Abstract
本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种渔盐一体化方法及系统,所述方法包括以下步骤:(1)工厂化养殖(2)开放式养殖(3)人工湿地净化(4)循环利用(5)晒制工业盐。所述系统包括依次连通的工厂化养殖区、开放式养殖区、人工湿地净化区和卤池。本发明提供的渔盐一体化方法及系统,可实现水产养殖与工业制盐的联合进行,既可对水产养殖的废弃水进行处理、净化和再利用,还可降低工业制盐的能耗,节约资源,使海水得到有效利用,且可到达废水的零排放目的,避免环境被污染。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种渔盐一体化方法及系统。
背景技术
[0002] 水产养殖业是所有动物性食品供应链中规模最大的,随着我国水产养殖业的快速发展,水产养殖方式逐渐从传统的粗放养模式向规模化、集约化转变,使水产品的产量和质量大幅提高,其在带来巨大经济效益的同时,规模化养殖废弃水存在污染浓度高、排放量大的特点,若养殖尾水不经处理肆意排放既会污染水环境,又会浪费水资源。
[0003]由于海水的盐度效应和海水养殖废水污染结构的特异性,养殖废水中的氮磷营养性成分、溶解有机物、悬浮固体和病原体等是处理的重点,国内外学者针对养殖废水处理技术进行了大量研究,以期开发出实用的养殖废水处理技术和工艺。
[0004] 目前,养殖废弃水的净化技术主要为物理净化、化学净化、生物净化和生态净化。物理净化指通过机械与物理的方法分离并去除水中的悬浮物质或有害物质,但物理净化中大量的处理设备造价昂贵,对除氨氮等溶解物效率不高。化学净化是指利用药剂和目标反应物的化学反应来处理水中的病原体或悬浮物,但氨氮的除去效果有限且需不断投加化学药剂。生物净化利用水生动植物和微生物作用,对氨氮、亚硝态氮净化效果好,生态净化是利用生态系统的自然净化能力实现水体净化,在净化养殖废弃水方面取得了一定的效果,但是养殖废弃水中的盐分没有得到充分利用,造成了资源浪费。现有的海水养殖大约有20 %的养殖废水排出,浪费资源和污染环境,晒盐所用的海水又是重新从大海提取,又需要大量的能源。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的之一在于:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种工艺简单,成本较低,减少污染,充分利用资源的渔盐一体化方法。
[0006] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
[0007] 一种渔盐一体化方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
[0008] (I)工厂化养殖:将经过预处理后的海水引入工厂化养殖区;
[0009] (2)开放式养殖:经所述工厂化养殖区排出的废弃水进入开放式养殖区;
[0010] (3)人工湿地净化:经所述开放式养殖区利用后的废弃水进入含有大型藻类的人工湿地进行净化;
[0011] (4)循环利用:经所述人工湿地净化后的上层水,再经砂滤、杀菌、消毒后返回所述工厂化养殖区;
[0012] (5)晒制工业盐:经所述人工湿地净化后的下层水进入卤池,用于晒制工业盐。
[0013] 作为一种改进,步骤(I)中,所述工厂化养殖为循环水养殖、生物絮团养殖或育苗;其中,循环水养殖是指为防养殖区外海水中的病原体入侵,将养殖区内的水不断过滤、消毒、循环使用的养殖方法;生物絮团养殖是指通过向养殖水体中添加有机碳物质,人工调控养殖系统微生物种类和数量,起到维持水环境稳定,减少换水量、提高养殖成活率、增加产量和降低饲料系数等的养殖方法。
[0014] 作为一种改进,步骤(I)中,所述预处理包括沉淀、过滤和消毒。
[0015] 作为一种改进,步骤(2)中,所述开放式养殖为贝类养殖、沙蚕养殖或卤虫养殖。
[0016] 作为一种改进,步骤(3)中,所述大型藻类为大叶藻、鼠尾藻或马尾藻中的一种或两种以上。
[0017] 作为一种改进,步骤(5)中,所述晒制工业盐包括以下步骤:
[0018] (I)将所述下层水进行过滤,将过滤后的下层水进行浓缩,得浓缩卤水;
[0019] (2)将所述浓缩卤水进行提取溴素后,得二次浓缩卤水;
[0020] (3)将所述二次浓缩卤水进行晒制,得粗盐和饱和卤水;
[0021] (4)将所述饱和卤水进行真空制盐,得工业盐。
[0022] 本发明的目的之二在于:提供一种结构简单,设计合理,成本较低,充分利用资源的渔盐一体化系统。
[0023] 一种渔盐一体化系统,所述系统包括工厂化养殖区、开放式养殖区、人工湿地净化区和卤池,所述工厂化养殖区设有入水口和排污口,所述开放式养殖区设有进水口和出水口,所述工厂化养殖区的排污口与所述开放式养殖区的进水口连通,所述开放式养殖区的排污口与所述人工湿地净化区的上部连通,所述人工湿地净化区的上部和下部分别设有上层水出口和下层水出口,所述上层水出口与所述工厂化养殖区连通,所述下层水出口与所述卤池连通。
[0024] 作为一种改进,所述开放式养殖区包括沙蚕养殖区,所述沙蚕养殖区包括多个沙蚕养殖池,所述沙蚕养殖池的进水口与所述工厂化养殖区的排污口连通,所述沙蚕养殖池的出水口与所述人工湿地净化区的上部连通。
[0025] 作为一种改进,所述工厂化养殖区的入水口连通有海水预处理装置,所述海水预处理装置包括依次连通的沉淀池、过滤池和消毒池,所述消毒池与所述工厂化养殖区的入水口连通。
[0026] 作为一种改进,所述人工湿地净化区包括依次连通的挺水植物人工湿地、浮水植物人工湿地和沉水植物人工湿地,所述挺水植物人工湿地与所述浮水植物人工湿地之间、所述浮水植物人工湿地与所述沉水植物人工湿地之间分别设有溢流坝。

[0028] 本发明提供的渔盐一体化方法,工厂化养殖与开放式养殖梯度联动,实现养殖水体高效利用,工厂化养殖包括循环水、生物絮团养殖及育苗等,开放式养殖包括贝类、沙蚕、卤虫等养殖,工厂化养殖的废水养殖贝类、沙蚕、卤虫等,贝类、沙蚕、卤虫等作为一种生物滤器,通过滤食作用降低工厂化养殖水体的浮游生物等颗粒性有机物质,有效利用系统的物质,滤去污染物的同时,收获贝类、沙蚕、卤虫等能获得一定的经济收入。
[0029] 二次利用的废弃水再经过含有大叶藻、鼠尾藻、马尾藻等大型藻类的人工湿地净化,大型海藻作为营养缓冲器,能大量吸收水中的N、P营养物质,并同化成自身需要的营养成分,平衡养殖所带来的额外营养负荷,有效降低水体N、P浓度,上层水再经砂滤、杀菌、消毒后用于工厂化养殖,其余废水排入卤池,用于晒制工业用盐,整个养殖过程达到养殖用水循环利用和养殖废水零排放。
[0030] 本发明提供的渔盐一体化方法,其工艺简单,海水100%高效利用,养殖废水零排放,养殖废水到最后进入卤池用于晒制工业盐,节省了制盐时抽取海水的费用,降低了成本,充分利用了资源,避免资源的浪费和环境污染。
[0031] 本发明提供的渔盐一体化系统,设计合理,既实现了工厂化养殖与开放式养殖的梯度联动,还实现了水产养殖与工业制盐的联合,其结构简单,使得养殖废水净化后得到二次利用,降低了能耗,节约了成本,使资源得到最优化利用。

[0040] 一种渔盐一体化系统,如图1所示,所述系统包括工厂化养殖区1、开放式养殖区2、人工湿地净化区3和卤池4,工厂化养殖区I设有入水口和排污口,开放式养殖区2设有进水口和出水口,工厂化养殖区I的排污口与开放式养殖区2的进水口连通,开放式养殖区2的排污口与人工湿地净化区3的上部连通,人工湿地净化区3的上部和下部分别设有上层水出口 31和下层水出口 32,上层水出口 31与工厂化养殖区I连通,下层水出口 32与卤池4连通。
[0041] 如图1所示,工厂化养殖区I可用于循环水养殖、生物絮团养殖或育苗等,工厂化养殖区I的入水口连通有海水预处理装置5,海水预处理装置5包括依次连通的沉淀池51、过滤池52和消毒池53,消毒池53与工厂化养殖区I的入水口连通。
[0042] 开放式养殖区2可用于贝类、沙蚕或卤虫等养殖,如图2所示,其中,用于养殖沙蚕的沙蚕养殖区6,包括多个沙蚕养殖池61,多个沙蚕养殖池61平行设置,每个沙蚕养殖池61的旁边均设有一条过道62,每个沙蚕养殖池61均设有进水口 611和出水口 612,沙蚕养殖池的进水口通过管道与工厂化养殖区I的排污口连通,沙蚕养殖池61的出水口 612通过管道与人工湿地净化区3的上部连通。
[0043] 如图3所示,人工湿地净化区3包括依次连通的挺水植物人工湿地33、浮水植物人工湿地34和沉水植物人工湿地35,挺水植物人工湿地33与浮水植物人工湿地34之间、浮水植物人工湿地34与沉水植物人工湿地35之间分别设有溢流坝36。

[0045] 一种渔盐一体化方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
[0046] (I)工厂化养殖:将海水引入海水预处理装置进行预处理,预处理包括将海水进行沉淀、过滤和消毒,将经过预处理后的海水引入工厂化养殖区,用于循环水养殖、生物絮团养殖或育苗等;
[0047] (2)开放式养殖:将工厂化养殖区排出的废弃水排入开放式养殖区,用于贝类养殖、沙蚕养殖或卤虫养殖;
[0048] (3)人工湿地净化:将开放式养殖区利用后的废弃水排入含有大型藻类的人工湿地进行净化,大型藻类优选为大叶藻、鼠尾藻或马尾藻中的一种或两种以上,进入人工湿地的废弃水依次经过挺水植物人工湿地、浮水植物人工湿地和沉水植物人工湿地进行净化;
[0049] (4)循环利用:人工湿地净化后的上层水,再经砂滤、杀菌、消毒后返回工厂化养殖区进行再次利用;
[0050] (5)晒制工业盐:人工湿地净化后的下层水排入卤池,用于晒制工业盐,晒制工业盐包括以下步骤:
[0051] a.将所述下层水进行过滤,将过滤后的下层水进行浓缩,得浓缩卤水;
[0052] b.将所述浓缩卤水进行提取溴素后,得二次浓缩卤水;
[0053] c.将所述二次浓缩卤水进行晒制,得粗盐和饱和卤水;
[0054] d.将所述饱和卤水进行真空制盐,得工业盐。
[0055] 本发明提供的渔盐一体化方法,可实现水产养殖与工业制盐的联合进行,既可对水产养殖的废弃水进行处理、净化和再利用,还可降低工业制盐的能耗,节约资源,使海水得到有效利用,且可到达废水的零排放目的,避免环境被污染。

Claims (10)
1.一种渔盐一体化方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤: (1)工厂化养殖:将经过预处理后的海水引入工厂化养殖区; (2)开放式养殖:经所述工厂化养殖区排出的废弃水进入开放式养殖区; (3)人工湿地净化:经所述开放式养殖区利用后的废弃水进入含有大型藻类的人工湿地进行净化; (4)循环利用:经所述人工湿地净化后的上层水,再经砂滤、杀菌、消毒后返回所述工厂化养殖区; (5)晒制工业盐:经所述人工湿地净化后的下层水进入卤池,用于晒制工业盐。
2.如权利要求1所述的渔盐一体化方法,其特征在于,步骤(I)中,所述工厂化养殖为循环水养殖、生物絮团养殖或育苗。
3.如权利要求1所述的渔盐一体化方法,其特征在于,步骤(I)中,所述预处理包括沉淀、过滤和消毒。
4.如权利要求1所述的渔盐一体化方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述开放式养殖为贝类养殖、沙蚕养殖或卤虫养殖。
5.如权利要求1所述的渔盐一体化方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述大型藻类为大叶藻、鼠尾藻或马尾藻中的一种或两种以上。
6.如权利要求1所述的渔盐一体化方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,所述晒制工业盐包括以下步骤: (1)将所述下层水进行过滤,将过滤后的下层水进行浓缩,得浓缩卤水; (2)将所述浓缩卤水进行提取溴素后,得二次浓缩卤水; (3)将所述二次浓缩卤水进行晒制,得粗盐和饱和卤水; (4)将所述饱和卤水进行真空制盐,得工业盐。
7.—种渔盐一体化系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括工厂化养殖区、开放式养殖区、人工湿地净化区和卤池,所述工厂化养殖区设有入水口和排污口,所述开放式养殖区设有进水口和出水口,所述工厂化养殖区的排污口与所述开放式养殖区的进水口连通,所述开放式养殖区的排污口与所述人工湿地净化区的上部连通,所述人工湿地净化区的上部和下部分别设有上层水出口和下层水出口,所述上层水出口与所述工厂化养殖区连通,所述下层水出口与所述卤池连通。
8.如权利要求7所述的渔盐一体化系统,其特征在于,所述开放式养殖区包括沙蚕养殖区,所述沙蚕养殖区包括多个沙蚕养殖池,所述沙蚕养殖池的进水口与所述工厂化养殖区的排污口连通,所述沙蚕养殖池的出水口与所述人工湿地净化区的上部连通。
9.如权利要求7所述的渔盐一体化系统,其特征在于,所述工厂化养殖区的入水口连通有海水预处理装置,所述海水预处理装置包括依次连通的沉淀池、过滤池和消毒池,所述消毒池与所述工厂化养殖区的入水口连通。
10.如权利要求7所述的渔盐一体化系统,其特征在于,所述人工湿地净化区包括依次连通的挺水植物人工湿地、浮水植物人工湿地和沉水植物人工湿地,所述挺水植物人工湿地与所述浮水植物人工湿地之间、所述浮水植物人工湿地与所述沉水植物人工湿地之间分别设有溢流坝。
