本发明的一种太阳能组合式防爆集热管,所设有多路接头(1)的B面设置有外接螺母(5)、内接螺母(6),作用于连接金属内胆(7)、导流管(8),置有的进水管路(2)设置在多路接头(1)的B向中间,其特点能根据金属内胆(7)的管径计算,设置导流管(8)的管径大小,使其流量相等,减小水或气的阻力,提高流速,置有的防冷淋水层(9)设置在真空集热管(10)、金属内胆(7)的中空间,具有防爆功能的同时还具有保温效果,置有的多路接头(1)的A向设置有活接螺母(4),其特征在于能快速与相邻太阳能组合式防爆集热管组装,由于结构合理,安装方便,所以有着很大的市场及推广价值。

[0002] 经检索有关专利文献,目前尚未检索到与本发明结构相同的一种太阳能组合式防爆集热管,现有的技术中,太阳能真空集热管内置金属内胆两端,一般采用密封盖焊接成型,密封盖的一端为全密封,另一端密封盖设置有双孔,双孔内设置有密封圈,组装时采用U型管与相邻金属内胆密封圈对插组装成集热器,由于金属内胆一端密封盖设置有热交换时进出双孔,所以插进金属内胆的U型管径相对较小,从而造成金属内胆内水流阻力压强增大,使U型管与金属内胆脱离,漏水、漏气无法使用,同时现有的技术中,太阳能真空集热管与金属内胆之间灌装油质,或者是中空,由于太阳能真空集热管是玻璃材质,极易破裂、漏油,造成对环境的污染,此技术难以推广,采用中空技术,热交换时,温差形成冷淋水,使得集热管破裂,无法吸收热量,所以有必要对现有的技术加以改进,满足实际使用需要。

1.一种太阳能组合式防爆集热管,由多路接头(I)、进水管路(2)、出水管路(3)、活接螺母(4)、外接螺母(5)、内接螺母(6)、金属内胆(7)、导流管(8)、防冷淋水层(9)、真空集热管(10)组成,其特征在于:多路接头(I)的B面设置有外接螺母(5)、内接螺母¢),作用为连接金属内胆(7)、导流管(8),进水管路(2)设置在多路接头(I)的B向中间,多路接头(I)的A向设置有活接螺母(4);真空集热管(10),金属内胆(7)的中间设置有防冷淋水层(9);其中多路接头(I)的B向为沿真空集热管(10)轴向的方向,多路接头(I)的A向垂直于多路接头(I)的B向。
