减速器2,少齿差减速器2置于箱体1内,两台电动机3关于输出中心对称,电机倒置式结构使笨重的电机与减速机易拆修、保养,也利于电机防水、防尘,电机倒置式结构减小了桩机的倾翻力矩,降低了倾翻事故机率;
所述内啮合四分流传动件,包括主动轮9、分流齿轮8及中心内齿圈7,所述主动轮9设在少齿差减速器2输出轴上,与主动轮9相啮合的两只分流齿轮8两侧对称设置,所述分流齿轮8与中心齿圈7啮合,所述分流齿轮8的心轴固定在支撑板13上,支撑板13连接在少齿差减速器2机壳的输出端的端面上,显然,从主动轮9至中心内齿圈7形成四分流结构,比之背景技术二分流的承载能力可提高30~40%,所述中心内齿圈7与圆盘10连接,所述圆盘10与主圆筒4连接一体,所述主圆筒4依靠第一、二轴承11、12支承在箱体1中心圆内孔,所述主圆筒4连接钻杆法兰5,钻杆法兰5用来连接桩机的钻杆。
箱体1内腔用作储油池,用油泵将储油池的润滑油经过虑后从箱体1顶部对传动件啮合处进行强制性润滑。

1.一种油温报警少齿差内啮合四分流桩机减速机,包括箱体(1)、两台电动机(3)、盖板(6)及置于箱体(1)内的内啮合四分流传动件,其特征在于:
所述箱体(1)内设有油温传感器(G);
所述盖板(6)上设有一只或两只对称设置的迷宫式通气罩(M),包括外罩壳(M1)、迷宫壳(M2)及排气管(M3),排气管(M3)连接在盖板(6)相应孔中,排气管(M3)孔径30~60mm,排气管(M3)上周边均布的小孔径为10~15mm,迷宫壳(M2)固定在盖板(6)上,迷宫壳(M2)套在排气管(M3)之外,二者之间有第一排气圆环空腔,外罩壳(M1)与排气管(M3)顶端连接,外罩壳(M1)套在迷宫壳(M2)之外,二者之间有第二排气圆环空腔;
所述两台电动机(3)倒置式连接在箱体(1)下方,电动机(3)轴伸端连接少齿差减速器(2),少齿差减速器(2)置于箱体(1)内,电动机(3)关于输出中心两侧对称;
所述内啮合四分流传动件,包括主动轮(9)、分流齿轮(8)及中心内齿圈(7),所述主动轮(9)设在少齿差减速器(2)输出轴上,与主动轮(9)相啮合的两只分流齿轮(8)两侧对称设置,分流齿轮(8)与中心内齿圈(7)啮合,所述分流齿轮(8)的心轴固定在支撑板(13)上,支撑板(13)连接在少齿差减速器(2)机壳的端面上;
所述中心内齿圈(7)与圆盘(10)连接,所述圆盘(10)与主圆筒(4)连接一体,所述主圆筒(4)依靠第一、二轴承(11、12)支承在箱体(1)中心圆内孔,所述主圆筒(4)连接钻杆法兰(5),钻杆法兰(5)用来连接桩机的钻杆。
