技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋塞阀。
背景技术
旋塞阀是关闭件或柱塞形的旋转阀,通过旋转90度使阀塞上的通道口与阀体上的通道口相通或分开,实现开启或关闭的一种阀门。
旋塞阀广泛地应用于油田开采、输送和精练设备中,同时也广泛用于石油化工、化工、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、暖通行业以及一般工业中。
旋塞阀按用途分类包括:软密封旋塞阀,油润滑硬密封旋塞阀,提升式旋塞阀,三通和四通式旋塞阀。
提升式旋塞阀有多种结构形式,提升式旋塞阀按密封面的材料分为软密封和硬密封两种。其基本原理时为开启时使旋塞上升,旋塞再转动90度到阀门全开过程能减少与阀体密封面的摩擦力;关闭阀门时使旋塞转动90度至关闭位置后再下降与阀体密封面接触达到密封。
现有旋塞阀的密封通过安装在旋塞上的两片密封滑片进行密封,现有的旋塞阀在开启和关闭时,密封面会产生相对摩擦,长时间使用密封滑片受损,存在泄漏的可能,造成密封不可靠。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旋塞阀,该旋塞阀的密封面不会产生摩擦,密封可靠。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种旋塞阀,包括阀体和旋塞,上述旋塞成上宽下窄的楔子状,上述两个楔形面与阀体之间分别置有膨胀块,上述膨胀块分别于上述楔形面对应。在启闭过程中,两侧膨胀块完全收回来避免密封面摩擦。通过楔紧力实现密封,可以实现零泄漏。在开关过程中,密封面之间没有任何接触,无相对摩擦,开关力矩小。
优选地,上述阀体顶部固设有支架,上述旋塞阀包括阀杆,上述阀杆包括上阀杆和下阀杆,上述上阀杆通过第一轴承连接上述支架,上述下阀杆固设于上述旋塞,上述上阀杆外壁设有外螺纹,上述下阀杆顶端设有凹槽,该凹槽设有内螺纹,上述上阀杆与上述下阀杆通过上述内螺纹与外螺纹配合,上述下阀杆外壁设有导向槽,上述支架设有导向销,该导向销置于上述导向槽。该结构可实现上阀杆转动带动下阀杆上升的功能。
优选地,上述导向槽设有竖直部,该竖直部底端连接有水平部。该结构设置使得下阀杆上升到一定程度进行转动时,导向销对下阀杆转动不产生干扰。
优选地,上述下阀杆顶部设有凸台,上述上阀杆外壁设有驱动销,该驱动销与上述凸台的侧面对应,上述阀杆外壁设有第一半槽,该第一半槽放置有滚轴,上述支架设有第二半槽,该第二半槽与上述第一半槽对应,上述上阀杆外壁设有滚轴槽,该滚轴槽与上述第一半槽对应,上述滚轴槽底端高于上述第二半槽顶端。第一半槽底部设有支撑部,第一半槽逐渐向上时,支撑部带动滚轴逐渐靠近上阀杆的滚轴槽,并且滚轴逐渐远离第二半槽。该结构设置使得下阀杆上升到一定程度时,上阀杆的转动可带动下阀杆一起转动;并且上阀杆回转时,可使得下阀杆先进行旋转再进行下降。
优选地,上述上阀杆固设有蜗轮,该蜗轮中心线与上述上阀杆位于同一直线,上述支架通过第二轴承连接有蜗杆,该蜗杆与上述蜗轮配合,上述蜗杆端部设有手轮,上述蜗轮蜗杆具有自锁性。该结构设置,通过手轮带动蜗杆旋转,而蜗杆又带动蜗轮旋转,蜗轮与阀杆之间通过键连接,所以蜗轮与阀杆是同步的。在该箱体中由于蜗轮蜗杆没有限位装置,所以阀杆最终能实现全回转运动。蜗轮蜗杆设置成可自锁结构,即蜗杆的导程角小于啮合轮齿间的当量摩擦角。因此,本齿轮箱既具备自锁性,又具备全回转性能。
优选地,上述阀体连接有泄压机构。
本发明工作原理为:
阀门从关闭到开启过程:
上阀杆在齿轮箱驱动下逆时针旋转1/2圈,下阀杆由于导向销的限制,只能竖直向上移动1/2倍的导程(下阀杆为左旋螺纹),下阀杆与旋塞是通过销组成一个整体的,即下阀杆向上移动会带动旋塞提升,而旋塞的提升会通过楔面带动膨胀块组件收缩;此时导向销到达槽底,上阀杆上的驱动销正好与下阀杆凸台侧面接触。
上阀杆继续旋转1/4圈,由驱动销带动下阀杆旋转1/4圈,即旋塞带动膨胀块组件旋转90°,此时滚轴从支架侧滑入上阀杆侧,使下阀杆与支架分离,下阀杆与上阀杆组成一体,导向销相对于下阀杆旋转90°。
阀门开启到关闭过程:
由于此时滚轴使下阀杆与上阀杆成为一体,上阀杆在齿轮箱驱动下作顺时针旋转,当滚轴旋转到支架上的第二半槽位置时,由于受力滚轴由上阀杆的滚轴槽滑向支架第二半槽,从而使支架与下阀杆组成一体,下阀杆与上阀杆分离,导向销也相对下阀杆旋转了90°。
上阀杆继续顺时针旋转1/2圈,下阀杆由于导向销的限制,作向下运动,带动旋塞向下运动,膨胀块组件向两侧膨胀,与阀体紧密贴合,实现阀门关闭。
本发明的有益效果为:使用寿命长,密封可靠;可以在线维修,只需将底部阀盖拆下,十分方便;结构长度较短,降低了成本。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种旋塞4阀,包括阀体5和旋塞4,其特征在于,上述旋塞4成上宽下窄的楔子状,上述两个楔形面与阀体5之间分别置有膨胀块,上述膨胀块分别于上述楔形面对应。
上述阀体5顶部固设有支架3,上述旋塞4阀包括阀杆,上述阀杆包括上阀杆9和下阀杆10,上述上阀杆9通过第一轴承1连接上述支架3,上述下阀杆10固设于上述旋塞4,上述上阀杆9外壁设有外螺纹,上述下阀杆10顶端设有凹槽,该凹槽设有内螺纹,上述上阀杆9与上述下阀杆10通过上述内螺纹与外螺纹配合,上述下阀杆10外壁设有导向槽,上述支架3设有导向销6,该导向销6置于上述导向槽。
上述导向槽设有竖直部,该竖直部底端连接有水平部。
上述下阀杆10顶部设有凸台,上述上阀杆9外壁设有驱动销2,该驱动销2与上述凸台的侧面对应,上述阀杆外壁设有第一半槽,该第一半槽放置有滚轴8,上述支架3设有第二半槽,该第二半槽与上述第一半槽对应,上述上阀杆9外壁设有滚轴8槽,该滚轴8槽与上述第一半槽对应,上述滚轴8槽底端高于上述第二半槽顶端。
上述上阀杆9固设有蜗轮,该蜗轮中心线与上述上阀杆9位于同一直线,上述支架3通过第二轴承连接有蜗杆,该蜗杆与上述蜗轮配合,上述蜗杆端部设有手轮7,上述蜗轮蜗杆具有自锁性。
上述阀体5连接有泄压机构11。

1.一种旋塞阀,包括阀体和旋塞,其特征在于,上述旋塞成上宽下窄的楔子状,上述两个楔形面与阀体之间分别置有膨胀块,上述膨胀块分别于上述楔形面对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于,上述阀体顶部固设有支架,上述旋塞阀包括阀杆,上述阀杆包括上阀杆和下阀杆,上述上阀杆通过第一轴承连接上述支架,上述下阀杆固设于上述旋塞,上述上阀杆外壁设有外螺纹,上述下阀杆顶端设有凹槽,该凹槽设有内螺纹,上述上阀杆与上述下阀杆通过上述内螺纹与外螺纹配合,上述下阀杆外壁设有导向槽,上述支架设有导向销,该导向销置于上述导向槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于,上述导向槽设有竖直部,该竖直部底端连接有水平部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于,上述下阀杆顶部设有凸台,上述上阀杆外壁设有驱动销,该驱动销与上述凸台的侧面对应,上述阀杆外壁设有第一半槽,该第一半槽放置有滚轴,上述支架设有第二半槽,该第二半槽与上述第一半槽对应,上述上阀杆外壁设有滚轴槽,该滚轴槽与上述第一半槽对应,上述滚轴槽底端高于上述第二半槽顶端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于,上述上阀杆固设有蜗轮,该蜗轮中心线与上述上阀杆位于同一直线,上述支架通过第二轴承连接有蜗杆,该蜗杆与上述蜗轮配合,上述蜗杆端部设有手轮,上述蜗轮蜗杆具有自锁性。
6.根据权利要求5所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于,上述阀体连接有泄压机构。
