背景技术
功能饮料,是指通过调整饮料中天然营养素的成分和含量比例,以适应某些特殊人群营养需要的饮品,包括营养素饮料、运动饮料和其它特殊用途饮料三类。营养素饮料是指添加了人体口常活动所需的营养成分的饮料;运动饮料是指含有电解质能很好地平衡人体的体液的饮料;特殊用途饮料以红牛为代表,主要作用为抗疲劳和补充能量。功能饮料都有限制的消费人群,如运动饮料适合在强烈运动、人体大量流汗后饮用,其中的电解质和维生素可以迅速补充人体机能。但这类饮料并不适合在没有运动的情况下饮用,因为其中所含的钠元素会增加机体负担,引起心脏负荷加大、血压升高。再如红牛功能饮料添加了咖啡因,咖啡因是一种成瘾性药物,而且会威胁机体的健康,长期过量饮用含咖啡因的饮料可能会引发高血压和心脏病。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种功能饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份比例的组分混合制得:5-10份果汁、5-10份牛磺酸、0.5-2份赖氨酸、1-2份磷脂、0.5-1.5份卵黄脂、2-3份十八碳醇、1.5-3份肌醇、0.05-0.1份维生素B1、0.33-1份维生素B2、0.04-0.15份维生素B6、0.001-0.02份维生素B12、0.2-0.5份泛酸、1-5份葡萄糖、80-120份水。
所述果汁由以下水果榨得:橙子、苹果、菠萝或梨子。

本发明科学地把上述各种功效成分融入产品之中,这些成分相互配合,协同作用,能够促进人体新陈代谢,吸收与分解糖分,迅速补充大量的能量物质,并调节神经系统功能,从而取得提神醒脑、补充体力、抗疲劳的卓越功效。因此,人在生理性疲劳之时,体内能量物质缺乏,能量代谢不足或存在障碍,饮用该功能饮料,可以充分补充能量,快速消除疲劳,振奋精神,提高工作效率与生活质量。同时,该饮料不含咖啡因和过量电解质,饮用时可避免过量咖啡因和电解质对人体的危害。十八碳醇还可以提高机体耐力,提高基础代谢率。磷脂和卵黄脂可以改善血清脂质代谢、预防动脉硬化、改善肝脏脂质代谢功能。

一种功能饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份比例的组分混合制得:7份果汁、7份牛磺酸、1.2份赖氨酸、1.5份磷脂、1份卵黄脂、2.5份十八碳醇、2.2份肌醇、0.07份维生素B1、0.7份维生素B2、0.1份维生素B6、0.01份维生素B12、0.3份泛酸、3份葡萄糖、100份水。
实施例三
一种功能饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份比例的组分混合制得:10份果汁、10份牛磺酸、2份赖氨酸、2份磷脂、1.5份卵黄脂、3份十八碳醇、3份肌醇、0.1份维生素B1、1份维生素B2、0.15份维生素B6、0.02份维生素B12、0.5份泛酸、5份葡萄糖、120份水。
所述果汁由以下水果榨得:橙子、苹果、菠萝或梨子。
