Abstract
本发明涉及一种再生橡胶造粒机。它包括机架(1)、电机(2)、齿轮箱(3)、油温机(4)、单螺杆料筒(6)、多螺杆料筒(7)、螺杆(8)、齿轮泵(9)和口模(10),螺杆(8)依次穿过单螺杆料筒(6)和多螺杆料筒(7),螺杆(8)的一端与齿轮箱(3)的输出轴相连且两者的轴心线一致,螺杆(8)的另一端与齿轮泵(9)的进口相连吗,齿轮泵(9)的出口与口模(10)的进口相连,所述油温机(4)有多个,分别与单螺杆料筒(6)和多螺杆料筒(7)相连,所述第一个单螺杆料筒(6)上设置有侧喂料装置(5)。本发明一种再生橡胶造粒机,此装置取代了传统的开炼机,其能耗低、环保、混炼效果好、安全性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种造粒机,用于橡胶行业。属于机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
在橡胶行业中,传统橡胶造粒机包括开炼机和挤出机,物料首先进入开炼机,在螺杆的压缩与剪切和外加热的作用下,物料受到混炼和塑化,温度和压力逐步升高,呈现出粘流状态,进入挤出机并以一定的压力通过机头、挤出切粒,最后得到所需形状的粒子。
传统的橡胶造粒机造出的粒子容易粘在一起,呈球团状,不能满足工业的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种再生橡胶造粒机,此装置造出的粒子不会粘在一起,满足了工业的需要。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种再生橡胶造粒机,其特点是所述橡胶造粒机包括机架、电机、齿轮箱、油温机、单螺杆料筒、多螺杆料筒、螺杆、齿轮泵和口模,所述电机、齿轮箱、油温机、齿轮泵和口模均设置在机架上,电机与齿轮箱相连,单螺杆料筒至少有两个,多螺杆料筒有一个,螺杆依次穿过单螺杆料筒和多螺杆料筒,螺杆的一端与齿轮箱的输出轴相连且两者的轴心线一致,螺杆的另一端与齿轮泵的进口相连,齿轮泵的出口与口模的进口相连,所述油温机有多个,分别与单螺杆料筒和多螺杆料筒相连,所述第一个单螺杆料筒上设置有侧喂料装置。
本发明一种再生橡胶造粒机,其侧喂料装置设置在第一个单螺杆料筒的侧面,它包括机筒、主螺杆和副螺杆,所述主螺杆和副螺杆设置在机筒内,机筒上设置有进料口,主螺杆与副螺杆通过齿轮传动连接,主螺杆的螺纹与副螺杆的螺纹相对应。
本发明一种再生橡胶造粒机,其副螺杆的两端设置有反螺旋装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
①本发明一种再生橡胶造粒机,在主螺杆和副螺杆的作用下将料输送到设备中,其挤压力小,对螺杆的损伤小,同时不粘料,输送效率高。
②本发明一种再生橡胶造粒机,在三个单螺杆料筒和多螺杆料筒内进行剪切和挤压(混炼),与传统的开炼机相比,能耗低、混炼效果好,为后续造粒提供良好的胶料,并且混炼在密闭状态,不会产生粉尘及废气,因此环保、安全性高。
③本发明一种再生橡胶造粒机,在齿轮泵的作用下,对胶料增压,在口模中制造的粒子不会粘在一起,满足了工业的需要。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,本发明涉及一种再生橡胶造粒机,包括机架1、电机2、齿轮箱3、油温机4、单螺杆料筒6、多螺杆料筒7、齿轮泵9和口模10,所述电机2、齿轮箱3、油温机4、齿轮泵9和口模10均设置在机架1上,电机2与齿轮箱3相连,单螺杆料筒6有三个,多螺杆料筒7有一个,螺杆8依次穿过三个单螺杆料筒6和多螺杆料筒7,螺杆8的一端与齿轮箱3的输出轴相连且两者的轴心线一致,螺杆8的另一端与齿轮泵9的进口相连吗,齿轮泵9的出口与口模10的进口相连,所述油温机4有四个,分别与三个单螺杆料筒6和多螺杆料筒7相连,油温机4为料筒提供温度,所述第一个单螺杆料筒6上设置有侧喂料装置5。
所述侧喂料装置5设置在第一个单螺杆料筒6的侧面,它包括机筒5.1、主螺杆5.2和副螺杆5.3,所述主螺杆5.2和副螺杆5.3设置在机筒5.1内,机筒5.1的顶部设置有进料口5.6,进料口5.6与主螺杆5.2相通,所述主螺杆5.2上设置有主齿轮5.4,副螺杆5.3上设置有副齿轮5.5,主螺杆5.2与副螺杆5.3通过齿轮传动连接,主螺杆5.2的螺纹与副螺杆5.3的螺纹相对应。
所述副螺杆5.3的两端设置有反螺旋装置5.7,反螺旋装置5.7能防止料从副螺杆5.3内泄露。
工作原理:胶料(料)从进料口5.6进入主螺杆5.2与副螺杆5.3之间的缝隙,经主螺杆5.2与副螺杆5.3的挤压后,随着主螺杆5.2的前进输送到第一个单螺杆料筒6内进行剪切和挤压,之后进入其他的单螺杆料筒6和最后的多螺杆料筒7进行进一步的剪切和挤压,油温机4为各个料筒提供温度,使得螺杆8与料筒之间产生温度差,帮助胶料的混炼,经过混炼的胶料进入齿轮泵9中增压之后在口模10中进行造粒。

1.一种再生橡胶造粒机,其特征在于:所述混炼装置包括机架(1)、电机(2)、齿轮箱(3)、油温机(4)、单螺杆料筒(6)、多螺杆料筒(7)、螺杆(8)、齿轮泵(9)和口模(10),所述电机(2)、齿轮箱(3)、油温机(4)、齿轮泵(9)和口模(10)均设置在机架(1)上,电机(2)与齿轮箱(3)相连,单螺杆料筒(6)至少有两个,多螺杆料筒(7)有一个,螺杆(8)依次穿过单螺杆料筒(6)和多螺杆料筒(7),螺杆(8)的一端与齿轮箱(3)的输出轴相连且两者的轴心线一致,螺杆(8)的另一端与齿轮泵(9)的进口相连,齿轮泵(9)的出口与口模(10)的进口相连,所述油温机(4)有多个,分别与单螺杆料筒(6)和多螺杆料筒(7)相连,所述第一个单螺杆料筒(6)上设置有侧喂料装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生橡胶造粒机,其特征在于:所述侧喂料装置(5)设置在第一个单螺杆料筒(6)的侧面,它包括机筒(5.1)、主螺杆(5.2)和副螺杆(5.3),所述主螺杆(5.2)和副螺杆(5.3)设置在机筒(5.1)内,机筒(5.1)上设置有进料口(5.6),主螺杆(5.2)与副螺杆(5.3)通过齿轮传动连接,主螺杆(5.2)的螺纹与副螺杆(5.3)的螺纹相对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种再生橡胶造粒机,其特征在于:所述副螺杆(5.3)的两端设置有反螺旋装置(5.7)。
