本发明涉及V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,齿冠刀片的右端设有用以与钻杆工作部定位面相配的V型定位面,齿冠刀片的左端设有由横刃、过渡刃和主切削刃构成的切削刃,排屑槽与后刀面的交线形成主切削刃,两后刀面的交线形成横刃,主切削刃与横刃之间磨有过渡刃;齿冠刀片于直径方向设有齿冠棱边,齿冠棱边呈螺旋状具有宽度的圆柱面,齿冠刀片设有用于安装压紧螺钉的阶梯孔,阶梯孔的轴线垂直于刀片安装面,阶梯孔的位置与钻杆上紧固螺孔的位置相对。V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧的刀片接触面积大,承载力强,夹持可靠性好,适合大进给切削。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片。
背景技术
齿冠钻头是头部采用硬质合金或其他高性能材料,钻杆采用合金钢材料的一种组合式钻头。具有使用成本低、加工范围大等优势。
目前,齿冠钻头的头部和钻杆有多种组合方式。例如有“柱销定位、螺钉贯穿锁紧”、“折线槽定位、正反扣螺钉锁紧”、“交叉V形面定位、后拉螺钉锁紧”、“开放式柱销定位、非螺钉旋转卡紧”等诸多形式。这些定位及锁紧方式各有特点,但大多结构复杂,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,特点是:齿冠刀片的右端设有用以与钻杆工作部定位面相配的V型定位面,齿冠刀片的左端设有由横刃、过渡刃和主切削刃构成的切削刃,排屑槽与后刀面的交线形成主切削刃,两后刀面的交线形成横刃,主切削刃与横刃之间磨有过渡刃;齿冠刀片于直径方向设有齿冠棱边,齿冠棱边呈螺旋状具有宽度的圆柱面,齿冠刀片设有用于安装压紧螺钉的阶梯孔,阶梯孔的轴线垂直于刀片安装面,阶梯孔的位置与钻杆上紧固螺孔的位置相对。
进一步地,上述的V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,其中,所述V型定位面的夹角为90°~140°。
更进一步地,上述的V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,其中,主切削刃之间形成的夹角为顶角,角度为120~140°。
更进一步地,上述的V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,其中,所述阶梯孔的阶梯角为40°~90°。
更进一步地,上述的V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,其中,所述齿冠刀片的底部为磨平结构、矩形槽结构、圆弧段与直线段过渡形成的结构或者圆弧段结构。
本发明技术方案突出的实质性特点和显著的进步主要体现在:
采用V形定位结构,具有结构简单、生产精度易于保证等特点。可以减少齿冠刀片和钻头刀杆的生产成本。V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠钻头的刀片接触面积大,承载力强,夹持可靠性好,适合大进给切削。采用槽内锁进,可进一步提高齿冠刀片和刀体的连接强度,有助于提高钻头在高进给情况下的承载能力,并有助于保证刀片与刀杆柄部的同轴度的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明技术方案作进一步说明:
如图1~4所示,V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,齿冠刀片的右端设有用以与钻杆工作部定位面相配的V型定位面16,V型定位面16的夹角为90°~140°,齿冠刀片的左端设有由横刃17、过渡刃18和主切削刃19构成的切削刃,排屑槽与后刀面的交线形成主切削刃19,主切削刃之间形成的夹角为顶角20,角度为120~140°,两后刀面的交线形成横刃17,主切削刃与横刃之间磨有过渡刃18;齿冠刀片于直径方向设有齿冠棱边21,齿冠棱边21呈螺旋状具有宽度的圆柱面,齿冠刀片设有用于安装压紧螺钉的阶梯孔23,阶梯孔23的轴线垂直于刀片安装面,阶梯孔的位置与紧固螺孔15的位置相对,阶梯孔的阶梯角24为40°~90°。
齿冠刀片通过压紧螺钉紧固于钻杆上。
由于V型面定位为一种封闭式定位结构,为避免干涉,可将齿冠刀片的底部设计为多种方式,如图5a,齿冠刀片的底部为磨平结构;如图5b,齿冠刀片的底部为矩形槽结构;如图5c,齿冠刀片的底部为圆弧段与直线段过渡形成的结构;如图5d,齿冠刀片的底部为圆弧段结构。
采用V形定位结构,具有结构简单、生产精度易于保证等特点。可以减少齿冠刀片和钻头刀杆的生产成本。V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠钻头的刀片接触面积大,承载力强,夹持可靠性好,适合大进给切削。采用槽内锁进,可进一步提高齿冠刀片和刀体的连接强度,有助于保证刀片与刀杆柄部的同轴度。
需要理解到的是:以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.V型定位槽内双螺钉锁紧齿冠刀片,其特征在于:齿冠刀片的右端设有用以与钻杆工作部定位面相配的V型定位面,齿冠刀片的左端设有由横刃、过渡刃和主切削刃构成的切削刃,排屑槽与后刀面的交线形成主切削刃,两后刀面的交线形成横刃,主切削刃与横刃之间磨有过渡刃;齿冠刀片于直径方向设有齿冠棱边,齿冠棱边呈螺旋状具有宽度的圆柱面,齿冠刀片设有用于安装压紧螺钉的阶梯孔,阶梯孔的轴线垂直于刀片安装面,阶梯孔的位置与钻杆上紧固螺孔的位置相对。
