本发明公开了一种双壁保温波纹管,该波纹管主要由外壁、内壁及保温层组成,其外壁是一种凹凸结构的波纹壁,内壁为一种平滑壁,内壁与外壁将保温层紧紧地夹在中间。本发明由于在内壁和外壁之间设置有保温层,提高了保温管的保温性能,解决了目前双壁波纹管保温性差的问题,同时也保证了波纹管在冬季等低温天气情况下也不易冻裂,延长了波纹管的使用寿命。

本发明涉及管道领域,特别涉及一种双壁保温波纹管。
背景技术
双壁波纹管是一种具有环状结构外壁和平滑内壁的新型管材,80年代初在德国首先研制成功,经过多年的发展和完善,已经由单一的品种发展到完整的产品系列。目前在生产工艺和使用技术上已经十分成熟,由于其优异的性能和相对经济的造价,在欧美等发达国家已经得到了极大的推广和应用。现有的双波波纹管选用的都是聚氯乙烯挤出成型,具有内壁光滑、流通量大、重量轻、耐腐蚀等有优势,是地下埋设各种管材的最佳替代品。但其保温性比较差,冬季管中水容易结冰,造成波纹管被冻裂现象的发生。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种双壁保温波纹管,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:所述波纹管主要由外壁、内壁及保温层组成,所述外壁是一种凹凸结构的波纹壁,所述内壁为一种平滑壁,所述内壁与所述外壁将保温层紧紧地夹在中间。
优选的,所述波纹管还带有密封圈。
优选的,所述外壁表面下端还设有扭紧槽。
优选的,所述波纹管上端还设有多个功能通孔。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明由于在内壁和外壁之间设置有保温层,提高了保温管的保温性能,解决了目前双壁波纹管保温性差的问题,同时也保证了波纹管在冬季等低温天气情况下也不易冻裂,延长了波纹管的使用寿命。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1和图2出示本发明的具体实施方式:所述波纹管主要由外壁1、内壁2及保温层组4成,所述外壁1是一种凹凸结构的波纹壁,所述内壁2为一种平滑壁,所述内壁1与所述外壁2将保温层4紧紧地夹在中间。所述波纹管的一端为实心扩口3结构,所述波纹管还带有密封圈7,所述外壁2表面下端还设有扭紧槽6,所述外壁1表面还设有多个功能通孔5。
本发明由于在内壁1和外壁2之间设置有保温层4,提高了保温管的保温性能,解决了目前双壁波纹管保温性差的问题,同时也保证了波纹管在冬季等低温天气情况下也不易冻裂,延长了波纹管的使用寿命。
