Abstract

本发明涉及锂电池防爆装置,涉及锂电池技术领域,应用于锂电池的防爆,通过使用PTC热敏电阻与防爆片结合的结构,合理设置排气孔,使得该防爆装置能防止锂电池在过载、过充或内部短路时发生爆炸现象,指示装置能在电流通过PTC热敏电阻时,发出提醒讯号,在使用者使用设备后能够及时感知到设备需要停止运行,在应急使用后能够及时停止设备运行。

一种锂电池的防爆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池防爆装置,涉及锂电池技术领域,应用于锂电池的防爆。
背景技术
锂电池具有重量轻,体积小,充电速度快,电容量较大的优点,被广泛运用于各种电器产品,包括家用电器以及电动车上。
但由于锂电池的过充、过放或内部短路等原因导致电池工作电流过大,从而使电池的温度过高,产生高温高压的气体,使电池内部的压力和温度都很高,当电池内的压力和温度超过电池包装容器的承受能力时,包装容器被炸开,里面的易燃易爆物质外流,从而引起爆炸、起火等严重的事故,故此,电池上特别是锂电池上都需要设置有专门的防爆装置,防止电池爆炸。
目前部分锂电池采用防爆膜/片作为锂电池的防爆装置,通过在防爆膜上加设压痕,使锂电池在过载时能沿压痕爆裂。相对而言,该设计结构简单成本低,但由于防爆膜的品质不均,加工压痕深度难以控制,其可靠性并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锂电池的防爆结构,通过使用PTC热敏电阻与防爆片结合的结构,合理设置排气孔,使得该防爆装置能防止锂电池在过载、过充或内部短路时发生爆炸现象。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术手段加以实施:
一种锂电池的防爆装置,包括正极导电片、负极导电片,防爆片、防爆盖、PTC热敏电阻、导线,绝缘的密封圈,所述的防爆片仅凹陷的底端可导电且底端边缘带有切痕槽,所述的正极导电片与负极导电片仅通过防爆片底端边缘电性连接;密封圈密封包围其余材料,并仅使防爆盖外侧、防爆片的底端、导线与外界接触;所述的导线连接电池正极与正极导电片、电池正极与PTC热敏电阻正极;以及连接电池负极与负极导电片、电池负极与PTC热敏电阻负极。
优选的,所述的防爆片的侧边带有导气孔。
更优选的,所述的防爆片、PTC热敏电阻、防爆盖上均带有排气孔,所述的排气孔不被密封圈包围密封。
再进一步改进的,所述的防爆片、PTC热敏电阻、防爆盖上的排气孔相互对应设置。
优选的,所述的导线其中一端末端分叉,分叉端一侧分别连接PTC热敏电阻正极/负极和正/负极导电片,另一端连接电池正/负极。
优选的,所述的正/负极导电片在密封圈的阻隔下与防爆片的侧边分离。
更进一步的,所述的防爆盖、PTC热敏电阻、防爆片按顺序从上至下排布。
进一步的,所述的锂电池的防爆装置还带有指示装置。
本发明至少具有以下优点:
1.当锂电池过热时,内部气压过高冲破防爆片,电流通过PTC热敏电阻继续运行,不至于使设备马上断电失灵,过度高压时气压能冲破PTC热敏电阻与防爆盖,防爆装置内部断路使设备停止运行;
2.进一步改进的设计,能在防爆片破裂时,通过防爆片、PTC热敏电阻、防爆盖上的排气孔顺利排气;
3.再进一步的改进,排气孔对应设置,能在气压过大时,防爆盖、PTC热敏电阻能顺着对应的气孔位断裂,且排气更加顺畅;
4.指示装置能在电流通过PTC热敏电阻时,发出提醒讯号。

具体实施方式
为了让本发明的目的、特征、功能能被进一步了解,现结合说明书附图和具体实例对本发明进行进一步说明: 实施例
如图1-4,一种锂电池的防爆装置,包括正极导电片11、负极导电片12,防爆片2、防爆盖4、PTC热敏电阻3、导线5,绝缘的密封圈6。
如图2-4所示,防爆盖4、PTC热敏电阻3、防爆片2按顺序从上至下排布;所述的防爆片2仅凹陷的底端21为可导电材料,如铜、铝,且底端21边缘带有切痕槽,侧边为不导电材质如塑料,并在侧边带有导气孔23;
正极导电片11与负极导电片12仅通过防爆片底端21边缘电性连接;密封圈6密封包围其余材料,并仅使防爆盖4外侧、防爆片2的底端21、导线5与外界接触,密封圈6的阻隔下,正极导电片11、负极导电片12与防爆片2的侧边分离;所述的导线5连接锂电池正极71与正极导电片11、锂电池正极71与PTC热敏电阻3正极;以及连接锂电池负极72与负极导电片12、锂电池负极72与PTC热敏电阻3负极。
当锂电池7正常工作时,电流从锂电池正极71沿导线5流经正极导电片11,向导体材料的防爆片2底端21流动,后通过负极导电片12与导线5流至锂电池负极72,实现电路通路。
当锂电池7内部过充、过放或内部短路等原因产生高温高压气体时,气体在锂电池7的箱体内膨胀,由于防爆装置防爆片2的底端21边缘上带有切痕槽,在气压达到临界点时,能破开沿边缘上的切痕槽。通过设定不同的切痕槽的深度、宽度,能控制气体破开切痕槽的压力;
当导体材料制得的底端21被破开后,底端21跌落,电流无法沿非导电的防爆片2的侧边流动,使电流无法沿正极导电片11-防爆片2底端21-负极导电片12的方向形成通路,改变为以正极导电片11-PTC热敏电阻3-负极导电片12的方向形成通路,选择不同型号的PTC热敏电阻3,能使温度在未达到某个临界值时,电流依然保持通电状态,当超过临界值时,PTC热敏电阻3阻值极大使电流无法供应设备运动,设备停止运转;
在防爆片2上的排气孔22与PTC热敏电阻3的排气孔32、防爆盖4上的排气孔42相互对应设置,且所述的排气孔不被密封圈6包围密封。如图3-4所示,气流从防爆片2底端21断裂部位形成的切口进入,并从导气孔向外扩散,并经排气孔向往排出,降低锂电池7内部的压力;当瞬时气压过大时,PTC热敏电阻3和防爆盖4还能在气压的推动下,沿排气孔断裂向外喷出,使整个防爆装置形成断路,是设备停止运转。
所述的导线5其中一端末端分叉,分叉端一侧分别连接PTC热敏电阻3正极/负极和正/负极导电片12,另一端连接电池正/负极。通过这样的设计,在防爆装置需要更换时,能仅截断一次最外侧的导线,更换新的防爆装置即可,无需分别截断连接锂电池正极71和正极导电片11、锂电池正极71和PTC热敏电阻3正极的导线,也减少了导线错接的几率。
更进一步的,所述的锂电池的防爆装置还带有指示装置8,如图5所示,可用过导线5连接,将指示装置设置在锂电池7的外侧,方便查看;也可设置在防爆装置上,可选择在电流流经PTC热敏电阻3时,发出提醒讯号,如闪光、蜂鸣等,在使用者能在使用锂电池供电时,感知到锂电池7需要停止使用,在应急使用后及时停止设备运行。

Claims (8)

1.一种锂电池的防爆装置,包括正极导电片(11)、负极导电片(12),防爆片(2)、PTC热敏电阻(3)、防爆盖(4)、导线(5),绝缘的密封圈(6),其特征在于,所述的防爆片(2)仅凹陷的底端(21)可导电且底端(21)边缘带有切痕槽,所述的正极导电片(11)与负极导电片(12)仅通过防爆片(2)底端(21)边缘电性连接;密封圈(6)密封包围其余材料,并仅使防爆盖(4)外侧、防爆片(2)的底端(21)、导线(5)与外界接触;所述的导线(5)连接电池正极与正极导电片(11)、电池正极与PTC热敏电阻(3)正极;以及连接电池负极与负极导电片(12)、电池负极与PTC热敏电阻(3)负极。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锂电池的防爆装置,其特征在于,所述的防爆片(2)的侧边带有导气孔(23)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种锂电池的防爆装置,其特征在于,所述的防爆片(2)、PTC热敏电阻(3)、防爆盖(4)上均带有排气孔,所述的排气孔不被密封圈(6)包围密封。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种锂电池的防爆装置,其特征在于,所述的防爆片(2)、PTC热敏电阻(3)、防爆盖(4)上的排气孔相互对应设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种锂电池的防爆装置,其特征在于,所述的导线(5)其中一端末端分叉,分叉端一侧分别连接PTC热敏电阻(3)正极/负极和正/负极导电片,另一端连接电池正/负极。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种锂电池的防爆装置,其特征在于,所述的正/负极导电片在密封圈(6)的阻隔下与防爆片(2)的侧边分离。
7.如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种锂电池的防爆装置,其特征在于,所述的防爆盖(4)、PTC热敏电阻(3)、防爆片(2)按顺序从上至下排布。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种锂电池的防爆装置,其特征在于,所述的锂电池的防爆装置还带有指示装置。
