一种耐高温抗皱布,包括基层、保护层和功能层;基层由无机硅酸盐纤维组成;保护层包裹于基层的外部,保护层由高强度超薄无纺布构成,高强度超薄无纺布的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,渗透率为60-75%;保护层上浸涂一层防收缩剂和定型剂的混合胶液,其中混合比例在1:1-1.5;功能层由防收缩阻燃树脂加添稳定剂构成,功能层包裹在保护层的外侧。本发明既能实现耐高温、且不皱不变形,同时对人体无刺激,安全无毒。

一种耐高温抗皱布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可耐高温火枪烧,且表面不发生明显起皱的耐高温抗皱布。
背景技术
目前生产的无机纤维布、有机纤维布,在一局部受热时(几百度或者更高达上千度)会局部收缩整个布面出现收缩不平呈,呈现“皱”现象,因其高温布自身变形对所保护材料造成损伤。在出现火警危险时,若布严重变形不可用就失去了逃生作用,造成了生命安全隐患。
发明内容
为克服上有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的旨在提出一种可耐高温火枪烧,布面依旧平成不发生变形的耐高温抗皱布。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种耐高温抗皱布,其特征在于:包括基层、保护层和功能层;所述基层由无机硅酸盐纤维组成;所述保护层包裹于基层的外部,保护层由高强度超薄无纺布构成;所述保护层上浸涂一层防收缩剂和定型剂的混合胶液;所述功能层由防收缩阻燃树脂加添稳定剂构成,功能层包裹在保护层的外侧。
上述方案的解释及进一步方案如下:
上述方案中,所述保护层上的混合胶液中防收缩剂和定型剂的混合比例为1:1-1.5。
上述方案中,所述高强度超薄无纺布的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,渗透率为60-75%。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明提供的耐高温抗皱布,可耐1000℃以上的高温火枪烧,布面依旧平整不发生明显起皱,不发生形变保持原设计形状,实现设计者所预设计对所需保护物的真正保护作用。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:参见图1所示:
一种耐高温抗皱布,包括基层1、保护层2和功能层3;基层1由无机硅酸盐纤维组成;保护层2包裹于基层1的外部,保护层2由高强度超薄无纺布构成,高强度超薄无纺布的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,渗透率为60-75%;保护层2上浸涂一层防收缩剂和定型剂的混合胶液,其中混合比例在1:1-1.5;功能层3由防收缩阻燃树脂加添稳定剂构成,功能层3包裹在保护层2的外侧。
本耐高温抗皱布由无机硅酸盐纤维作为基底层,具有较大的强度。同时在基底层的外部包裹保护层,保护层的高渗透率可将混合胶液渗透到基底层内起到防收缩、抗皱的作用。同时为了提高耐高温、抗皱的效果,在整个保护层的外部再包裹上功能层,功能层本质上为防收缩阻燃树脂层,具有阻燃、耐高温的效果。
本发明既能实现耐高温、且不皱不变形,同时对人体无刺激,安全无毒。

1.一种耐高温抗皱布,其特征在于:包括基层(1)、保护层(2)和功能层(3);所述基层(1)由无机硅酸盐纤维组成;所述保护层(2)包裹于基层(1)的外部,保护层(2)由高强度超薄无纺布构成;所述保护层(2)上浸涂一层防收缩剂和定型剂的混合胶液;所述功能层(3)由防收缩阻燃树脂加添稳定剂构成,功能层(3)包裹在保护层(2)的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗皱布,其特征在于:所述保护层(2)上的混合胶液中防收缩剂和定型剂的混合比例为1:1-1.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗皱布,其特征在于:所述高强度超薄无纺布的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,渗透率为60-75%。
