Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支承通道,且更具体涉及用于将缆束固定到支承通道的凸缘。
背景技术
DE4303112公开了一种用于放置在物体上,尤其是管道上的接触面的紧固元件。其中在具有能够被固定到支承件的脚部(基体部分)和具有连接到脚部、且具有用于放置到尤其是管道的物体上的相交轴线的至少两个沉入接触面的紧固元件,且管道通过紧固元件固定到支承件的情况下,两个接触面仅在脚部与接触面之间以通道的方式稍微沉入和凹陷,在每一种情况下与接触面平行形成有带有闭合周界的两个穿通开口,用于引导通过带形柔性保持装置,用于将管道夹持到接触面上。
本领域需要更加方便固定的紧固元件。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种设计成支承缆束的支承通道组件。支承通道具有底部和两侧。每侧在该侧的远端处包括钩。该组件还包括与支承通道配合的凸缘。该凸缘具有顶部、底部和各侧部。凸缘的各侧部限定锁定带接纳区域和支承通道配合区域,锁定带接纳区域用于接纳锁定带从而将缆束固定,支承通道配合区域用于接纳支承通道的钩。
本发明还涉及一种具有支承通道的支承通道组件,该支承通道具有底部、长侧和短侧。支承通道的长侧和短侧各在远端处具有钩。凸缘具有顶部、底部、第一侧和第二侧。凸缘的顶部限定锁定带接纳区域,而凸缘的第一侧和第二侧限定用于接纳支承通道的钩的支承通道配合区域。

具体实施方式
图1-4示出用于本发明的支承通道组件30的外部凸缘。外部凸缘32安装在支承通道60内。缆束160经由带有缓冲套管152的金属锁定带150固定到外部凸缘32。支承通道60呈具有底部62和两侧64的U形(参见图4)。两侧64中每侧的远端包括钩66。如图1和2所示,支承通道60包括定位在支承通道60各端的端板68。
外部凸缘32包括顶部38、两个侧部40和限定在侧部之一内的沟槽42。如图4所示,沟槽42接纳缓冲套152和金属锁定带150。外部凸缘32还包括在每侧40和底部50内的挖切槽口44。每个挖切槽口44限定顶表面46和凹口48。如图4所示,各凹口48接纳支承通道60两侧的远端处的钩66。弹簧52从外部凸缘32的底部50的中心延伸。
图5A-9B示出外部凸缘32到支承通道60的安装。如图5A-5B所示,外部凸缘32定位成将安装在支承通道60内。接着,将外部凸缘32转动90度(参见图6A-6B)并放置在支承通道60内(参见图7A-7B)。然后压缩弹簧52,以允许外部凸缘32转动90度回到其初始位置(参见图8A和8B)。一旦外部凸缘32已经转动到其初始位置,则释放外部凸缘32,允许弹簧52膨胀且外部凸缘32朝向钩66升高。于是,支承通道60两侧64远端处的钩66定位在外部凸缘32的凹口48内(参见图9A和9B)。
一旦外部凸缘32安装在支承通道60内,则将金属锁定带150和缓冲套筒152环绕所固定的缆束160。金属锁定带150转动到方便位置并由金属锁定带工具(未示出)张紧。
用于支承通道组件的外部凸缘是对其它缆束附连装置的改进,因为安装时间缩短且部件数量减少。外部凸缘可适应宽范围的管道、管子或缆线直径。外部凸缘可沿支承通道重新定位在任何位置,且外部凸缘与普通通道支承系统相容。外部凸缘是防破坏的并提供比常规固定方法更低的轮廓。
图10-16示出用于支承通道组件80的替代内部凸缘。如图10和11所示,内部凸缘82安装在J形支承通道120内。具有缓冲套筒152的金属锁定带150将缆束160固定于安装在支承通道120内的内部凸缘82。
支承通道120呈大致J形,具有底部122、短侧124、以及长侧128。每侧124、128的远端分别包括钩126、130。支承通道120设计成一侧比另一侧短,从而能够在缆束160搁置在长侧128上的同时将金属锁定带150放置在支承通道120内。金属锁定带150经由金属锁定带工具(未示出)张紧以将缆束160抵靠支承通道120牢固地固定。
内部凸缘82包括顶部84、第一侧86、底部94以及第二侧104。第一侧86包括开口88,开口88将第一侧86分成上部第一侧90和下部第一侧92。内部凸缘82还包括由顶部84、上部第一侧90和开口88限定的沟槽98。沟槽98接纳缓冲套筒152和金属锁定带150。内部凸缘82还包括具有突起102的顶部配合表面100。如图11所示,当内部凸缘82安装在J形支承通道120内时,短侧124的远端处的钩126与内部凸缘82的顶部配合表面100配合。
第二侧104包括上部第二侧106和倾斜第二侧108。倾斜第二侧108从底部94延伸到突起110。第二侧104还包括由突起110和上部第二侧106限定的凹口112。如图11所示,当内部凸缘82安装在J形支承通道120内时,长侧128的远端处的钩130与第二侧104的凹口112配合。
底部94包括附连在底部94中心的弹簧96。如下文描述的,弹簧96使内部凸缘82能够安装在支承通道120内。
图12-16示出内部凸缘82在J形支承通道120内的安装。图12示出了定位成插入支承通道120内的内部凸缘82。下部第一侧92与支承通道120的短侧124的远端处的钩126的外表面接触。图13和14示出将内部凸缘82向下转动并推动,压缩附连到内部凸缘82的底部94的弹簧96。图15示出内部凸缘82被向下推,直到弹簧96被完全压缩且内部凸缘82定位在支承通道120内。一旦释放内部凸缘82,弹簧96膨胀,将内部凸缘82升高到安装位置。图16示出处于安装位置的内部凸缘82。短侧124远端处的钩126与顶部配合表面100配合。长侧128远端处的钩130与凹口112配合。内部凸缘82由弹簧96保持在位,直到金属锁定带150安装好为止。

如果需要,内部凸缘可在缆束安装到附加支承件之后附加到支承通道。J形支承通道由比常规U形通道少的钢来制造。因此,J形通道比常规支承通道廉价且更轻。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于支承缆束的支承通道组件,所述支承通道组件包括:
支承通道,所述支承通道具有底部和两侧,其中每侧在远端处具有钩;以及
至少一个凸缘,所述至少一个凸缘与所述支承通道配合,所述至少一个凸缘具有顶部、底部和两个侧部,其中所述至少一个凸缘的各所述侧部限定锁定带接纳区域,所述锁定带接纳区域用于接纳锁定带以固定所述缆束,且其中所述至少一个凸缘的各所述侧部还限定支承通道配合区域,所述锁定带接纳区域是位于所述至少一个凸缘的各所述侧部之一内的沟槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个凸缘的各所述侧部还包括挖切槽口,每个挖切槽口限定顶表面和凹口。
3.如权利要求2所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述支承通道的所述两侧的远端处的钩定位在所述凹口内。
4.如权利要求2所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述挖切槽口将所述至少一个凸缘分成上部件和下部件,所述上部件在所述支承通道外部延伸。
5.如权利要求4所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述锁定带接纳区域在所述上部件内,且所述支承通道配合区域在所述下部件内。
6.如权利要求1所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个凸缘还包括从所述凸缘的所述底部延伸的弹簧,由此所述弹簧使所述凸缘能够从初始位置转动到所述支承通道内的安装位置。
7.如权利要求1所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个凸缘部分地在所述支承通道外部延伸。
8.一种用于支承缆束的支承通道组件,所述支承通道组件包括:
支承通道,所述支承通道具有底部、长侧以及短侧,其中所述长侧和所述短侧各在远端处具有钩;以及
至少一个凸缘,所述至少一个凸缘与所述支承通道配合,所述至少一个凸缘具有顶部、底部、第一侧和第二侧,其中所述顶部限定锁定带接纳区域,且所述第一侧和所述第二侧限定支承通道配合区域,所述至少一个凸缘具有所述第一侧内的开口,所述开口将所述第一侧分成上部侧和下部侧,所述锁定带接纳区域是由所述顶部、所述上部侧和所述开口限定的沟槽。
9.如权利要求8所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述支承通道配合区域包括具有突起的配合表面,其中所述短侧的所述远端处的所述钩与所述至少一个凸缘的所述配合表面配合。
10.如权利要求8所述的支承通道组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个凸缘的所述第二侧具有上部第二侧和倾斜第二侧,其中所述倾斜第二侧从所述底部延伸到突起。
